Exceptional Service and Expertise!I recently took my car to CarBone Auto Repair Center and couldn t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle and the recommended solutions. The waiting area was updated, bright and comfortable.Not only did they complete the repairs in a timely manner and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations, but the pricing was fair and transparent, and the repair status and follow-up communication was impeccable!Overall, I highly recommend CarBone to anyone in need of automotive repairs or maintenance. I took my much neglected '99 Miata to Car Bone Auto for a complete overhaul (including timing belt, radiator, shocks and multiple other issues). I am totally pleased with their work. The care and precision that went into my repair was top notched. This shop is under new ownership and they are doing an excellent job! Everyone, from the front office to the owner and his technicians doing the repairs, are very knowledgeable and quality is definitely their number one concern. I will definitely return for future maintenance.

I had a really great experience. I was hesitant because I had heard bad things about the previous ownership from coworkers when it was PBC. The new owners are great and really took care of my car. They kept me informed at every step, I knew what was happening with the repairs. I ve taken it to other local mechanics in the past with mixed results. Car Bone had my car running better than it has in years! I m glad I ve finally found a convenient and reliable place to bring my car when it needs work.

I would highly recommend taking your car for service or for routine maintenance to CAR|BONE Auto Repair Center in Chantilly, VA. I had a great experience there. The staff was friendly, beyond helpful and very detailed in their work. They were able to provide an accurate estimate of work that needed to be performed on my car, a very reasonable price and kept me informed of any additional work needed prior to moving forward. After meeting Chris in a restaurant. I decided to give this shop a try as I was looking for a reasonable reliable mechanic that wouldn t look to take advantage. Well, unfortunately my experience was very bad. Anwer was very rude, insulting and dishonest. I dropped my car off for one issue and pickup my car up with another issue that I never had and he attempted to get me to pay for what they caused. After making several requests to verify ownership to take care of this issue, I have been ignored. I trusted other reviews and my experience did not measure up. I was lied to claiming that a imaginary history was pulled and that the light that is now on has been for two years, which is obviously impossible and I would know. Consider going elsewhere for a trustworthy service.

I have never been to a shop more professional and kind than CAR|BONE/PBC. I needed some work done on the steering and suspension of my 1991 Miata and Anwer was more than happy to guide me through everything and get me the best deal possible in a timely manner. My car feels and performs so much better than it did yesterday, and I can safely say that this is the only shop I'll be going to now that I've moved to the area. If you specifically have a Miata of any year, bring it here!

Anwer has always been one of the best people to do business with! He just knows and loves his work. He's taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family. Not once have we had any issues with his services and he's always gone the extra mile to take care of us. I took my car to three different places to fix the leak in my tire but they couldn t find the problem. I went online and found PBC Automotive. I read all their good reviews and decided to go with them. They did such a great job. They took my car inside the shop and 15 minutes later they found the tiny nail in my tire. I would highly recommend this place. Great team. Great service. Affordable prices.

I bought a NB1 Miata knowing I had a great shop to work on my car in my backyard. I dropped it off with them to go over the whole thing. Turns out, there was a good amount of work to do along with a couple things I wanted done. During the whole process everyone working there was very enthusiastic about taking me back to the car and pointing out exactly what the problems were and how they were going to fix it. There were no surprises. Their enthusiasm for the car itself, doing good quality work, wanting me to understand everything they were doing and guaranteeing their work made it much easier to swallow what was a pretty big bill. That isn't on them, the pricing is fair and what I expected.

This place is hands down the best automotive shop in Virginia. The mechanics here are detail oriented and very knowledgeable. The shop has a quick turn around time and very reasonable pricing. I ve been dealing with this shop for almost a year now and my experience with them has always been 100% positive. Most recently, I had them do a custom spec alignment on my 240sx which has a few adjustable arms. Arik T. got the whole car dialed to my specs with ease! The car now drives better than ever! With very competitive prices (usually the lowest in the area) and stellar service, this shop has earned a customer for life.

These guys are great. I had a repair I needed done on my Mazda CX-5 that the dealership couldn't complete. Called PBC Automotive and they told me to bring it on by. They had me in their garage and driving away with the repair done within the hour. Will be coming back for regular service on both our Mazdas going forward.

Awesome! This is now my favorite custom shop. Installed a clutch upgrade and track seat in my miata. They didn t just do a great job, the went above and beyond, fantastic attention to detail, and treated my car like it was their own project. I would give 12 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

I don t usually rant and rave but this shop deserves it. I have never been to another mechanic shop in my life that is more honest, professional, and does such exceptional work. Chris is kind, always goes above and beyond, and has an unparalleled knowledge of cars. He is extremely fair and upfront with pricing and he is a perfectionist. All the work is done to the highest standards and he always uses the highest quality parts. I can promise you, you will not regret trusting Chris with whatever work needs to be done. On top of everything else, if you have a Miata he knows every single bolt on that car for every year, down to the smallest of details. In short, you definitely should take your car to PBC Automotive.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! I popped my tire last week and I was leaving for vacation the next day. They were able to fit me in right away! I needed 4 new tires and they had my car done within hours of me bringing it to them. I live in Arlington and I ll always drive the extra distance because of how reliable these guys are. Brought Cris and Ruy a 2002 Miata for a head-to-toe inspection. They got it done quickly and explained what I needed, including which repairs I could wait to make, without pushing extra services on me.I brought back the car for repairs the next day (new battery, new shift boots, couple other small things) and they got it done right away, first thing in the morning.As a young guy with an old car, I really appreciated their expertise and their respect. They earned my trust and I will definitely be back in the future.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

PROFESSIONAL service, FANTASTIC staff, GREAT experience!!I have been taking my cars to this body shop for years, and even though they are focused on Mazda Miata based service work, I have never had an issue with taking my Isuzu Rodeo to them for any repair or maintenance services. The staff is very quick to help you even when they are busy working on cars. The manager Christian especially presents himself well as a extremely knowledgeable and professional human being who is very eager to assist you. I would highly recommend friends and family alike, as well as anyone else who is looking for a grade A automotive service shop.

Stopped in because I happened to be in the area and I was overwhelmed by how friendly and helpful everyone was there. They took me on a tour of some of the projects they were working on and gave me some great insight on my build. If you own a miata I would highly recommend getting your work done here and they also have a large selection of new and used parts in stock if you prefer to do your own maintenance. This shop is way out of my way but I will be returning based on the awesome experience I had
