Great experience. I don't have cause to go into an auto parts store very often....but maybe I should. James was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He gladly helped install the windshield wipers and I was off in no time at all. Thanks

James at Chantilly sold and installed new headlights for my 2016 Toyota Camry. He was friendly, courteous and professional and even told me which ones I needed. I couldn t ask for better service!

I walk in and wait in front of the register to be assisted, two men , one AT the register saw me standing there, two men in the store and no one acknowledged me or anything. He even took a phone call as im STANDING right in front of them. I finally say is anyone going to help me? To which one man says gives us one moment, we see you so IF YOU SEE ME WHY NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME!? Smh just walked out and went across the street to advance auto parts. If you dont want to provide basic customer service dont work in a service based industry

5 star experience. Just had battery change. Service from store could not have been better. New employee P.T. was very pleasant and helpful. Store manager was also very helpful. Good old fashioned customer service. Really impressed by these folks. Will def be going back.

Don t go there, especially to check your battery, my son took his car to get the battery checked, unfortunately they give him wrong diagnostic and said there was no issue with the battery, so my son had to take his car that would not turn on to Toyota dealer to be checked thinking it was something else, turns out it battery was dead, my son had to paid $193 for Toyota for his car to be diagnosed when he could easily just replace the battery if Auto Zone had given him the correct diagnose. Save your money go somewhere else

The manager was rude. And treated customers very disrespectfully. I didnt appreciate how she approached us and the situation. She was also paying attention to the customers phone and being nosy. I dont know the managers name but she was an african american women with braids. She worked the evening shift

TERRIBLE service, terrible experience at this location. Purchased an Duralast alternator in Oct-21, backed by their "LIFETIME WARRANTY" for replacement if part is defective. Service rep tried to explain to me, Lifetime warranty meant for only 90-days. When I go to pull up their own website, and show them online under their Duralast alternator, showing that free replacement for LIFETIME. He goes on and shows me a limited lifetime warranty for batteries. Which is not the same Duralast lifetime warranty for replacement(which again, is stated on their website) They denied my replacement, stating lifetime warranty means for only 90-days. I explained to them I had just went to another Autozone location and they stated they will swap it out for me since they have my information on file, they said its unheard of that ANY BUSINESS will give lifetime warranties. Further stating that they have signs posted everywhere regarding their warranty. I left the store, called a different location explaining the situation confirming they will swap out the defective alternator and replacing it. The gentleman on the phone explain to me long as they have my information on file, they will replacement it free of charge as it is a lifetime warranty on the Duralast alternator and he was confused on why the location in Chantilly would deny replacing it. The Chantilly location is clearly not trying to honor the warranty, as they had two service rep who is unsure of their warranty themselves. The service rep: Sam, who initially helped me, knowledge is clearly limited, who asked me what car company manufactured Acura's, as she is looking up the make and model of my vehicle. The service rep who assisted her in telling me about the lifetime warranty on Duralast alternators, proceeded to show me the limited warranty for Batteries. This store is really lacking knowledgeable service reps. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Recommend going to Advance Auto, or another location of Autozone, and not the one off route 50 in Chantilly.

Of all places I could have had a dead battery, I was fortunate that it happened in the Auto Zone parking lot. My car was dead, and I was a little freaked out, thinking what am I going to do? That's when I noticed Auto Zone. I walked in and asked if there was anyway that someone could please give me a jump start? Without hesitation, they said sure! Chris came and helped me out. Thank you so much you guys! Your kindness had a great impact on someone's life that day. That someone was me!

Hello, just wanted to commend Jean at the Chantilly, VA store for his expertise and his help. I woke up earlier that day (29 Dec) to find that both my headlights were out in my 2015 Kia Sorento.. I usually get off at night so it was imperative that I get my lights fixed. I was in and out the store in 10 minutes. He was friendly and engaging and that goes a long way when you are in a hurry. Awesome All AroundJust discovered this Chantilly location on a lark, let me just say they are fantastic. I stopped by for battery change and all systems go. People are friendly and told me exactly what the car needed. I guess honesty and good service is so few and far between that I felt the need to rate it. Thanks Guys for being Top Shelf.

5/5 highly recommend asking for justin for help! He was incredibly helpful with changing a light on my car that another location said they could not do. On top of that he showed me different features on my car with the lights that I didn t even know about. You could tell he really wanted to help as much as he could with the tools and information he had. Great customer service will be back again!

Horrible place. I will never spend another dollar in this store. The whole store will not honor a limited lifetime warranty. Instead they have informed all the customer that the limited lifetime warranty is only good for 90 day. Hmm. maybe it should be called 90 days warranty then.Just spoke with their online customer service, who stated with the lifetime warranty you get one free replacement. Again I am unsatisfied. When I bought these item they told me they will replace the item for as long as I own the car. Now they are changing it to one free replacement. I will be fighting for a refund. So many other companies out there than I can chose from.

Jake was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! Wow! And he offered to change out my two headlight bulbs for FREE!! I was really blown away at the level of UNEXPECTED service!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!! Thank you Jake K. for a job very well done!! Rock on!!

Amazing Service!!! I went with my mother to have her Lexus RX headlight bulb replaced. And Jacob was very insightful, professional, and kind in assisting us in which light was suitable for her vehicle. He even came outside and took a look at the bulb and realized it was only loose and it didn t need replacing. The level of customer care that Jacob presented is the reason why this Autozone Chantilly is our s of choice :) Thank you!

service is so bad. they asked me to pay first, and then, it is found that the parts are not in the store yet. after a whole day of waiting, my parts are still not in-store. even crazy thing is that they could not find my transaction when I asked for. and they just asked me to go the store again to talk. OK, look like driving half an hour to the store is free to them.

I went in today to purchase a battery charger for my car and the manager was so uninterested in helping. literally the manager stood around while we requested assistance and informed everyone else to not help us. Then requested that I go elsewhere to purchase what I needed. I definitely will and I recommend you do the same as well. Uninterested in helping we diagnose an issue or look for a solution. When your car has a problem with starting it's the battery the starter or the alternator. If the manager doesn't know this he needs to find a new job. Isn't that 90% of your business, If the regional manager hired this Chantilly stores manager then they need to know they are losing a ton of money.

Hopefully I spell his name right, but I want to thank Shaste from the Chantilly Auto Zone. My check engine light came on and I panicked. Shaste was very helpful in finding out what was wrong with my car and even stood in the cold and replaced the part for me. I appreciate this young man s help so much! In my opinion he went above and beyond for me today and I can t thank him enough!

Quick service, clean place. Got what I needed and was out the door within minutes. The really nice thing is the hours of operation, I can come here way after work and get what I need for my carEdit:Had a situation where I tried to order brake fluid on the mobile app for in store pickup, it wasn't working, and I wanted to use the 25% online coupon. I went to the store and Jake saw my phone through the whole process, and we both saw that there was no place to put the coupon code. I asked if I could do the discount in store, he and his manager refused. It amazes me that you'd lose a customer over 5 dollars. Disappointed, I guess your experience here is a hit or miss

AutoZone is one of the very best places to go for parts. The employees in Chantilly are knowledgeable and want to help. It is also great to be able to borrow seldom used tools such as brake caliper clamps.
