The service has slowed down, and the area seems to be under renovation, but it was not clearly marked on 11/18/2023; only one lane working and 30 minutes just to get to the front of the line and then wait to get help. The quality of service is falling.

Service team was very nice and took great care of my car. The advisor that worked with me went above and beyond and won me over as a permanent client. The dealership had plenty of loaner cars available and set me up with a car so I could be productive with my time. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the DMV.

Always top notch service with Elliot s superb customer service. But . I m not happy that after spending $1500 on new tires only to have to go to my local tire shop because I lost all pressure in my tires. It was such an inconvenience. I drive from 2 hours away and I depended on quality work. It s a. If deal for me. As far as customer service I am always impressed by the superb service Elliot delivers. Only thing was the day I picked up my vehicle he was off.

Elliott is a star! He listens to the customer and has great communication throughout the service process. Audi Chantilly is the best place, hands down, in the DMV to have your Audi serviced! Always top notch!

I was scheduled for an oil change, but Seddik took the extra effort to look at my car before the service began. He noticed that a couple of my tires showed signs of uneven wear, and he suggested an alignment. The service crew also sent me a video after the alignment was complete, which showed the before and after readings for the alignment.Service: Oil change

Overall experience was par. Translation of my stated concerns to the written order was typical, leaving me wondering if I am unable to accurately verbalize my concerns. The Service Advisors were considerably more attentive and sincere this visit compared to my previous visit.

Elliot was very helpful, quick and efficient. He was also able to help me retrieve an item I had left in the loaner vehicle. I also appreciate how quick the whole process was.

I had an issue with my amplifier and found out it needed to be replaced. It took awhile to repair but fortunately they provided me a loaner and everything is good as new. My only expense was time.

Zenia Fuentes was an amazing Service Advisor. She answered all my questions and kept me informed of the service since I waited for my car in the waiting area. Excellent waiting area. Overall top notice dealership for sales and service.

The service staff was wonderful and they provided an an Uber ride and made sure that my car was completed before the end of the day. However, I am still waiting for a rear back up light since February, and without this light, I will not pass inspection. It has been more than nine months, and I have received no communication about when this light will be installed, despite making numerous calls Being promised that it would be fixed.

Jeff in Chantilly location was great at processing my service request for oil change and state inspection. He also made sure my car received the complementary car wash. The coffee and juice drinks were good while waiting.

Fantastic job with my repair and provision of a loaner vehicle was excellent. My service rep Alexa listened to my concerns and worked closely with me to get to yes on a plan for my repair. Top notch effort, and the overall experience was incredibly smooth.

It's Jan 26 and I picked up my car yesterday after some work was done and returning the loaner. Everything was fine until today. My front right brake is rubbing and it's strange because I bought brand new tires a few months ago and they were not rubbing. My oil level issue has come back again due to it always showing me it was low and I always had to fill it up to the point I had it at full which I asked to be drained down to normal, but now today the red oil light tells me to turn off my car due to very low oil, so I bought some oil on standby but haven't put it in yet because I wanted to check on my screen the status of the oil. I go and look it up and it shows that the oil level display is available after approximately 2 minutes. The engine must be warm and turned off. Remind you driving long after 2 minutes and I turned it off and the display still hasn't shown me what the oil level is. I'm already scheduled for an appointment and hopefully it will resolve the issue. I hope.....Service: Oil change

This was first time going to Audi Chantilly, and I will be going back. Everyone from the time I walked in was very nice and welcoming. I appreciated how Ray Elliot talked to me about what was needed, and what could wait without trying to pressure me. More importantly, my vehicle was ready within a few hours.

The service staff was very efficient and kept me up to date on how long it would take to replace my backup light. The service tech had it installed in half the time and I was able to get my car back in less time than I thought.

The service and parts advisors and managers do the bare minimum here. It s always an unpleasant experience that requires calling multiple times trying to track down any person to give updates. My recent visit involved work with the glass panes. They told me the vehicle was ready at noon and I arrived just before closing at 6pm. The car was brought to me unwashed and the worst part was the interior had chunks of adhesives and dust all over. Completely unacceptable

Great dealership (Audi of Chantilly). Always the best customer service from the moment I come to service department everyone greet you with a smile. Keep me posted to the end regarding service and if I need new tires or breaks in the future.

Service provided was top notch. I dud have to sign up for service a couple weeks in advance - I would've preferred to be able to be able to schedule same week service. And it took a couple days, due to the fact that two tires needed to be replaced and I was having a ding repaired. All and all, though, the quality of the work done wa great, the services representatives were very courteous and the service area was clean and well kept. Very positive experience.Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Hands down the worst customer service/experience I have ever had. I brought my car in for the 10,000 maintenance service (had purchased Audi care). They told me that an update would be provided as to when I can pick up the car later in the day. After 2-3 days of calling to get a status update, I finally received a call on the third day to get a status update as to when I would receive the car. The service center does a poor job of keeping you updated/informed.In addition, my brand new car had a computer system issue. I was informed that the car could be fixed within 2-3 weeks (had to await for a part). After driving a loaner, at the third week I was informed it would actually take months. I was returned my vehicle. I was informed that I would receive bi-weekly updates as to the status of receiving the part. That did not happen. I would call monthly but would never get a call back. After months of trying, I finally recieved a call from a service manager, was informed I would get updates, yet it has been almost a month, left two voicemails and have yet to get a call back. Why cant t I get a straight answer? I guess the only next step is to call Audi Corporate because it s unfortunate that when purchasing a premium vehicle, you expect great customer service yet this has discouraged me from ever purchasing an Audi again. What s funny is that I constantly receive calls and emails asking to trade in my vehicle for or a 2024 (I have a 2023) yet I can t get a call to address the current computer defect on my 2023.My next purchase will likely be a return to BMW, never had an issue with them.I have never in my life written a review but this experience has made me need to relay my horrible experience. This location is unreceptive, appear overwhelmed, and extremely poor in communicating.

I ve been servicing both my Audis ever since I became their customer in 2015 at Audi Chantilly and not once I felt disappointed. They are truly a customer company and they live their values! Prior to becoming an Audi owner, I had a couple bad experiences with another Japanese luxury brand and glad I switched the dealer. No going back from either the dealer or the brand. Both rock. If you are a fence sitter around this area, look no further than Chantilly Audi!!! Their service rocks!!

Bought a used Audi from the Chantilly dealership a few months ago. I had to replace a tire in Nov and my mechanic told me the wheel lock was missing the car and so was the tire rod.I had to then go to Audi service in Arlington to break the wheel lock, drive back to my mechanic who then replaced the tire which was a huge hassle.Audi Chantilly experience:Pros:Azmi, one of the managers was incredibly helpful and customer oriented when I expressed my frustration. He immediately ordered the new set of wheel locks and tire rod. Erica Canas, the lady I worked in the sale of the car is also very professional and kind and helped me through this process. I was not charged for the wheel lock, tire rod or the service to put the new wheel lock in the car.Cons:Elliott, the gentleman who took my service intake was incredibly rude and condescending. He lacked patience with me when I was trying to clarify what needed to be done on the car (all 4 wheel locks needed to be changed not just the one that was removed).He also informed me the service would take 2 hours and when I was surprised and frustrated with how much of a hassle this entire process has been bc chantilly Audi sold me a car with missing parts, he was very condescending making a statement Don t we wish life was simple .If you don t have the skill set to deal with frustrated customers especially due to an error from your own dealership maybe you are in the wrong line of business.I moved my original one star review due to Elliot s rudeness and missing car parts to two starts since the managers and customer orientation they displayed was great.
