I had an excellent experience at this auto repair shop with Hammad. His professionalism and friendliness made the entire process smooth. He expertly repaired my BMW and took the time to explain all the details, displaying patience and dedication.What truly impressed me was Hammad's meticulous attention to even the smallest details, like spending 30 minutes ensuring that my windshield wipers moved smoothly and quietly. This level of care and thoroughness is hard to find elsewhere.I'm confident that I'll be returning for any future maintenance needs. Amazing experience. Hamed was extremely responsive, respectful and personally took care of my car. No one likes going for auto repairs but this was relatively painless. Highly recommend and I will continue to refer people.

I recently visited Advanced Auto Repair, Inc and while they were unable to complete the repair due to a lack of parts, their customer service was excellent (they were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of). I would consider returning in the future for other car issues. Their customer service alone deserves a 5-star rating.

Hamed was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had him inspect a recently purchased car and he walked me through everything he noticed, laying out the recommended timeline for repairs/maintainence and explaining anything I didn't understand. Will be coming back!

Hamed is fantastic. Extremely communicative: answered every question I had (no matter how small or dumb!), explained every bit of work done on my vehicle, and was always available to chat about repairs.The work was done extremely fast. Other shops had estimated more than week - Hamed got it done in 2 days! His price was also much cheaper than the others I'd gotten - nearly 20% cheaper than the next closest quote.I think Hamed just won over my business for good.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance

Hamed is so detailed in the care of your car. He takes pride in getting it done right, explaining the issue, and solving whatever problem your car has. He's a professional. I have been taking my 2013 Range Rover there for a few years and I know I will get an honest assessment, a fair price, great service and good conversation. Hamed is really knowledgeable and honest. He spend his time to walk you through the issue and recommend you the best course of action. He replaced the starter on my honda civic and he charged me literally half of dealerships fee. Although his shop is far from where I live, I drive 40 min anytime I have an issue. Hamed is an extremely honest, down to earth, passionate mechanic with an attention to detail that I love. I have a 2010 Subaru Forester with 110k miles and it was time to change a couple parts: (struts, control arms and exhaust). I also got an oil change. He was extremely helpful in explaining what needs to be done, how he'll do it, the cost, etc. I am extremely happy with his service and plan on using him for all my automotive needs.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Going to a shop for repairs can be an ordeal, it's not something everyone looks forward to. My experience here however, was the exact opposite. My repairs did take some time, but Hamed was very accommodating and friendly. The parts used were of great quality and he and his technician provided nothing short of excellent service.

My car's air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days this summer. I was in the area from out of town, and I was able to stop at Advanced Auto Repair and have this issue diagnosed and, luckily, fixed same day. I appreciated the service and the explanation the owner provided about what went wrong. He did a great job!

Definitely Hamed is the most honest, trusted, and efficient mechanic I have ever met. I have been going to this shop for 2 years, and I saved literally hundreds of $ by comparison of other shops. Unlike other places, he uses quality parts with mostly life-time warranty. He is given me a perfect advises and time frame every time and has never missed it. Highly recommend the excellent service of this repair shop...!

Believe the good reviews; this mechanic is a keeper. My experience at this shop was extremely wholesome, the only negative is that he is so far from where I live! I did a pre-purchase inspection and felt that Hamed cared a lot about my satisfaction and the value I was going to get out of my car. He was very thorough and laid out all the facts he new about the car type before proceeding with the inspection - in fact, made it clear that he would not purchase the car and carefully spelled out why it was a bad buy and gave me the time to verify with my local mechanic. I'm very happy with the service and really wish he was located closer to me. Also, just has a very honest, familiar vybe.

I had been using a local mechanic for most of my repairs but Hamed was referred by a family friend.I had recently noticed there was clogging from pollen/debris around my windshield molding and it was starting to separate from the actual windshield. I had received a quote from two other locations and Hamed offered not only the most competitive price but also explained thoroughly what my problem was, how he will fix it, what to do so I can avoid it next time, gave me the turn around time and sent an invoice quickly to approve prior to any services being done.Turns out the gutter from my windshield was clogged and wasn t draining properly. Had no idea that was even a thing but Hamed showed me in person where it was for future reference.The customer experience he provided is bar none the best I ve had anywhere I ve gone. It s hard to find an honest mechanic in this world but Hamed is very transparent and runs his business with his clients in mind. Hamed you have my business for life. Thank you!

I was visiting from out of town to look at a car at a dealership in the area and was arranging for a mechanic to inspect it. I called Advanced Auto Repair and was greeted by Hamed. I initially asked him if he would be able to look at the car, and even though they were booked, he said he would be able to work me into his schedule. While I didn't end up getting the car inspected, he provided sound car buying advise to me. Even though I had just met him on the phone, I felt as though he treated me as a friend, and I was very appreciative of his professionalism and care. 5/5.

I've never visited a mechanic and felt so comfortable before. Ladies, if you want a mechanic you can trust, Hamed is the guy. He will explain everything that may be wrong with your car, and be so patient with you. The service completely exceeded my expectations, and i would recommend this auto repair shop to anybody i know!Warms my heart that i have finally found a place to take my car from now on. Excellent work at honest prices. Hamed goes above and beyond with the quality of the parts he uses and the speed of his services. I've gone in twice with relatively minor issues and he hasn't tried to upsell me or trick me into anything unnecessary. There was actually an occasion where I thought I needed a certain component replaced and Hamed determined that the one in my car was still fine.If you're mechanically inclined and have a moment, make sure you stick around to chat about car stuff and enjoy a cup of his high-quality coffee!

Started coming to this place since I started distrusting my old Dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and happy I did. Advanced Auto Repair diagnosed and fixed a problem (multiple engine codes issues) with my wife's 2005 Honda CRV. It took a little extra time and effort on Hamed's part and the end result was a fixed car. Price was reasonable for the amount or time it took to repair (and less than the Dealership would have charged it for). I was happy with all aspects of this visit and the repairs and will continue coming here for service. In addition to this, Hamed diagnosed another knocking problem I told him about with this vehicle. He found the issue and since it was something I could fix (I'm fairly handy with easier mechanical repairs) he told me what to do and what parts to get. This solved the knocking problem and saved me a few bucks in the process. I would recommend Advance Auto Repair if you are looking for a good mechanic at reasonable prices!

Great Car Mechanic. I recently had some car issues up in Sterling and needed to have my Jeep towed to a mechanic. Advanced Auto Repair was the closest one to my home that AAA towed to. I have dealt with this shop for three of my vehicles over the past two years. The owner brought my 2002 Mini Cooper back to life with a major rebuild and has kept my BMW X5 in top shape. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a professional job at a fair price!

Not honest autoshop as rated by other users. The owner defending his lies for no good reason.They charge you for diagnostics and they are not Bmw professionals. It's just a label. Dealer charges 155 for diagnostic and this shop charges over $300 for diagnosis. The shop associate tells you that they are not going to charge you for diagnosis if you get the work done from them. But that's a lie. There labor charges are $129 per hour no matter what you are getting done. T
