Hit a deer at 45mph no chance to react it ran full speed into the road. NOVA saved my car, The body work is top notch they got everything working correctly, adaptive radar cruise control, lane trace, lane assist, key-less entry and auto high beams.

I am extremely pleased with Nova Collision. This is the 3rd luxury car they have repaired for me, each time doing an exceptional job. My family and I are so pleased that we opt to bring all of our business to them! They are efficient, professional, courteous but most of all fair and honest! Needed a small repair and NOVA Collision came through with the lowest quote and did a perfect job. Almost impossible to tell there was damage, and the paint was blended perfectly. My car was washed, polished and vacuumed when I picked it up. I highly recommend them and kudos also to my account person Douglas P. If nothing else, spend the $20 (if not going through insurance) and get an estimate. NOVA Collision must be one of the bigger repair shops in the area, so they can also turn around your vehicle quickly (important if your insurance doesn't have unlimited rental car reimbursement or you just need your car back ASAP).Initially, I went to two other collision centers in Arlington and Fairfax that were closer to my home and told them that I was paying out of pocket. First time getting estimates, and both were within 10% of each other, so I figured they were about right. I had actually called NOVA Collision as well but they were the furthest away and also have a $20 fee to provide an estimate (I didn't want to pay that).Two weeks later, I decided to go through insurance for my repair and NOVA Collision was one of the centers listed by my carrier. I called for an appointment. This time no $20 fee since it was an insurance claim. Douglas reviewed my car and provided a quote that was about 20%-30% lower than the two earlier quotes I got. Douglas didn't include any bogus work requirements that the other shops claimed was necessary.

The spend 3 days or so repairing my car and kept for another 7 named cleaning and detailing. When I received the car after 7 days the car had no signs of cleaning or detailing. The car was so dirty which they even didn t clean their own mess. Had to say another hour as they forgot to put up the marks. I m not satisfied of their work. The bumper was installed loose and had differences in paint

The estimator I worked with estimated the damage and sent a copy of the estimate to my insurance company. But the estimate was missing some of the damage, so I contacted them and they sent me a personal copy of the updated estimate. I wanted the estimator to report the new estimate to my insurance but they would REFUSE to do so. The discrepancy between my estimate and the estimate given to my insurance company could mean my insurance company would not honor all of the fees required for repair. Very unprofessional work from this estimator.

I was very impressed by the level of communication from the front desk to the estimator. I received text updates through the service. The work was done in half the estimated time and it was a nice surprise to pick up a fully detailed car in addition to the repair. I will keep NOVA Collision Center in mind for future needs!

They did a great job on my car. Even hand washed it, and cleaned the inside. State Farm recommended them. I will recommended also! Great customer service also. Becareful getting gas at stations with the cement barriers. That's what I hit pulling out to leave

Had to get my car fixed for a front bumper issue. The process was very smooth, technicians and service members are kind and professional. I was able to get my rental car from the same place with the partnership they have with enterprise. The pick up process with easy and the car looks brand new after parts were replaced and damage repaired. No hassle, no long waits, and fair prices. Highly recommend. It also appears that they vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle as well as a nice clean wash for the outside before I picked it up. Plus, you get lifetime warranty from them after they do anything to your vehicle.

My visit with Nova went so smoothly, it was unbelievable. I was waiting every day to find out what was going to go wrong, since everything was going perfectly right. They handled the up front customer service exactly the way I would if I were back in customer service - in other words, the way I wanted to be taken care of. Every time I came in, my wait time was less than 5 minutes. They then took me with them to assess my car's damage and didn't write off any damage to something else - this was new to me as I've dealt with another collision center who would do their best to explain away anything to potentially other causes that never happened. These guys even left my ticket open to finding anything else wrong once they got my car opened up, just in case they missed any internal damage. In the end my radiator had been damaged in the accident as well. I would've had to pay for that out of pocket in the future had they not worked hard to catch it. It was a genuine relief to work with them. They share a building with a very chill group of enterprise rental people, and I thoroughly enjoyed renting my car with them as well. All in all, seemless and my car is basically brand new. All from hitting a deer. Will come back in the future if I need more body work done! Shout out to Eric K. for his tireless efforts to make me a happy customer!

Brought it in for body repair in the front drivers side. Engine was fine with only 70k miles. After the body repair was complete was told it needs sparkplugs and coils replacement. Now it runs very rough. Never had that issue with the 5 Hyundais we ve owned. Don t believe it s a coincidence as it Doesn t make sense. Manager said just timing . Will never bring my vehicle there for body repair.

My car has a scratch all the way through the right side of the car, and NOVA collision center replaced everything and returned my car to its original condition! Ali (one of the workers there) was super friendly and kept me updated about the car!

Being completely up front here, the office staff is amazing and if I could rate them separate, they would get 5 stars. They're friendly and welcoming.The body shop itself, 1 star. Thank your office staff for saving you from a 1 star review.I came in for 2 accidents thru the insurance company. The ratings for this place were awesome so I was really excited and confident in their work. My truck is my livelihood and without it, I don't get paid. They had my truck in and out with in a week. Awesome! I picked it up on a Friday right at closing (probably my first mistake-but I needed it for work that weekend). The tailgate didn't shut right and they missed a chip on the front bumper. The tailgate was fixed-ish Monday when I came back. The chip they wanted to patch with spot paint. I'm not being prideful, but I paid $95,000 for this truck. It's luxury in every way because I need to be comfortable with all the highway time I spend. I said no I want it done right. So I made an appt to bring it back. I came back the day we had scheduled for and they wanted to spot paint again. I said no I want it done right. So they rescheduled me again. Every rescheduling is costing me money. Finally I came back for a final time and was told the exact same thing except with more of an attitude. Furious I said well it wouldn't be such an issue for you if you had done it right the first time it was here. Needless to say they wanted to reschedule me AGAIN.they do not stand by their lifetime warranty. If they did, I would be happy. I finally decided that I will pay someone to do and do it right. No short cuts.

NOVA Collision Center staff are quick, professional, and fair. Their estimate was realistic and their advice friendly. No one looks forward to collision service but it s reassuring to know an honest shop like this is close at hand.

I had a simple but difficult issue with my vehicle. I called all over and nobody was able to squeeze me in until I reached out to these guys. Their front desk workers were very respectful and helpful even though they were busy. The (I assume) manager was attentive and decisive. They had a worker quickly address my need and the issue that had taken me 3 hours to attempt and fail to fix they were able to resolve in 20 or 30 minutes. Expert work and great service. Would highly recommend.

Never ever go�NOVA Collision & Auto Service, if you don't want to waste much money.I have been here since they opened. But as time goes on, service and estimates get worse.1. Too much estimation.Here is crazy gold digger.I'm not an expert�in�mechanics and maintenance,� just want to�change the head ramp. They make me claim insurance for the head ramp and charge over $2,000(charging paint and labor is over $1000).�Also, I tried to change the spark plug and transmission oil, but they added engine oil, oil filter, cabin filter, and engine filter and charged without asking.I changed my car's windshield here 2yrs ago. At that time Price was $450~550. But this time the price is $800~900. cos of kind of some adjustments and�calibration. Then, What was 2 years ago windshield�price?�I understand inflation but going up 100% is not reasonable.2. Ignore and unrespect customerIn 10 days, after I dropped�the car there, they called me. They couldn't find my claim No. for windshield�coverage.� This is my bad (I didn't know my policy well) but if they couldn't find a claim No, They should have to ask me in 2~3 days.I complained, "Why did you ask and tell me this one after 10 days? and you had to ask me� 2~3days after I dropped the car."The guy answered "Bring your car"This is really crazy. Can you imagine? after holding my car for 10 days, take my car without�finishing repairing it? Well~ I think changing the windshield and head ramp is not taking over 5days.Also for 10 days, they didn't know about my request to change spark plug and transmission oil. Because they asked me again even though I had written down their form.Maybe the owner liked me wasting a lot there.I don't want any more victims from NOVA Collision & Auto Service Center.And their repair quality is worst. Nova collision has been my go to mechanic shop for the past 7+ years, however the quality has gone downhill drastically. This past month I had my car serviced for a A/C repair. After picking up my car, I noticed a scraping noice coming from the bottom of my car. I pulled over on the highway to take a look and saw that the plastic shield under my car had not been screwed back in place and it was scraping on the road. The shop was closed for the day and I had to take it back in the morning. I was given a free oil change and told that wouldn t happen again. 3 weeks later I take my car in for a fender bender repair which needed the front bumper, and headlights replaced. Once again when I got my car I noticed and drove on the highway I noticed the light were not turning on. It was already dark outside and I had to drive with my high beams on for the rest of the night. When I took it back the following day, all I got was a sorry from management. Apparently the light bulbs installed were burnt out and wasn t checked before it was given back to me. Honestly, this shop has seen better days when Steven was the head mechanic. The front desk staff are wonderfully kind and thorough and patient and although I had some issues with the on-site insurance estimator, the owner made up for it by taking over and getting parts ordered quickly and the rest of the experience was super professional, prompt, and exemplary.My car was fixed on quotes time even with additional parted needed and the paint job turned out seamlessly. I truly got the sense when leaving that the work would be guaranteed and that the quality of work was reliable.I also had the car serviced while getting repairs and the prices are very fair. I plan to use their services again and commend the front desk staff and the owner and mechanics for their professionalism.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

I went there for a oil change and inspection, after 5 hours I call and they told me to get the car, when I went there to pick up my car it was in the same place and they didn t even touch the car, and they make me pay , i did check the sticker on the window and it was the old one, and the sign on the car for maintenance it was also on, they never did the job and charge me, I will never come back, bad experience.I don t know what they were thinking.

I went to NOVA Collision Center to get three emblems replaced on my car. I had called the week before to make an appointment and was told to just come on in the following Monday, no specific time, which made me a bit nervous. As soon as I got there Richard greeted me at the front desk to discuss my reason for being there. He took my car immediately and replaced the emblems. The job was completed in about 15-20 minutes, so my entire time there was under 30 minutes. Richard was fast, professional, and took the time to see if I had any questions or issues with the work. The cost for the service was way under what I expected. This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend this business!

I had a great experience here, especially from Douglas. He knew that it would be expensive and went all out in trying to make sure I got discounted where I could, and even threw in extras like literally cleaning my car interior and exterior when I went in to just fix my bumper and headlights. Thanks Douglas, I'll be coming here for everything now!

We were directed to the shop through insurance claims adjusters. The shop and their representative Landon did an excellent job. The process was smooth, expeditious and the car was restored in a professional manner. We definitely would use them again, if we would find ourselves in a similar situation. Was sent here because it is the closest shop for my State Farm claim, pretty much required to use them. When I called to schedule an estimate (I wasn't getting any work done, just an estimate), they said they were booked out until September (3 months) and weren't able to estimate damages. What kind of shop can't look at a car to estimate damages? probably takes 15-30 minutes. Just given how they run business, I wouldn't take anything I owned here.

I cannot recommend this place enough to my friends and family! I came in with my car in pretty bad shape but everyone here was so nice and helpful. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time because the place is packed, but when I came in for my scheduled time, the front desk staff were quick to get me checked in and my car into the shop.The mechanics are skilled and efficient in their work and after inspection, they gave me a detailed walkthrough of what I needed to fix. They are clear and honest in their recommendations and set reasonable expectations in terms of time and money to complete the work. They really did work hard to make sure that I got my car back as quickly as possible and the final price was under the estimate. And a big plus is that they offer a lifetime warranty on the parts installed so it's reassuring that I can come back if anything goes wrong.Thank you to everyone at NOVA Collision Center!
