Been customer about 2 years and I felt very trustworthy shop. I joined their VIP service which covers 2 years maintenance service and was very cost effective and they honored the contract very smoothly. I never had good experience in other shops but I felt this shop gave me fair treatment and enough explanation what is going on. Never gave me any surprise on prices while car is shop. Highly recommended. This is mostly feeling based and can t prove it number, but this is the store I can trust.

So I moved here from Texas and I needed a place to get my oil changed and I think this place is pretty awesome. I had some issues with my tires. They didn t charge me or oversell me for anything. They really got me in and out and I m very thankful That they saw me when they did I ll definitely recommend you again every few months for my oil change

We have brought all of our cars to Centreville tire and auto for years and I could not be more pleased! The staff is very kind, helpful, and they make you feel like family! We never feel like we are getting taken advantage of which is a breath of fresh air! I will continue to make this place my go to and would recommend them to anyone!!

I am really Selective with my garages. Awesome experience Here. Just picked up car after a new radiator install. Michael kept me in the loop The whole time with multiple phone calls about multiple parts to get me the best service. They are friendly, personable and the front office is very knowledgeable. It s a great combo between a small local garage feel with big-time dealership garage service.

We had a great experience at Centreville Tire and Auto. We scheduled an appointment online for the following day and received both an email and phone confirmation within 20 minutes. Mike was our primary point of contact and he was awesome. He communicated with us in a timely fashion over a 24 hour period and our car was delivered earlier than promised. It was refreshing in today s high tech and online world to call and have Mike answer the phone in two rings or less. I would like to add that Huk and Ray were both helpful and friendly as well. The car was repaired to our satisfaction and the cost was actually less than expected. It was my first visit to Centreville Tire and Auto but it will not be my last.Jay Alls

I have been taking my vehicles here since I bought a set of tires in 2020 and was tired of dealerships upselling everything. The service is always reasonably priced and the work is always professional and quick. Recently brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and the mechanic found oil leakage around my engine and gave guidance to see my vehicles manufacturer for repairs. Thank you yall! Saved me from an even bigger headache and dealer is now repairing under warranty. Reliable safe place to get your car in for maintenance, tires or repairs.

The team at Centreville Tire & Auto are nothing short of outstanding. I received a level of service that went above and beyond great service. Here's a quick summary. I dropped in at the last moment just as they were closing to get a motorcycle inspection, even though they were at closing time, the team did the inspection. As I was leaving (now after closing time) my motorcycle had an issue and would not start. The team assisted me but we would could not start it. After several attempts I decided to call it a day and decided to leave my motorcycle at their facility whilst I grabbed an Uber home. Whilst in the Uber (and way past their closing time) they call me to say they have figured out the issue and if I could make my way back they could get me back on the road. I get back, they fix the issue, we start the bike, and I am on my way. I'd just like to say a big thanks to the Centreville Tire & Auto team! I highly recommend this team for going the extra mile and getting me out of a difficult spot!! Peter (BMW K1300S)

I took my car here based on other reviews and I m glad I did. I needed a VA state safety inspection and naturally waited until the end of the month. They were very courteous and were able to inspect my car right away while I waited in the lobby, which has free WiFi and coffee available. When I got in my car, I was happy to see it was clean and the technician completely removed the previous inspection sticker (and its sticky residue) and put the new sticker on straight. I will return here for future inspections, routine maintenance and other issues.

Walked in without an appointment. Friendly reception. Received an estimate of cost and time for my requested work. Received phone call when work was done. I had requested tire rotation too and I was informed that the tires were 9 years old. I was advised for new tires and the decision was left to me. Upon asking, I was given available options with cost based on my expected usage of the car. I did go ahead with all tires replacement. I received phone call, voice message and text when all work was completed. All work performed well and no surprise during final billing. Thank you Ray.-As a side note, when I picked up the car, I noticed that the front panel on the passenger side was loose. I was not sure when this occurred. When I reported this, I was shown a video of the car taken before any work was performed (by Huk?). Entire car was covered in the video and it looked like the panel was already loose. The video was timestamped. Probably I did not notice the loose panel when I dropped the car off. I was still worried a bit. This time the Body Shop Manager comes out and takes one look at the car and pushes the panel in place (which I could not do on repeated tries). He did not have to do that. He could have easily said it was pre-damage and left me alone on my own, based on the video. Thank you.

Awesome business! I just got my drain tubes unclogged for a really good price (I called around everywhere and most places were estimating twice as much.) I usually hate taking my car in for anything because I feel like I m going to be swindled #itsagirlthing, but they stuck to their word and didn t try to tack on a million extra things. 10/10 would recommend, especially for the girlies.

They gave me a competitive quote for new tires and got me in right away. Very friendly and helpful staff at the counter and the waiting area seemed nice even though I dropped my vehicle for the service. Happy about my decision to buy tires from them and support a small business.

Needed to change the brake lights on my car. Called this place for an estimate and was quoted $75 dollars for labor on each side plus the additional cost of bulbs and other parts. Took my car to dealership next morning and paid $50 including labor, bulbs and additional parts.Will be bringing my car for service to this place like NEVER!!And NO I don't have the wrong shop!*See BUggy Buggy review 2 months ago for the same complaint.

I've been bringing my cars here for several years now. Each time I bring one of my cars, I am impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They patiently explain any problems and field my questions. They are upfront about the state of the car, and on more than one occasion have provided a polite "heads up" about expensive maintenance on the horizon. The front desk is honest and the mechanics in the back do excellent work. I've had everything from oil changes to major engine work done. I highly recommend this business, especially if you are tired of sales tactics. Today, these guys were super helpful. I came here (Centreville one) in need to find the problem to a slow leak in my tire. After reading these great reviews, I decided to come here. It was definitely the right decision & I will be continuing to come here for future car needs. They were able to assess what the problem was, and before anything more expensive was done, they talked it over with me, and then was able to fix it after my approval. They took pictures and videos where the issues on my tire were, and they were so thorough about it. I was really able to understand what was happening and possible problems in the future from their communication. I love honest feedback. Plus, it didn t take that long (90 mins). I had to get a tire sensor replaced after running over the curb at the exit/entrance way of this very business Centreville Tire & Auto because their tow truck was blocking 2/3 of the road stalling 5 pm traffic. The timing of it was too coincidental for it not to be the result of running over the curb but I agreed to have the service done. I dropped my car off at 7:45 am, got a diagnosis call by 12:30 pm and the car was ready for pick up before close at 5:00 pm on the same day. They made it a super smooth and convenient process as someone who works right across the street from their building.

This shop is awesome. Their prices are competitive and they ask all the right follow-up questions. They even offered to ride with me so they could hear what I was hearing when their tech wasn't able to recreate the issue. Talk about dedication.

Went in on Friday morning (9/29) for a safety inspection, there was a wait since it was the end of the month but was quick once my car actually went in service! I feel I could this trust this place the next time I go in because the wait time was long (obvious sign) and the front desk people were friendly.

I have been using this shop that is located in my community for the past 5 years. Always saves me lots of money, they communicate effectively about the vehicle issues that need to be addressed and I have never waited more than 24 hours to have my vehicle returned. Recently saved over $800 with them because the dealer markup was incredulous. Had Radiator coolant and transmission fluid replaced, and sway bar links/boots replaced. Was able to utilize a 10% discount coupon from their website as well. These guys are always so helpful. I love their service, been going to them for almost 5 years for everything big to small. Last week I stopped by their shop before a long road trip to get a few things checked. They happily refilled the coolant in my car and checked the tire pressure without charging anything. It's small acts of service like these that make me come back again and again.Keep on rocking you guys! And thank you.

Driving from Michigan to Centreville, VA, my Impala had a front end howl that was becoming more noticeable as I crossed state lines. I got on the phone and made plans for the technicians at Centreville Tire and Auto to look at my car the next day. It was diagnosed as a wheel bearing failure. They had my car for a total of 5 hours. That time included diagnosis and repair. I am very pleased with their work. I made it back safely to Michigan with a much quieter front end. I would use this business again anytime I am in town. They're always helpful and timely. Ray has been the person I've worked with the most and he's really helped me make some tough decisions, like whether or not I should go ahead and get all 4 tires replaced even though only one was flat. He's also been up front about costs so I always know what to expect, which is very, very helpful nowadays. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity these guys (and gals) have. It has really made me trust them with all my car needs. NOT THE MOST HONEST PEOPLE.....Took my car to have the headlight bulb replaced, they told me the issue isn't the bulb but the wiring. The said it will cost $160/180 to diagnose and then wiring repair will be estimated after the diagnoses, but roughly $500-700.I decided to give it a try myself, bought a bulb from Advanced Autos next door. with the help of a youtube video, i replaced the bulb, and there you go, headlight work perfectly fine for the past several months now.I take all my cars there for the past 7 or 8 years and now am thinking how many times they may have charged me for things that were never repaired or didn't need to be repaired (some were a couple of thousands bucks).I would strongly recommend to get a second opinion or find a honest shop before paying these guys your hard earned money.Don't let their sweet talk fool you.
