This place is set up to overcharge those with a low income and bad credit for complete junkers. My sister had to tell her husband flat out to never buy another vehicle there again after two being garbage. He actually thought the guy there was his friend. Of course they all pretend to be your best buddy when they are robbing you! Do not buy here, even if you are desperate. It is a waste.

Went to trade in my 2013 Chevy Cruize and this man pretty much told me I wouldn't get in a truck from anywhere. Jokes on him the next day I swapped out my car for a pick up truck that was buy here pay here. Told me my credit wasn't good enough. Never been to a buy here pay here that runs your credit. Would've only been 1 star but he was kind of nice and the lady there made me laugh.

Bought an '08 Ford Escape with 59k miles from this establishment - Two months into driving the vehicle, I had to completely replace the transmission. My husband confronted the owner about this and was outright ignored. Flash forward to March of this year, I find out that the entire frame is rusted after my control arms completely break in the front. I would not recommend purchasing ANY type of vehicle from this establishment without first bringing someone to give you an honest assessment of the quality.I - however - will NOT be purchasing another vehicle from here, period. I am stunned by the lack of integrity practiced within this business and encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in our local area to seek other dealerships nearby.

I got a decent car there. ( pretty good) but, I had to take it back up there to get a windshield, got a good deal, everyone is super nice but I still don't have a sticker. I feel like I should of got one with the windshield. That bothers me.

Bought a 2010 silverado with 59k miles. Bed was rusted away underneath along with most of the frame. The entire truck had not been greased after asking them to service it multiple times. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER BUYING A VECHILE HERE!

Very good man a real man that's not trying to put a dollar in his pocket he's trying to put you in a vehical and one that you want and like not on they think they can get rid of fast and has things wrong with it. The man will have my business for now on no other place will I go for a vehical. A very good understanding place of business right there I know of a lot that should come to him to learn how to work with and treat people thank you for working with me I'll be back to buy another very shortly. Donnie is great. Always willing to help you out and will go out of his way to help get you in the ride that you want. I don't trust many smaller car lots but this one has my business for sure. Check them out.

Bought a car from them years ago and the engine fell out as soon as we pulled onto the street. I haven't been back since, I gave 3 stars because they are nice and did correct the issue immediately.

Check out vehicle good before u buy it. Make sure to check under vehicles for rust. Check the exhaust for rust. Don't give to much for vehicle that u haft to put lots of money in it because of brakes rust and tires after u give 15000 for vehicle. Also fuel pump went out. Had trouble getting tags to . beware !!

Everthing he sells is broke down or will break down within a month he sold my boyfriend a suv that had a broke frame and switch it with another and it broke down before he got out of cedar bluff and the 3 only lasted a few months

The vehicles are over priced on buy here pay here and most of them are rigged to run great when u buy it then mess up after wards and don't ever get a vehicle that he puts a reject sticker because he tried sell us one with the whole back suspension rusted apart it would've never have been sticker able .

Ripped me off bad. Try to sale me a truck for 9500 which was only booked at 6200.. then before I got to go to the bank to get the loan he sold it out from under me... and said he was giving me 4000 for mine but only had 2000 on the buyer's guide...
