I bought a Toyota Highlander last year, I bought the car with the check engine light and was told that it was just the gas cap so no worries. However, this was not the case. I had to invest another 2k after purchasing it for 5K, as well as had the dealership have my car for over two months saying they were fixing it and then didnt? Yep...They were supposed to fix the check engine light and why the car was misfiring and they didnt. Tires, brakes, rotors, are expected. But replacement of two knock sensors, variable timing sensor, my mass air flow sensor, brake caliber in less than 7 months? I've bought cars from Steve in the past but this was just ridiculous. I was told that he would send me a check because he felt bad about how much money I had to spend in order to get the car running correctly. Never did. Listen, my car? I love it. But not for the amount of time and money I had to put into it. LAST PURCHASE i will make here.

Got my first car from Excel at the age of 15. It's now 8 years later and she's still going strong! Good vehicle selections and great customer service. Steve Brockwell is the man!
