The ppl were VERY helpful & courteous! GREAT c/s! Called for a part recently. Rcv'd a msg that my call coulbe completed as dialed! Need help!! Anyone know if the #'s been changed or if they went out of business?

My truck, with a 10,000 LB boat attached to the back, broke down in front of the shop. The owner, on a Saturday morning, came out and offered to help us. He diagnosed the problem, and repaired our issue, all in less than 2 hours. I had traveled 4 hours to fish that day. He not only went out of his way to save our trip, but most importantly, got us safely out of the road. He could have kept driving by, but instead he helped us for a very reasonable price. Can't say how much we appreciate it.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a door, great service, clean parts. I cant remember the young ladies name in the office but she made a worry free transaction. Will do business again.

Needed a thermostat housing bolt for a 2007 Honda Accord. Even dealership didn't have any on hand. Was recommended by another yard that didn't have the part either. Called up Joe's, and they had it. Had to drive 20 minutes to get there but it was worth it. They even pulled it for me(Not use to that). Joe's Auto Parts is my "go-to" from now on for used parts.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Dont do business here unless you want to be treated like a POS. Heres my experience:My friend needed a transmission from a 94 civic. They gave him a transmission from a 96. He called on Friday around 3PM and they sounded sincere in making it right even though they're closed on weekends. On Saturday morning we didn't hear back and decided to stop by to see if they had one on the shelf on the way to get a transmission somewhere else in case they didn't. Well, they didn't have one. The OWNER was extremely disrespectful after he asked for the money back since the car is out of commission due to their screw up. After he gave the money back we asked why he was mad and he told us to f*** off and didn't care if we were paying customers. He also threatened to "hit us in the mouth". Not once did we cuss at him even after he dropped multiple F-bombs. Combined we work on a lot of cars and will never come back here. I'd rather pay more than deal with him.

I have been dealing with Pop and Rich @ Joe's Auto Parts now for little over 9 years. These guys go over and beyond to always help me find a part if they don't have it.Keep up the Great work! Thanks, Brian Butler

I ordered a part on the 22nd, I had to call 8 times to get an answer on where it was, just to be told on the 4th the next month the part is broken and it cant be sold. They were rude to my receptionist and not helpful through out the whole process. I will never give this establishment my business again and I suggest you don't either.
