My family and I vacationed in Cape Charles the week of 7/24/23. At the end of the week, and backed up to a departure deadline, i had significant and complicated problems with my Jeep. I began calling all local repair shops that a Google search identified. Every single shop I called, EXCEPT PARKER'S, told me they were either too busy to deal with me or not interested in helping me out. Parker's was honest, efficient, extremely fair, treated me right, and got the job done. I TRUST PARKER'S. If you're local, or just visiting Cape Charles, and run into car trouble this is the shop you want to call.

Very fast and friendly. We were in Cape Charles on a road trip from our home in Minnesota when the oil maintenance message came on in our new Nissan. They were able to change the oil (synthetic) and filter in less time and for less money than back home. Also, I appreciate a clean, well run garage. It's a good sign. If it wasn't a 1,050 mile drive, I'd be back for sure!!! You just need to make an appointment.

Excellent service. Replaced the blown tire on our trailer and fixed the bearing on our car. Was a huge help to us while we were in Cape Charles

We had a tire low air pressure alert while driving to the beach at Cape Charles. We called Parker s and he fixed us right away. Time from problem to resolution was approximately 20 minutes. Highly recommend. Excellent price.Service: TiresService: Tires

Although it was listed by Google as Richardson's the name changed recently to Parker's Tire and Service Center. See address and phone number.Very friendly staff and it is just a good ole fashioned tire shop. No glittery showroom, no frills, just good service and a very fair price.They were able to patch my tire versus trying to pressure me into buying a new one. They have a selection of tires in stock and can get just about anything in a day or so.Glad I found Parkers while we were in Cape Charles.

Cost of large cokes on the Shore is about $2.00, while everywhere else in Virginia is the $1.00 price that's been a very nice plus for us for a little while. But when you get 3 pieces of ice and the cup is not ever near full, you're paying for more than you get. On top of that, the service is slow, often impolite and sometimes rude. McDonald's does have the best fountain cokes, but sadly the negatives have begun to outweigh the positives. This is not because of Covid...

It was all good and dandy I just picked up my jeep i ask him to check out my truck to see if it was was running and able to pass inspection he told me everything was good. So I took it and now I'm broke down at a gas station. I call him and tell him what happen and he told me in was running when it was here and that there nothing he can do. crazy I will never go there again

They are very popular on the southern end of the Delmarva Pennisula. Due to their heavy volume of work, I had to go somewhere else because I need my tire fixed that day.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Came in for an alternator replacement while on vacation in Cape Charles. An hour into my trip home I required a tow truck to find out the serpentine belt had shredded (I saw it! It looked like spaghetti) because he had put it back on wrong. And another hour after being on the road engine kept cutting out. Turns out he put in wrong alternator and as a result both alternator and battery needed to be replaced. With the truck, three mechanics and rental car I m $2300 in for the mistakes of a $300 alternator replacement. When I called to ask for a refund he refused! Incredibly poor mechanical worn and just as bad customer service!!!

Overpriced and didn't finish the job. Ordered a tire for me and wouldn't put it on. I didn't have a jack and had to drive faulty car to another shop.Service: TiresService: Tires

Blew a tire on my boat trailer crossing the cbbt bridge. Called them that morning and they had the exact tire in stock and had it swap out within minutes. Great service highly recommend.
