I m in a touring band and our tour vehicle broke down. The wheel hub was trashed and needed a bunch of different parts to get it up and moving again. The mechanic left the shop to find the part for my car, worked after hours and got my vehicle fixed so my band can finish our tour. This is probably the best repair/mechanic shop I ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank ya ll for saving us on this tour it will not be forgotten

Excellent service, trustworthy, and just interesting to talk to. On a camping trip we were in a pinch because of leaking coolant. Despite being very busy they didn't want me to leave and have bigger issues in a few days. They found the culprit (rusty hose clamp) and repaired it promptly and got me on my way. Great people to work with and to chat with. Truly appreciate how they treat a customer. But they seem very busy, so make sure you break down during the off-season!

Amazing! We woke up to a flat tire while on vacation and they told us to come right in and they will take a look... they were able to plug my tire so we could enjoy the rest of our trip....for an amazing price

My car was running hot. I didn't know what to do, particularly since this was my only vehicle. Although I live in the area, I wasn't familiar with any auto repair businesses. I called the shop , Vicky, Melissa(I think) and crew were more than helpful. They assisted me with transportation back to my home after dropping my car off for repair. My car was repaired nicely without being too costly. Wonderful service! Thank you guys, you are great!

Incredible service! My car suddenly broke down while traveling up north, so David and his team were very helpful and prompt when it came to servicing my vehicle and getting me back on the road. I am very thankful for them :)

I want to share the below to let y'all know how God answered my prayer yesterday when I got in a bad situation.We are at the beach this week. Yesterday, my car started having issues. I called everywhere, but no one could get me in. Out of frustration of knowing we are leaving Saturday, I began praying. I picked up the phone again and made one last try. This auto place told me that they were backed up, but the lady felt led to get me in. We pulled up and noticed 3 crosses at the front. They were able to identify and fix my car in a short amount of time. They even prayed over my car. I knew God answered my prayer when we went there and were helped by a good honest Christian auto shop. Thank You Eastern Shore Repair Service and God bless you .

Called this shop up in a bind with a ruined tire while traveling far from home on vacation. they didn't get my business due to not having my style of tire in stock. but the gentlemen who i spoke to on the phone was more then helpful getting me to another shop close by. considering they weren't getting my money with the service i received.. I appreciated the southern hospitality, and it speaks to the morale character in which this business is run.

My husband and I camped @ Kiptopeke State Park returning to NJ from 3 week road trip south. Steering on Trailblazer started acting up-not a good thing especially towing a 22 foot trailer! Found Eastern Shore on Google with all excellent reviews. Spoke with Vicky & explained the problem & that we were leaving in 2 days. Although they were jam packed David & the mechanic(so sorry I didn't get his name) checked it out,.said we needed a new power steering pump. Vicky ordered it & we returned the following day. Excellent service, truly caring compassionate people. We thank God for people like you all.

We were in kiptopeke state park area for our family vacation. We went to McDonald's for lunch and our car battery completely died. I called insurance emergency service and everything i could think of. But it's kind of remote area, I couldn't find any help.I called this shop and explained our situation. The lady I spoke to was doing her best to help us. Finally she had her husband come out and got us a jump. And our car was running again!!! They guided us to their shop and replaced the battery.I cant thank you enough. I could truly feel that they were trying their best to help customers. Thank you. Thank you. God bless you!Ps. If you come to this area for vacation and have any vehicle emergency like us, call this shop!!! They will take care of you!

Blew a brake line in our Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel leaving Cherrystone and they fixed it the same day in 2 hours. They were also the nicest people too. Happy Birthday to the owner and we will never forget how you helped us get back to NJ.....

Driving down the coast and had serious transmission issues. They were able to help identify if there was anything to be done and helped give advice on what to do. Lovely people. Wonderful husband, wife and crew! My thanks go out to them.

I and my whole family from NJ and was in a summer vacation at Bay Creek resort. All of sudden, I just noticed my car had a problem related to exhaust pipe which perhaps needed $900 for parts and extra labor because my ride is really old. However Dave who works in the shop tried to find a better solution for me then came up with welding solution to avoid the big payout.He arranged with a welding specialist in a timely manner with a reasonable price. More importantly, I did not have to go to the welding shop. Actually Dave brought the welding guy and get thigns done everything in his shop so that I could keep spending my time with my family at the beach.Thank you very muchDan Youn

These people know what they are doing! They are fast and efficient! Above all else they were more than polite and friendly when they arrived to help! Definitely use them again when needed!!! :)

Honest and very thorough. I am mechanically inclined and agree with other issues they found. They did an excellent job with their repairs. I would reccomend them to others.
