After buying a used golf cart from a dealer in Newport News that they said was a refurbished 2012. That turned out to have more things wrong with then I want to list. Won't go I to the stupidity of the first two dealer I had look at it.Brought it to Eastern and they had the problem resolved in less then a week (this was in January). The fixed the problems and supplied with the correct serial numbers, for what is a 2007, refurbished in 2010.Service like this is rare these days

Reserved on a Tuesday and had a blast! Customer service reps were great and easy going. Return process was simple and quick. Had so much fun we wanted to rent again! However, no availability on weekends. We tried reserving ahead of time for Friday morning and were told they had plenty available to just drop in. We did just that and everything was reserved by 10am. Frustrating because we tried to reserve in advance. We planned our day around getting a rental. Luckily, there was another rental company nearby.

From start to finish, Elizabeth made the purchase and customization of our cart a very pleasant experience. Not so easy in the time of Covid with supply chain issues. I would highly recommend these folks.

We stopped in without a reservation and asked about renting a cart for a couple of hours, they had one left and told me we could have it till 5pm.Great staff and very friendly!We will definitely stop again, thank you!

Yikes! Don t rent from this place. Check out CC Ryder first. I called Eastern Shore to rent an 8 seater a week before family vacation. The lady on the phone didn t feel like taking my reservation and said at this time of year rent I g wouldn t be an issue. Of course, when I show up no golf carts to be had. The lady couldn t have cared less.

David and I ordered a custom golf cart. From start to finish they made it all so easy. Customer service is so important and they did as they promised and went above and beyond. We have had nothing but compliments. We really can't thank you enough. We would and have referred new customers to you. Great job Shane and great job Elizabeth. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!!!

They are awesome! Our golf cart broke while we were camping and they helped us out. They even loaned us the socket to fit it. Highly recommend them.

We rented a golf cart for our vacation in Cape Charles. The transaction was easy and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely rent from them again.

Would give this company a more than 5 star if I could. We accidentally left our 3.5 year old son s favorite monkey Douglas on the golf cart when we returned it and traveled home. The company called us and ended up sending Douglas home with a note and some candy. Outstanding! And so special for our son to receive his friend bearing goodies. Thank you!

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Reasonable prices. What a wonderful convenience to have for those of us living in and/or visiting the historic district.Thank you, Shane, Malcolm, Diane and Elizabeth for all the help with our rentals in the past few years.

The owner/manager was able to answer my questions about golf carts and their upkeep and even though I didn't spend a dime was cordial and friendy. This place is mostly a cart rental business...
