Had a blowout with both my right rear tires coming off the Mountain at 2AM. I made the call for service and Blue Ridge had me back on the road in no time at all with 2 brand new tires. I even made my delivery on time to New Orleans. Thanks for the great and fast service!

Very bad shop. They wanted to charge us for 5 hours when changing 2 filters and 2 hoses and a regen hookup. Total bill 1100. I would avoid this shop as the Black Plague. Deceptive practices and very rude people there. The shop needs a bit of reorganization regarding customer relations. I would definitely not recommend. We are an 60+ truck company and never got this treatment from anyone until now.

DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS FOR TRANSMISSION!! I made that mistake and after 2 weeks and 11,000 the transmission busted in less than 500 miles. I paid out of pocket to have it towed to them only for them to tell me a couple days later that the manufacturer said it broke because of driver error mind you this driver has been with me for 4 years and never had any issues. So again they charged me to remount it fast forward a month and I m in the same situation I took it to a dealer and they told me whoever did this job did not do it right all in all I m in the hole 25k all because of the bad job these guys did.

This guys are very professional! Saved me a lot of money by finding out the problem right away! I hope you'll never break down on I77 N like i did.. but if it happens i strongly recommend them!

"WARNING" I had a road call 4 tire replacement on my truck, they asked 3hours of work + 550$ for a long haul Firestone steer tire wich I agreed .The service truck came on site with a Firestone FS561 low speed city tire.These tires are city haul and they last 3 months on highway if lucky and they don't explode , I am in bussiness since 1994 and very well experienced that.I asked 4 the right long haul agreed tire but the owner refused and then he threatened me with his friend, a local trooper who would give me a ticket and who will tow my truck if I don't pay 95$ for the call.I ended up by paying him 95$ because I refused to pay 900$ for an unsafe tire job.Then I call Lowes road service who bring me a right long haul tire, did the job and even charged me 112$ less compared with this crook bussiness .I will also fill a complaint at 'Better Bussiness Bureau' when home.This kind of highway scamers should not exist.

These folks made us very comfortable from the first phone call. Very polite, friendly and professional at all times. Diagnosed the problem with our motorhome quickly and correctly. They hunted down the parts we needed, got them installed in a jiffy and went on a test drive with us right back up the same mountain that we first noticed the issue. All good. I blew my radiator about 5 miles up the mountain. They took my information and routed a tow truck my way. Said it would be an hour and half and it was only less than and hour I had to wait. Guys was really nice. When I got to the shop they were waiting on me to put my truck in and get to work!! From the time I broke down till I was back on the road was little over 5 hours!! You can t beat that service. They put 3 guys on it to get me in and out!! This place is awesome!! I highly recommend them. They are nice people and work quickly to get you running again. My driver got into an accident - called Blue Ridge - they towed my semi truck & trailer - on a Saturday afternoon and my truck was back on the road 2.5 business days later. Their pricing is fair and Chuck was so easy to work with. I recommend this shop / towing service 100%. They were also nice enough to take my driver to a motel while the truck was being worked on.Service: Special vehicle towing

I needed a air bag ,check valve, and they even tightened a few transmission lines for me. They did a fast and professional job. And treated me well, I would definitely recommend . I'm definitely keeping them in mind if anything ever happens if I'm in the area...thanks guys and hope you have a blessed day.

I'm US Highway Express, high recommend Blue Ridge for any roadside issues as a towing and repair! Those guys are one of the best on East . They helped me a couple times. I never get an "NO" or "We can't" . Everytime I call, they're ready to assist me and provide an greatest job. Thank you guys for your honest and professional job you do! I used Blue Ridge Truck Service, LLC last week because we had a fan clutch issue on our truck. My driver broke down while driving on the mountain and Blue Ridge was close by to come troubleshoot the issue. They got there within 1 hour which is impressive because most road side calls are at least 3 + hours. They diagnosed the truck and determined that the fan clutch was out and not working properly. On the invoice, it says they "rebuilt the fan hub with a quick kit and now it's working" (not sure what a quick kit is but okay) . They charged me $775.85 to do this work roadside, my driver leaves and calls me within an hour and a half stating that the truck is still running hot and the fan isn't coming on while going up a hill. I immediately called Blue Ridge back and spoke with Chuck and he pretty much said that the fan was working when the technicians left and that my driver was too far out to come and look at it. Well obviously, something wasn't repaired correctly because the truck wouldn't be doing the same thing that it was doing before I called you. Chuck pretty much just shot me away after they took my money. I am a small business and don't have $775 just to throw away for no reason. I ended up taking the truck to a repair shop and was told the fan clutch needed to be replaced not repaired because the material lining was not good on it. Had Blue Ridge diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, I wouldn't be writing this review but instead they took my money and did not repair/replace anything at all. Not a well we can issue you some sort of a refund, nothing from them! I will NEVER use them ever again and I warn other drivers out there to think twice before calling them as some of the reviews on google sound similar to mine. You've been warned - don't make the same mistake I did.

Did a great job for me last night. Truck broke down on top of the mountain last night and call this company. They showed up pretty quick and the guy was nice and very professional. The price was fair and got me going in no time. I will recommend anyone to use them and I will always call them if any of my trucks are in the area for service

I called this Company for a Service call to check a Permitted truck that was loosing coolant. They sent their mechanic out who called me and stated that our Truck had a busted radiator and would need to be towed to his shop. Knowing I had permits that are very expensive and would expire I had to dispatch a service truck from Mobile, Al. to Dobson, North Carolina with a Radiator. When our Technician arrived he determined within minutes that the upper radiator hose was leaking the coolant he replaced the hose and pressure tested which took less than 30 minutes and truck was on its way.I called this company back to let them know that I was not pleased that they billed me $438 to cause me to send someone 650 miles and loose an entire day plus loose use of my technician for an entire day for work that could have been done. The mechanic told me sorry boss there is nothing I can do about it and no one has even offered to refund service call. Needless to say will NOT be planning to use this company again!

I had great service from Blue Ridge. The fuel pump went out and I had to pull into the rest area. The truck was spraying fuel. The guys showed up in 10 minutes and had it diagnosed in seconds. Within another 10 minutes more guys showed up along with a new fuel pump. They replaced it on site, cleaned up the leaked fuel, and I got back on the road for an affordable price.

Was heading south on I-77 towards Mt. Airy making a delivery when my rear differential bombed. My company called and dispatched out their services to have my truck looked at, and the mechanic they sent was very prompt, professional, and did a very clear check on everything. He found what the problem was, and helped me contact my supervisors and helped me to get back up and running. Being a new driver, it is insanely intimidating to have something like that happen, but I was met with a calm and collected, professional attitude and was treated with respect. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Truck Service.

They did take a look at my truck in a timely manner, but the service was terrible, I went to the shop for a coolant leak, they mechanic said that my radiator cap was bad , so I requested to be change , he mentioned that that s the only that s leaking. Less than 30 miles on my trip I had a breakdown again for coolant Not to mention that their shop is a dead end there s no place to turn around, the place is packed with old trucks and cars, I Kidd you not , they had to tow un-functioning vehicles so that I can make a u-turn through grass, of course they don t tell you that over the phone besides calling you in.They charge $89/hr and $89 for using credit. DO NOT GO HERE.Service: Long distance hauling

Terrible business and people! They have a scheme going dow there on the mountain to keep people trucks and trailers when they are not able to pay out ravenous prices. Over charging to tow a truck 9 miles. And then charge $125 a day. Charge $375 to pick up a trailer at 9pm when they knew I was around the corner for 15 hrs waiting for a new truck to help me out. Just terrible place and people. Paid less than 2k to get it 500 miles back home. Shady place and location.Service: Special vehicle towing

Out of town with our truck and these guys were still open after-hours. We had an initial expensive diagnosis, however after looking in to it further they were able to repair for just over $200. There is nothing worse than being out of town with a breakdown, and not knowing your local service companies. We got lucky finding such an honest group of folks. Thanks Chuck and team for taking care of our driver Amber and our company - you guys rock!

Be careful with this place if you are thinking in call them they gonna charge you $95 just for the call and then another $95 for a credit card payment. I drove my truck to the shop at night shop is not open 24 hrs they gonna charge you 2 hrs labor time the mechanic takes to get to their own shop after 2 days end it up towing my truck to Freghtliner because they couldn't fix the problem charge me 9.5 hrs labor for change a simple module and the towing fee to freightliner shopThank you for nothing

These guys saved our a**es! Our 94 Safari broke down on i77 towing a 6 x 12 trailer and we weren t sure if both could be towed. Blue Ridge showed up with a flat bed for the van and a pick up for the trailer, towed us back to the shop, and fixed our problem for one surprisingly low price. However, our trailer was too heavy for our van to continue towing over the hills. These guys not only let us keep our trailer there over night so we could come back with a truck in the morning, but they also helped us find a pet friendly hotel for us and our animals and explore our cheapest options for truck rentals. We are beyond grateful for all of their help!

These guys did a great job with our broken axle. They assessed the problem, provided honest feedback and suggestions, Gave us a ride to and from a hotel, fixed our axle and gave us a fair price. Most Importantly they were thorough in their work and made sure that they provided quality service.

In a semi broke down in I-77. Called Blue Ridge for roadside assistance. Said he would be here with in an hour. 34 minutes later, here he came. Was so respectful and helpful! STAY AWAY... Yesterday they came to me top of the hill at the truck stop, bolts snapped holding my ac compressor down. Able to get air and do a rolling start to get to their shop. $285. Got to the shop, $343 to remove the pump and revolt and recharge. All good we're in business. NEGATIVE......Left there made it to the Dublin truck stop on 81 (50mi roughly). No AC, the line was off, dumping the oil and freon. I called the 24hr number, no answer. Called the shop number, "mechanic" who answered needs a lesson in respect. Refused to come and fix the problem, said I had to come to them (not a chance, I was NB on a run).Next day, on my way back (route not close to them) I make it 170 mi from my destination and notice no volts on the gauge. Pop the hood, EVERYTHING they did had came apart. 5 bolts on a detroit 12.7, not rocket science. READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!!To the shop- try harder. You have MY number, feel free to call
