Long story short, I was on a road trip starting from Massachusetts heading south somewhere, I chose Twin lakes state park as my destination. When I got into the area to fuel up, I realized that my rear brake was junk. So, as anyone would do, I looked for a repair shop. The next morning, I went to Watts and explained my situation. They took a look at my car, ordered my parts, and fixed me up, I was back on the road the same day. Rodney runs a good shop. Thanks for the help.

The owner tended to my car himself. Explained the problems and was very Courteous. He'll always get my repairs in the future.

We have "shopped around" at local automative shops and have never been pleased. We recently had to have repairs done on my husbands hunting truck and were very suprised they were able to diagnose the issues and repair in a quickly manner. The truck is now operating better than it ever has before. If the husband is happy, I am happy. We felt their prices were very fair as well.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes

Great service! I highly recommend this business! Rodney, and his staff have been helping me a lot since I first posted this review. They've helped me correct some problems that another shop created. Rodney isn't a fly by night mechanic, in fact he and the other mechanics there do an excellent job for me. If all of the bad reviews were the norm for this business, then the doors would have been closed long ago.I've known this family for several decades, and they've always been very kind and honest towards me!

The service here is terrible. They told me to be here by 2pm. When i got there at 2 , they said it may be a couple more hours before they even looked at my car. The secretary was extremely rude. I got on the phone with my mother and she kept interrupting me saying "if you have a problem then you can grab your keys and leave". The owner then told me go ahead leave it isn't putting money in my pocket. I do not recommend this place at all.

Fair and honest. It's not easy to find a shop you can trust and is willing to talk about your vehicle and what it really needs or could wait or really doesn't need at all. The team is friendly and are great people.

This place of business is unethical. They charge for services not agreed upon by their customer. I have given this establishment too many chances because I wanted to support our local shops. Never again. They should be ashamed to run their business this way. Go to Rogers in crewe instead. At least he s an honest man.

Would be zero stars if I could. I had a popping noise coming from underneath front end. They called told me it was one thing that needed to be fixed. A few hours after that I was called again and told it was something else that needed to be fixed and it would cost me on top of what they just fixed. Another couple of hours the problem still wasn't fixed and they needed to fix something else! Paid around $1600. Well here we are 7 months later and the noise has returned. So I took my car to Ford( should've done this to begin with) and the noise I'm hearing is from a part Watts told me they fixed. Watts also supposedly replaced a brake caliper, which low and behold I'm replacing the same damn brake caliper they said they replaced. Now I gotta put another $500 out. Very unhappy. Don't waste your $$ with these guys take it to someone who knows what they are doing.

On behalf of Watts Auto Service, we try to satisfy all customers and as a business owner you know that is is impossible.. but, you try anyways! You will always have good and bad customers when running a business- We do honest work regardless.. But, yet again you can not satisfy every person that walks through the door. It has taken hard work and dedication to get our business to where it is today and frankly, we are very proud at how far this family ran business has come!When it comes to State Safety Inspections, always remember "avoid delay and inspect early". If you wait until the last of the month when your inspection sticker is getting ready to expire; There will most likely be a wait or delay. We thank you for your business!

Wanted an Interstate battery for my Jeep, they had the perfect one. Put it in right there at the shop for a very good price. The people are awesome.

Went to get work done on my vehicle. The shop scheduled my work for Wednesday on Monday left the vehicle on Tuesday Wednesday the shop never touched my vehicle I sat there and watched them take car after car that came in and left mine. I'm done with this shop cause I'm not one of the good old boys.
