Update: NTB installed the new tire on A RIM THAT WAS CRACKED AND BENT AND NEVER ALERTED US TO THIS ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.Original post: Run away from this business! They WILL NOT STAND BY THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY UNLESS YOU BUY ROAD HAZARD INSURANCE - TOTAL SCAM.23k miles and the sidewall blew out, total separation, like you took a knife and ran it all the way around one sidewall. This brand has a 50k warranty but, "we can't offer anything because you didn't buy the extra insurance."Luckily I took photos since they threw everything away even though I asked them to return it to me so I could contact the manufacturer.Will try to keep posting as much as possible in an effort to save others from this crooked shop.

Wonderful shop with excellent customer service. I ve had three appointments in the last week because of some overdue maintenance I put off. All fair prices and timely service. Ivee went above and beyond for me. New to the area and this is my tire guy from now on.

I was sent their by their call center because this location has Tesla lift. I have a small screw in my tire. I asked them if I can send a picture to ensure they can fix it or not? I was told no I can't. This location is far away from my house. When I arrived the guy told me he can't fix it, he will have to order a new tire. Which he didn't know when it would even come. So he wasted at least an hour of my time. If I had known this, I would not risk driving on low air and keeping stopping to pump air to ruin my tire. NTB needs to train their staff to be mindful and have common sense to not waste customers time. This all conversation could've occurred over the phone. Instead of me wasting and risking my car on the road.

I got a screw in a tire on my Mazda 5. I took the car in today and it was ready in about 45 minutes for a good price. I'm grateful for the quick service and highly recommend this business.

Had a very good experience here. These guys don t oversell you with what you don t need. Got my brakes done here and the price is cheapest around the area. The guys here Yavi Berks, Amir and Ivee are great and can be trusted.

I have just received the worse customer service from this NTB Burke location. The moment that I walked in I knew immediately the person at the front desk was not going to be helpful and it turned out he was the general manager. I approached him to be helped, but he completely ignored me. There was no greet or no apologize for the wait, but an awkward 10 minute wait while he was working on his paperwork. Finally he was ready, I explained my issue and I told him I wanted to show him the nail that I have in my tire. I could tell he was annoyed that he had to go outside to look at the tire. Then when we couldn t find the nail on the tire, he got more annoyed that I wasted 2 minutes of his time and pretty much walked away. When I came back to show him the nail that we couldn t find, there was another associate who helped me. We discussed that due to the location of the nail and size, it could be repaired despite it being a run flat tire. I asked several times, but he reassured me that it was going to be fixed due to the size and location. While we were discussing this, -the general manager was right next to him and he even chimed in. Because they were booked that day, I had to wait 4 days to fix my tire. On the day of my appointment, the general manager was the only one there and he treated me just the same way as he did before. When he was finally ready, he looked up my account and said we couldn t repair it and that I had to replace the tire. I explained to him that was not what we discussed, instead he raised his voice this time and said we can t repair it because it was a run flat tire. I am fully aware that some tires have to be replaced, which I would have obliged if I had to, but what is infuriating is the way his talks and treats his customers. He was demeaning and rude. For someone to be general manager, it s just appalling that he doesn t know good customer service. Because I couldn t take another day off from work, I ended going to VA Auto Service of Fairfax nearby and they fixed it on the same day! The customer service at VA Auto Service of Fairfax was exceptional!

I took my 2007 van to have a lug nut replaced (it was broken while Costco installed new tires). I left the car and was promised to have it ready early in the morning. The next day, I called multiple times and no one answered. Finally, near noon, I go there in person just to be told that they broke another lug nut and are unable to fix my car. This is supposed to be a shop dedicated to fixing tires, are you kidding me? Took the car to a regular mechanic and he was able replace all five lug nuts without issues. NTB said it was impossible and that I had to take the car to the dealer. Go elsewhere.

My tire went flat due to a sharp piece of metal I picked up on the road. I replaced the flat with a spare at home and drove it to NTB.They ordered and replaced the tire and also performed an oil change as requested; no problems. I probably would ve given them a 4/5 star rating.So why is it a 2? I drove it home and noticed that my hubcap was hanging off the wheel. I examined it closer to see that the plastic locking mechanisms were bent up and broken. It was clear that whoever attempted to put this back on didn t line it up in with the groove for the air intake valve stem and tried to force it on, which clearly resulted in said plastic parts getting mangled.I mentioned in the beginning that I replaced the wheel with a spare to drive it in. I ve taken these hubcaps on and off these wheels countless times. All that to say, I m familiar enough with these parts to know when it was mishandled by somebody else.I called them to flag that this had occurred, and I honestly wasn t even looking for compensation. An apology would ve sufficed. But unfortunately, the GM maintained his condescending position that the car came into the shop in this manner and refused to even consider that he or his team member(s) may have caused the damage.As somebody who values integrity, I will not be returning here despite it being a convenient, short distance from home.
