I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a difficult to find item or any auto item at all. The assistant manager, Eric, went above and beyond trying to locate something for me. He called to update me once he found it and to let me know when it would arrive. Excellent customer service that is rarely seen these days! Would give 10 stars!

These guys are the best. They had a emergency brake kit for a older model vehicle I desperately needed. Better deal than Amazon or anyone online. Was able to install super quick and in just enough time to pass inspection.

I use Napa/Fairfax Auto Parts almost exclusively for both my personal and professional auto parts needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to proved outstanding customer service on several occasions. As an auto shop manager I appreciate how hard they work to help me service my customers vehicles quickly, and with quality products. It will always be my go to spot for all my automotive needs!

I have been going to the same auto parts store for years!! 14 years to be exact! I see the same helpful guys there EVERY time! They always go above and beyond to help and there is no one I trust more than them Mike,Kevin,Kevin( playfully PorkChop) are the best! I've purchased parts for my KIA,Mercedes and even my Range Rover When it comes to my vehicles I won't go elsewhere

This used to be part of the Fairfax Auto Parts automotive parts suppliers. These guys know their stuff better than the guys at trash auto. Used them for years while I was a full time auto tech and still use them to this day.

Extremely lazy, disinterested and unhelpful employees. I left empty-handed when it became clear that they were more interested in their crossword puzzles than in helping me solve an automotive problem. A short drive up the street to Advance Auto parts had me fixed up in a jiffy. I will not be coming back to NAPA ever again.

Slightly better auto-store here than most in the region. A bit of misguidence with the products - you have to know precisely what brand to ask for, for the employee will only offer you the most expensive variable of any given needed item.

Wasn't treated badly, staff seemed friendly enough. Didn't seemed like they were trying to rip me off on things I didnt need. I'd do business here again.
