Some of the best, Customer Service, and honesty, I ve ever seen at an auto-mechanic shop. The lady at the front was very approachable, and very willing to help. I spoke with John on the phone had impeccable customer service skills, and I can guarantee you anytime any of our vehicles has an issue. We will be coming there.Sidenote-The cleanest public restrooms I ve ever seen in my life.

KC Automotive.. I was the Service Manager nearby at NTB around the corner for a year. John took good care of a few headaches that our shop wasn't able to accomodate. Glad you guys are still taking care of the local community. Thanks for all the help during my time there in Burke

KC is very accommodating and worked me in promptly. Lucy at the front desk is very pleasant and friendly. Boris gave me a thorough and honest assessment on State Inspection. I highlyrecommend this service station. Thank you for a pain-free automotive experience at a very reasonable price.

Jon/John was my mechanic.He did an amazing job and even fixed things I brought up to pass inspection. What they estimated for the work was very fair and when I came to pick it up it was way less than what I expected. He said that the work was easier than anticipated. Who does that anymore? Honestly, who is honest!?They now have a loyal customer. I will go there and only there from now on.

Truly a fabulous experience and service. I wish I could give them double the stars. KC made right what another local auto shop did incorrectly to my car. They did this at an incredibly fair price, and were timely and honest. Rather than judge the condition of my car or disregarded me as a dumb girl, I was treated with total respect and genuine kindness which is why I'll never go anywhere else again.

We ve been getting our cars serviced here for a few years. This morning, we needed a last minute service before my teenager drove several hours to see friends. We showed up early to be first in line when they opened and then found that the power was out. When I explained why I was eager to get the service and brakes checked right away, the gentleman (I m sorry I didn t get his name) offered to check the fluids and brakes with a flashlight and to let us now if it was safe to drive. All was well-they topped off some fluids and said the brakes were still okay. We ll bring it in when the teen returns for the scheduled service. Highly recommend this garage! Honest and compassionate.

I ve been coming for oil changes for years. Had to get a lot of work done to pass my state inspection. John was quick to tell me, quick with updates, and gave fair and honest pricing. Whole process took way less time than I anticipated. Will continue coming here for car stuff!

I just turned 100K miles on my 2013 Ford. Never once did I take it to the dealer. All of my service has been done by KC Automotive, the best in NOVA. The service managers, both named John, will discuss all details, including up front pricing and not leave you hanging when your vehicle needs maintenance or repairs. The work done by their mechanics is top notch and you can even do a late night drop off if you need your car first thing in the morning.Don't take your vehicle anywhere else. Why would you? These guys are the best.

I've been coming to see the guys at KC off and on for years. Growing up I ended up using quite a bit for oil changes, and after returning to the region I came back for some vehicle inspections and pre-purchase check ups.They've always been extremely fair and do not come up with little things to fix just to add to the bill. Despite occasionally coming in with expensive repairs, I knew it would be a necessary expense to keep the vehicles running. Regardless, I could always be sure of the quality of the work and never had to worry about problems rearing their heads around again.Typically I can get an oil change in quickly by calling ahead and checking that they have availability that day, or dropping off if I have the time to spare. Otherwise, they're usually very open to working around the issues and getting repairs done as quickly as possible. They recently helped out with an unexpected battery replacement with some rather difficult factors to navigate and got the job done extremely quickly, all things considered.My hat goes off to these guys for their professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. Were I still living in the area they would still be my go-to shop. Bravo!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Been here twice. Once for a oil change and once for a "wobble" in my wheel. They found what was wrong, explained what they did, fixed it, didn't try to upsell me or do any unnecessary repairs, and it was less than 100bucks. Love it!

I've take five different cars to KC Auto over the last few years, ranging from clunkers to new hybrids, and I'm always felt that their prices are fair and their service is excellent. They are very good about presenting options: telling me upfront what should be done now, and what could be put off until later. I've never felt like they try to talk me into something that isn't necessary, never had a problem with any of their work, and never felt overcharged. They have even sometimes come in significantly under the original estimate they gave me. Highly recommended.

Awesome team at KC Automotive! It is very comforting knowing that you are taking your car somewhere and getting honest honest quotes, fair prices, and very prompt service. I continue taking my car there and recommending them to all my friends and family because the high level of service is consistent, I have never had a bad experience.

This repair shop is the best. I've been going here for over four years and every time I've taken my car in they've done a great job at a reasonable price. John is informative and always lets me know if he thinks something is going to be needed now or in the near future. I appreciate being able to plan for these larger expenses. My recent repair was a front brake job. They got it done in a day. The guy who picked me up at my house to bring me back to the repair shop to pick up my car was friendly and a very safe driver. I love everything about KC and will always take my cars here.

As long as I live anywhere near Burke I will always take my car to K C. They do excellent work and they are extremely honest and straight forward. I have never had another mechanic anywhere treat me as well and as honestly as the people over at KC do. I have been bringing my cars to KC since early 2000 and I have no plans to look anywhere else. John, the guy who usually calls people and lets them know what is going on, is very good at explaining everything like it is and he is very honest. He is awesome and has been nothing but helpful each and every time I have taken my car in.

First of all, our car goes there to get service regularly and we never had this issues before. And I am glad they are busy with their business.Here is the story, I was there three days in line and just try to get state inspection. To be honest, I don t mind to wait for 3-4 hours, but it seems like my car was never be touched after 3-4 hours waiting.In the first day, I arrived around 8:50 am and I dropped off my car and ask them how long will it takes for state inspection? May I pick it up before 12? The lady went to back ask the technician and told me that they cannot. So she told me to come back next day, we should be able to help me without a long wait.Second day, I arrived around the same time, the lady told me I have to wait for couple hours, then until 11ish, we called to check, and they said the car is not even begun yet. So we went back to the shop and pick it up, because we need the car to pick up our kids from school. And the lady told me, come back tomorrow, we will squeeze you in and help you.I took her words, so I went again!Today, is the third day straight, I arrived around 8:45am, they told me that the car won t get ready in couple hours, if you want to wait then you wait; if not, I am sorry.Maybe the don t make much money from state inspection, so it is not important to serve.I am extremely disappointed about the way they take care this. I just want to share with you all.

I went to them for an oil change, brake squeak, and an alarm issue. They charged me $40 to tell me the brakes were good and didn't find the brake squeak problem. They blamed rust. When I got the car back the lock didn't work. It cost me over $300 for an oil change because of this. Every where else I've gone would have done the break inspection free and certainly wouldn't charge me if when they don't find any problem.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've used this shop for over three years. They are always truthful and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They quote what they feel needs to be done worst case scenario; however, only charge for what was done and are happy to give you a break down of the work. Everyone is very polite and overall so far they have saved me $3,500 which other shops tried to extort from me. I've always been great full of this shop especially to others in the area. I recommend this place even to strangers ice overheard need a mechanic. Keep up the good work. The latest quote was believed to possible be $1,500 but ended up being only $1,024. :-) and the parts were ordered and delivered the same day, work was finished as promised, the same day and in time to pick up my son as I had mentioned that as a fear. I will only continue to go to shop.

Excellent service and outstanding customer service are the hallmarks of KC Automotive. I have taken my Ranger in for service several times and each time I was completely satisfied with the service. The prices were reasonable and the turnaround time was excellent. You can t go wrong taking your vehicle there for service.

They were fantastic from the front desk receptionist to the technician. Honest and fair with their assessment of our Honda CRV. We needed the brakes and tires replaced, but they told us there was still life left on them. I never thought I would hear a mechanic say that! Highly recommend and we will be coming back again soon.

Initially I liked the place but am now done with them. They seem to be decent people, but they take the parts they buy at discount and mark them up considerably. They often overcharge for labor. Based on multiple phone calls I made to part dealers and other shops, my last (and final) repair job cost $150 more than it should have. That's at least a 30% surcharge for someone who was a regular customer. You can do better.

Great crew that does solid work at a good price. They re always honest, courteous, and quick. John is great and always takes care to explain the problem and different options you have. I do any work I can myself, but if I can t, I wouldn t trust anyone but KC.

Great service at a fair price. KC and John are excellent to work with and provide estimates that are at or below the actual cost. They offer alternative repair options whenever possible. On several occasions I have had them tell me I can wait on a repair or have called to get a refurb or used part. They have even called out of state junkyards to find a lower cost part for me. Very trustworthy and honest. They have my highest recommendation.

I've always hoped that anywhere I move to, there will be mechanic(s) in the vicinity that I can come to trust and rely on for all my car needs. I feel blessed to have KC Automotive right around the corner from where I live. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. You are placing your car in good hands when you drop it off @ KC Automotive.

Took my car in for a slow leak and tire plug. The next day the tire was low again so I took it back. They said there was another nail, and then charged me another $25. For $50 I could ve gotten a new tire, and I missed an appointment because of it. Since they missed the second nail the first time the least they could ve done was discount the second plug. Seems like they re overpriced and not very customer service friendly so I won t be back.
