This is the place you want to go to. A few anecdotes on how they don't up-sell you: 1) Anything that required extra maintenance they eagerly offered to show you in person (such as, "I brought you your air filter. Look at it. You should replace this"), 2) They would show me things from my car and say things like "this would normally be due for replacement, but yours still looks brand new, so I'd recommend you don't replace it unless you really want to," 3) They told me all of my brakes needed to be replaced and offered to show me. They told me the price, and I agreed to pay. Then they grabbed me later and said "I'm so sorry, we confused you with another customer. Your brakes are fine." They could have replaced my brakes and taken my money since I already agreed, but they didn't! If you're a gullible chump like me and you're worried about a dishonest technician taking advantage of you, you don't need to worry about that here.

pay attention people. The free brake check is a money grab. i knew the brake pads on my wife's car needed to be replaced and had ordered the necessary parts. I was told, I had to replace my rotors as well, as "brake rotors wear at the same time as the brakes." Total cost around 550 dollars per axle. including labor. Quick lookup thank you google rotors are 46 dollars each. Brake pads 35 dollars.127 dollars in parts. 423 in Labor. per axle. yeah that will be a Very hard no.

I took my wife s jeep there for an oil change. Within seconds of them rolling the jeep into the shop, i was informed at the desk that I also need brake work done on rear breaks, that there is metal on metal grinding. They offered a quote of $495 to fix. When I asked their brake expert to show me why I need brakes, he pointed to the pads and said they looked less than 2mm and the pads should be replaced. I looked at the pads and they were just fine. I asked why was I quoted $495 for rear brake pads and he told me they generally recommend replacing rotors with brake pads.(that is absurd) . There was no squeaking, no metal on metal, NO marks of grinding on the rotors which were in perfect shape and no sign of pads needing to be replaced. They tried to upsell me from an oil change to $500 in unneeded brake repair. They also told me the wipers looked old and needed to be replaced. I replaced them TWO WEEKS AGO. This is my second negative experience with this place. I will spare you story of my previous visit. This place is shady and untrustworthy. Will not be going back and recommend you don t either.

Was just at this JiffyLube and the customer service was horrendous. I was called up to the counter and before I said anything the gentleman walked through everything and was disconnected, rude, short, and sarcastic about the info. I chalked it up as having a bad day but the customer behind me got the same treatment, afain without any warrant. Will not be returning.

Came in for oil change and tire repair. Not sure if they lack experience fixing tires or they re too lazy to do it because it s an hour before closing time. Said they couldn t do it because it s too close to the side wall so I took it down the street after they changed the oil and guess what the other shop fixed it with no problem. And they also lost my hubcap.Services: Tires, Oil change

So, I was looking for two new tires for the back of my Honda Civic and Amazon had a really good price that was much cheaper than anyone around and the same brand that came with my car. They also offered an installation package through Jiffy Lube. I ordered two tires and they were delivered to the local Jiffy Lube in Burke and I went on my appointment date and had them installed. So convenient and everything worked out fine right? Wrong. So, while driving home I noticed that my low-pressure gauge was on. I thought maybe they just forgot to reset the gauge so, when I got home I did it myself. The next time I drove the car, the light gauge came on again and resetting it did not help. I took the car back to Jiffy Lube and they said the back tires were low and they made sure the PSI was correct in all four tires and reset the gauge. They said that I should have no more problems. Within a day the low-pressure gauge came back on. I took the car back to Jiffy Lube, but they were not as helpful this time. The Manager said the tires were low and it was most likely due to the cold weather we were having. I explained that when the light actually came back on we were not having cold weather. I suggested maybe the tires needed to be remounted as it was obvious that something was not correct. The Manager however was not open to offering any more help to resolve the issue. Air was put back into the low back tires, the gauge was reset and within a day it came back on again. I had to contact Amazon and put in a return on the tires. I had to go to another tire store and purchase two new tires with installation and then ship the two Amazon tires back before I could get a credit. It was a mess. This place is not friendly, and this place is not helpful. The Manager made it perfectly clear by telling me that if I'd purchased the tires at Jiffy Lube, they would have assisted me more. If Jiffy Lube would have attempted to troubleshoot the issue and found the Amazon tires were faulty, I would have been more than willing to purchase two tires right there and corrected the issue on the spot. I learned two lessons here. Don't purchase tires from Amazon but more importantly, don't use Jiffy Lube in Burke, VA for car maintenance.

I've read bad experiences but i do not know WHY i went for oil change, I noticed when i got home my car was scratched in the right front side. After 5 days the battery is dead, the mechanic who replaced with the new one told my husband, the filter was no changed. I hope they used the synthetic paid.

RV friendly! This is the ONLY Jiffy Lube in Northern Virginia that wants my business.Stations in Arlington and Falls Church refused me even though they had plenty of height clearance. Never had this issue with the Jiffy Lubes in Georgia. Good work ethic here in Burke.

The mechanic who helped be out in Burke Va was great. Another store said there was a problem and didn t want to do the work but they walked me through my questions and there was no problem with my vehicle. Thank you.

I think I have found a new place to go for all my car needs. I first came here for an oil change, then I needed my brakes done so I came back. Great customer service from Cody and the rest of the team!

I like Jiffy Lube. It's a good service and they help watch out for my vehicle. The one thing I don't like is when I get an e-mail from Jiffy Lube with a discount coupon, and then I try to use the coupon and they say, oh that's for a different Jiffy Lube. I thought Jiffy Lube was Jiffy Lube was Jiffy Lube, but apparently not.

This is the best Jiffy Lube I have used anywhere in the US. The manager, Dallas, runs a tight ship just like her predecessors. Professional. Knowledgeable. Honest. Clean. Like a military operation but the customer experience is from the heart and it is outstanding!Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil changeServices: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Every time I come in either they will start working on my car after others who came in after mine, or I m waiting 15-20 min to get checked out after my car was done cause no one would come to say it s finished.

I have 2 kids so it s hard to get my car in to get checked out at a decent time. Cody and William stayed late to change my brakes. Very professional and had me in and out, no hassle.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Only got a oil change done and they forgot to put my splash shield back on I only found out until I was an hour away going down the highway when I hear a loud scraping noise. On top of that they did not reset my oil light, I had to reset it myself. This isn t my first issue with them. I now do not trust them and won t be coming back

I have been taking both my vehicles to this location for several years and every visit has been pleasant, efficient, and well worth it. They're always so accommodating and get me in and out of there quickly. So much more convenient than going to a dealership or a garage where you have to leave your car for half the day or more, plus they're often better priced. Thank you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Came in for oil change 6 months after last one, despite not driving anything close to the typical average miles per month, but all short errand trips, and was assured by Ryan (manager?) that the low miles and full synthetic oil used last time, meant that an oil change was not needed. He also helped by showing me that the maintenance page in the car s computer has a good status indicator for oil and when to change it. He was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Appreciate the great service advice, and will continue to take it there for oil changes.

It was time for the oil to be changed in my BMW z4. I didn't want to spend the day waiting in line for service, fortunately this Jiffy Lube is very close to my home. Came in for Trans fluid and oil change. Employee acted like I was bothering him by asking questions. Arnt they technically a SERVICE center? Another Employee said she has tried to talk with corporate about things like this and they don't listen. Well I won't "bother" with them again! Going to go back to the exxon next door. They didn't have time today to do it so I tried jiffy lube. I'll wait next time. They DID NOT win me back.
