Mark worked diligently to resolve my transmission issue and followed up with a call a couple weeks later to check on me. That's customer service!!

Stay away! I had to buy my own tool for them to do a job because they didn't want to spend the money to do any similar jobs that involve the same service. It was a $40 part needed to do a timing belt replacement. I ended up getting a call from them once it was finished that another part was needed and it will cost more. Ended up being $300 more than initial quoted price. I will never go here again.

Tried to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone had a serious attitude problem and clearly doesn't want a new customer. All I got was "we are booked solid" and told I can't even drop my car off in the near future. You'd think a small town business would be willing to help their neighbors.

I have used PWT on serval occasions and found them to be excellent to deal with. Prices have been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work. They are GREAT.

Completely unprofessional staff...scammers...dropped off my ford truck because the motor was making a funny sound. It s been a month and they still can t find out what s wrong with it and told them over a week ago to just put it back together and I would take it somewhere else....refusing to reassemble at this point and think I am going to have to call the police !!!

It is nice to have a honest mechanic. If you need a ride back from dropping your car off, they do it and will pick you up.
