I ordered a trail fx bumper for my 03 f350 and I have to say it was a amazing process from ordering all the way until installation the bumper is definitely grate quality they called me to confirm that the order was correct shipped it out fast and insulation was a breeze would definitely recommend

Called about a specific set of wheels I wanted,he searched but couldn t find them and had an alternative style that he knew I d like from explaining what I wanted. It took less than 24 hours to get tracking numbers and all shipment information. 10/10 on customer service and being patient. Another 10/10 on Satisfaction of service and the effort put into taking care of me

Good deal on the bumper. Katie called to confirm vehicle and ensure everything I ordered would fit right. She was fantastic, so friendly, and helpful. My bumper had a small dent despite the very heavy, multi-layer packaging, but that s not their fault. Likely from the carrier. No biggie. I would definitely recommend ordering from Black Patch.

This bumper is absolutely as good of quality as you will get anywhere else better coating than top brands( r**** h*** ) and less weight. But not a bad less. Just the right amount. Love my bumper. Definitely a great value. Need to put tow hooks in factory frame rail. On the bumper I feel would definitely bend it with a 10,000 lbs dually so I did not install them.

Bumper fit very well very easy to adjust fitment was great got from Virginia to Idaho in 3 days they called and made sure that it was the correct vehicle very great experience with black patch performance 100% will buy more things from them

Turns out some of the bumpers have the wrong picture attached to them and then when you get a completely different bumper in, you re sol. No help from the owner in fixing the issue.

Very fast professional shipping packaged very well product fits well looks good. Ben on my vehicle 4 for 6 months now and has not rusted or chipped off anywhere Very good product easy company to work with we'll do business with them again

Unfortunately had an atrocious experience through this 3rd party distributor FX accessories. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one has been a 2day nightmare from hell in regards to shipping. Will never come close to dealing with these people or their shippers again.ETA since I can t respond to the company s review- I did not reject shipment. They said they attempted a delivery and never made it down the driveway. Choose better shipper with competent drivers or don t offer a service. They said they called and spoke with your company. At this point, I d believe you were both lying. A series of unfortunate shipping and customer service issues means that I literally lost money for an issue I had no part of. We get monthly semi deliveries, and you chose to offer freight shipping with someone who employs such incompetent drivers they wouldn t go down the road.

Couldn t ask for better customer service. Bumper is impressive especially for the price. I ve had ranch hands and fab 4 s before. My bumper shipped freight and arrived in 5 days after placing my order. Bumper was wrapped up tighter than Fort Knox with 5 layers of rubberish foam, bubble wrap, card board and shrink wrap. Bumper was in excellent condition and looks great on my truck. After ordering Johnathan called me and explained the freight shipment process. I ll def order from these guys again in the future. Top notch!

I absolutely love love love my Trail FX ranch style bumper on my 2001 Dodge Ram, it looks great and it's very strong. Cole is great to work with.

Great customer service. I ordered tires and Jonathan texted me from his personal cell phone after the sale was complete and said to text him with any questions or concerns. Tires shipped Fedex. As soon as he got the tracking number he texted it to me and the tires came in about 3 days. Highly recommend Black Patch Performance.
