The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though the store was busy, they helped us install a new battery. This was not easy due to excessive corrosion.We are so fortunate to have this team and store here in BV.

Advance has gotten a little high I think. And the parts are mostly carquest rebuilds for price of a new part name brand on Rock Auto.

The fellas behind the counter are just as nice as they can be. I ordered a part 3 Times and every time it came in they called me to come and pick it up and then promptly sent it back. 3 Times! I went to pick it up and it had been sent back days after arrival. We are talking about a $12 dollar part. How pathetic. The guys behind the counter a really lovely tho.

Store website shows you are open until 9:00, we arrived at the store at 8:10 and the store was closed. Not a good way of doing business, a customer will not hit their nose on your door but so many times before they go elsewhere. Poor business practice!

Web shows the store is open till 9:00. Made an online order drove 25 miles, arrived at 8:10pm to find the store closed. Called the next closest store to find no answer..assuming it also closed at 8:00..website shows openn till 9:00. Borrowed a car to get here, now I won't be able to borrow the car tomorrow when the store opens back up. What a waste...

Couldn't even put my remote battery in right.. I had to go to my service center in Roanke for them to tell me they had the battery in wrong... and to top it off it shows u a picture display to put it correctly... they taught me how. So I will just do it myself next time

Workers were extremely rude, laughing and making fun of my spouse and i for asking for a specific part when already knowing what we need. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Staff was not overly knowledgeable about the items we needed. They said they didn't carry what we were looking for, but we found them anyway. So they trip wasn't a waste after all.

Called store to see if they had windshield wipers in stock. Went in, was waited on promptly and they installed wipers for me. Great service!

Has a lot you need but SOME OF the employees are terrible at there job and will give you the wrong part even when told exactly what it is you need... multiple trips to the store is not okay for one thing considering I have to drive over 10 minutes just to get here...
