Went in to get the Virginia State Safety Inspection done. They were quick and courteous. I now plan to use them for inspections and repairs going forward.

I can not say enough good things about this group. Our RV broke down on 81 in a rain storm and they towed us into their shop, put three guys to work right away on our problem, diagnosed a broken power line to the ignition and put a new terminal end on the main wire from the battery to the starter in 30 minutes. Had us out the door in a jiffy. Wish these guys were local to my home town. The place was super clean, you could eat off the bathroom floors. The boss, owner was under the rv checking all the work and super friendly. The insurance company covered the tow and the labor and part was $65.00. I could not believe it. Fast service but a patch didn't hold. Had to pay another $50 for it redone in Knoxville.

Our RV caught on fire on 81 North, they are a super business to work with they came in to pick up the RV locked it in their lot for safety. The receptionist was great she helped us line up a ride back to our home. They were very friendly people very courteous, we're great people to work with we really appreciate all they did for us would recommend this towing business to everyone.

I was on my way back to PA from Tennessee. My truck was acting up turned it off go to restart it I got nothing it wouldn't start back up. I called my insurance company took a while to send a tow truck out but when they did the tow truck operator was helpful he said insurance wants me to take you to a pilot but I'm taking you to a garage he took me to Hugh's transport. They were able to get me back on the road Friday. The staff was very helpful and polite and the prices were good as well if I'm ever on 81 in Virginia and I need work done I'll be going back to Hugh's transport.

They only do the repairs that are necessary and warranted. They will not "pad" the bill like some other shops will. They are knowledgeable and more than fair. I highly recommend Hugh's Transport Inc for repairs and maintenance on your vehicles.

A competent, dedicated, and caring staff all around. My RV broke down on I-81 and it was towed to their garage. I got an immediate feeling from the towing crew that they were really concerned about our welfare and fixing the RV. Unfortunately, it needed a new axle and the part was obsolete. They managed to find a replacement part after an extended search and get us back on the road. The pricing was very reasonable and the work expertly done. Highly recommended!

Broke down last night in our rv. Had to be towed in. Jason was the nicest and kindest person. It made our angst for the situation better to deal with. Offered to plug us in to the shop for the rv lights and heat. (No charge!). Next morning Barry diagnosed and fixed the problem right away!. It was a pleasure meeting them all. What a company!!. Would highly recommend them to anyone!. Nice job. Hope to meet you again under better conditions next time.

Great service and pricing. We blew two tires on our horse trailer while on I-81 on a Saturday afternoon. Hugh's came out, installed two new tires, inspected the rest of the tires and got us on our way.

Thanks to their personality friendliness and professionality I got my tire changed after having a blowout on my RV on interstate 81 and I made my way back to New Jersey.

I can't say enough about these gentlemen. My daughter was on her way back to GA from a trip up north and the weather got bad really fast before she was able to get to her hotel and her car slid off the road in the snow. They got the car out and took my daughter to their shop let her stay there until the road cleared up and offered to take her to her hotel. Being so far away I am forever grateful.

My business depends on tow trucks on a daily basis and is very challenging to have other tow companies understand what I need done. I contacted Jason at Hugh's Transport, Inc. with a little bit of information about my tow. He knew exactly what I needed done to get my forklift loaded on to my truck. After hanging up with Jason on the phone, my worries and discomfort of getting loaded were gone. If I'm ever in this area again loading forklifts, I would insist on using Hugh's Transport to do my work.

Big rig blew a wheel seal and these guys came to my rescue. Very courteous and professional business, I highly recommend. They even shuttled me to and from my hotel. Thank you!

These guys are official HIGHWAY ROBBERS. I was guilty of breaking down and limping it to a NO PARKING zone at a rest stop, the best I could do. I was freezing no heat, I was guilty of leaving the truck unattended. I went 2 miles away to the truck stop for something warm to eat. These guys towed and impounded my truck from the Troutville Rest Area to there location 4.4 MILES away and charged me $622.50. They charged me $500 for the tow $100 to come out on Sunday to give me my truck back and $22.50 for convenience fee, because I had to pay with a credit card. He took his sweet ole time coming to process me 1 hour to be exact. People like these will cause you to go bankrupt if they get there claws in you BEWARE. There facility is so sweet and decked out, now I see why!!!!!

Some people are people person some people are not some people put a cover up when ur there an let it down when ur gone some drop it before u ever leave some are just plane rude the secretary is amazing here that's about all I can say
