Evans & Sons has always had great customer service and makes you feel welcomed, I work for James River Equipment and one of our delivery vehicles needed a transmission. My bosses wanted to go to a dealership with it and all the dealerships were several weeks out. I gave Evans & Sons a call and they had us bring it in and they were calling just a few days later for us to come pick it up that it was ready! They were great to deal with and I ll definitely use them again in the future, fast turnaround, minimum downtime, great communication, and good pricing! You won t find a much better group of people to work with!

I had some concerns with my transmission possibly overheating going on a long trip through the mountains. I gave Kayla & Taylor a call and they told me exactly what they could do for me. They had my vehicle in and out the next day just in time for my trip. Very reasonably priced and wonderful customer service from the whole team!

I called 2 times within a month for a quote and was told they would give me a call back both times. I called again for the 3rd time and asked for a quote was told they don't want to do business with me. it's a shame. I'm the bad guy when all I wanted was a quote, but no one could keep the word by calling back. Im glad I found out this business doesn't keep its word before I put money on their word. Hopefully, this will save others from being lied to and possibly robbed.

I d give them 10 stars if I could! They go above and beyond for their customers. You won t find a better transmission shop in all of Southside VA.

Wonderful service!! We have taken our vehicles to Kayla and Taylor three different times so far. They are quick, efficient, and prices are great!! They are all around great people. Jenny in the office is great as well! They are all smiles when you walk in and always give a warm welcome. Highly recommend!!! 5 Stars!

I arrived at the appointment time as scheduled and two mechanics got right on the job. Diagnosed a bad airbag sensor and scheduled to replace it in the same week. BTW, their diagnostic rate was one of the most reasonable and prorated if you had them do the repairs.

They service my Sprinter Van and got good service, me his Dad worked together back 1996 at Heritage Chrysler, the have did a lot of work for me and I was never disappointed

They gave me a good price on dynastic test. But to replace what was wrong was only 55.00 for part and half hour to replace and total they wanted 500.00They fit me in and are good people just price don't match work

Evans does just about all of our repair needs, from swapping engines, repairing transmissions, wheel bearing, and so much more! Great work and great people!
