I ordered a steering gear rebuild kit. Just as described, its a fantastic product. I was confused though, because my order status consistently showed "shipment pending" so I waited for a phone call to authorize the shipping price. Several days later I tried calling, several times I heard a busy signal. One last try before heading to work finally went through. "The part was shipped, shows it should arrive today." And it did. I'm working on it now. All this to say... it's car-show season and they are busting their butts to fill orders. VCM is great at what they do and if you (and I) will give them some patience they just might surprise you.Thanks guys!

Since I'm talking more or less to a "wall" I have to make a point here.My battery has arrived damaged, not usable. Obviously destroyed while shipping. Sent pics and made some remarks. As a feedback so far nothing than empty words like we will go in touch with our carrier and we will let you know the result. Of course the package was insured. My first contact to VA 8th of August (battery arrived same day). Today 25th of August.17 days no idea whats going on.Wrote some e-mails in between asking the status. Mostly no reply at all.I'm expecting to receive another battery on none cost, means incl .shipping, tax and fees.Lets see how they proceed and to get it solved by VA.Zero stars so far.Update:I do not have a contract with fedex, but you have. It is clear that VA is my contact to fix the issue.Thanks for your efforts so far.Soon as there is a 100% solution I will update my review.Update Sept. 5th:No response since 30th August, seems still pending.Update September 13th:Was promised to receive another battery on none cost, except german tax and fees. Change to 2 stars.Update September 14th:Another battery has been shipped. Change to 4 starsUpdate Sept. 30th:Battery has arrived on no cost, works, no issues. Change to 5 stars

I have ordered multiple times from VCM and have been completely satisfied. Brittany contact you before shipping to provide a custom shipping charge, not a one-size-fits-all. Their packaging of the products into the smallest but most protected package is stellar.People have gotten used to dealing with large companies with a lot of capital...it's nice to do business with a small company with thoughtful and knowledgeable people.

We purchased online. They shipped to the wrong address (admitted by their employee) NOT the address on the invoice. When notified, they would not re-ship the parts or refund the purchase price until they received the parts back from UPS. The rep did finally apologize two weeks later for her error but we had to contact them numerous times to get updates - all the while waiting on the parts that we ordered over a month earlier. Finally, they did refund the order - which we only found out about when we gave them one last chance before seeking remedy via credit card dispute. We remain firm believers in supporting small businesses, but we don't plan to do business with them again.

So far not very impressed. Need to modify an order and all I get is a busy signal when calling. Also the website was trying to get me to set up an acct, and would not let me add a different ship to address.

Good prices and five star customer service! I recently replaced an entire exhaust system with VCM parts. The folks at VCM are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. When I was in jeopardy of missing a deadline, they worked with their vendor to drop ship my parts without me even asking. VCM earned a loyal customer!

Have spent about 3k with them, they have had everthing i needed but 3 parts. Knowledgeable friendly, even pulled an existing order ready for shipping to add additional stuff to save me freight charges.Whish all the people I work with were as godd and as nice.Best part is they are very price competitive

Very poor customer service. I purchased a Heater Blower Motor from Robert for my 1966 Mustang on Thursday June 4th and spent six hours removing the Heater Case, installing the Heater Blower Motor and reinstalling the Heater Case on Saturday June 6th. Once completed the Heater Blower Motor ran at full speed with the ignition key in the on position and the Heater Blower Motor switch in the off position. This was due to the Heater Blower Motor having a short in the armature. I spoke with Robert on Monday June 8th and he stated that the vendor on the West Coast needed to make a decision regarding the return. Robert asked if I needed a Resistor for the Heater Blower Motor at the time I placed the order and I told him that I had already purchased one locally. He again asked if the Resistor had been replaced. No response Monday. I called again Tuesday June 9th and Robert said he had not heard from the vendor on the West Coast. Again he mentioned the Resistor. At 5:26 PM Robert left a voice mail stating that I needed to return the Heater Blower Motor at my expense to receive credit and he again question the replacement of the Resistor. He also stated that he was available for another two minutes. Clearly Robert does not understand the circuit for the Heater Blower Motor. Voltage is supplied to the Heater Blower Motor with the ignition key in the on position and the circuit is completed when the Heater Blower Motor Switch is in the first, second or third speed position. Because the Heater Blower Motor Robert sent me has a shorted armature the circuit stops there and the motor runs. The company does not stand by its products and I will not purchase parts from them again.

I have been using these guys since the 90's when they were Virginia Mustang Supply. Great service, packaging, and quality parts. There is a difference in parts. I appreciate knowing which parts are made in the USA. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
