So thankful for Tans Tech! We called around 8:40pm to have my car towed home and they sent someone immediately. The woman who answered was very quick to send Randy to the rescue. He had my car sitting peacefully back in my driveway all within 40min (counting drive time) and the price is very reasonable. We will always use them in the future if needed! Thank you all so much!

Can t thank Dennis enough for the rescue on Sunday 8-20. He showed up in a timely fashion and diagnosed the issue quickly. His repairs were quick and quality. Had me back on the road in no time. Would highly recommend.!

We are so grateful for Trans Tech. It's clear that kindness, reliability and fairness are core values of this company. We started getting our routine maintenance there over the past year and they have been efficient and fair. They have bailed us out multiple times with car troubles from minor to extreme by helping asap and with consistent communication. The most impressive interaction with Trans Tech made them stand above the rest. We were stuck for hours in a backup on 81 from an accident and of course our car overheated and wouldn't start. The backup was so bad the tow company that Geico called refused to help due to the difficulty to come get us. I asked them, "What about Trans Tech?" They came. The tow truck driver, Michael, not only braved the horrible traffic to help us he was also really fun to talk to, which made my anxiety from sitting in traffic for 5 hours release. So they rescued us and fixed our car up! Melissa at the front desk is very knowledgeable and always amazing at calling us with updates. Car stuff is so stressful but I feel confident when it comes to our car because Melissa and the whole team have our back.

One of the best Towing companies we've worked with!Outstanding communication, on time updates and professional workers.Our company -Gulfstream Logistics had a damaged trailer to tow and they gave us a very reasonable price.They made the situation that could have been very stressful, just the opposite!We highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience with Trans Tech. We were traveling from Maine in a 1985 camper van and had trouble with our brakes and wheel bearing on a Saturday morning. Trans Tech towed us within a half hour and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They offered to let us stay in their parking lot and that they would look at our van on Monday. By Monday afternoon our van was ready to go. We are so grateful for them for getting us back on the road and being exceptionally kind. Breaking down in an RV is stressful because it is difficult to get them repaired but Trans Tech was amazing.

From all of the various mechanics my wife and I have been to in the past few years, none have seemed to put forth the effort that those at Trans Tech have to ensure us about our vehicle. We unfortunately ran into car trouble with both cars we own and we took them to Trans Tech to get worked on. With the help and transparency Melissa the service manager gave us, I never felt once that we were being coerced into having to pay for anything unnecessary. They even offered to pick me up at my house and take me back to the shop so that way I didn't have to walk. I never got service like the type I got from these guys, and because of that I will always choose Trans Tech for any car-related issues I have in the future. Called them late on a sunday, had a bucket broke down on 81, after getting prices from a few other companies i went with them. Dennis was there in 30-45 minutes. Got my truck towed to a shop and Dennis took me to a nearby hotel. Friendly, extremely knowledgable about trucks and even taught me a few things.

Whatever our need has been, towing or mechanical, trans tech always is honest and upfront about availability, eta and pricing. Experienced employees and get the job done in a timely fashion.

I blew a transmission pump seal and others on my way to Florida in my RV, these guys saved me hundreds of dollars in hotel fees by providing a one day turn around in a job most guys probably would t get into. Eternally grateful for them and their super fair pricing. 10/10 would recommend cheers

Randy was the only operator our roadside assistance dispatcher could find who would get our truck out of a parking deck. He showed up ahead of the estimate and maneuvered our brakeless vehicle out of the garage and onto his truck. Efficient and nice.

When my vehicle broke down on I-81 a Virginia State Trooper stopped and helped me. He saw the situation I was in and called Trans Tech. The tow truck was there within 15 minutes and had me loaded up and safely off of the interstate very quickly. The driver (Randy Palmer) was great! He took me and my pickup to a repair facility and stayed with me until I gathered some clothes and anything I needed out of the vehicle. Then he carried me to a motel and waited to be sure I could get a room. This was on a Friday evening before the memorial day weekend! So awesome! If ever I am in need of a tow truck while in Rockingham County Virginia, or anywherein the Harrisonburg Virginia area, you can bet that I will only call 1 tow service, Trans Tech!!!!

I can not thank Randy enough for coming to our rescue on the side of 81 N after our pick up truck lost it s left rear wheel while towing a trailer with a truck on back! This was Saturday morning he got both truck and trailer off 81 and into advance auto parts driveway where he helped us change 6 studs a rotor and put on spare wheel and tire! Randy was pleasant, helpful, friendly and kind he even called us about an hour later to check on us! Again thank you Randy and Trans Tech Auto!Services: Special vehicle towing, Tire change

We lost a rear wheel bearing in our motor home. This knowledgeable, friendly, professional business worked us in and did a same day repair. They did a great job. Accommodated us and our pup for the day and did everything they could to make us comfortable. I would give more stars if I could. Great work and very fair pricing. Thank you Trans Tech for getting us back to Maine safely!

We called them to pull our 18 wheeler from the side of the highway, from a small ditch ,and these guys did everything as promised. Showed up in 20 min, as promised, worked together with state police, followed my driver to the next rest stop to do a complete check on truck and trailer, and let him go after making sure truck was safe to continue. On top of all that, pricing was extremely fair and reasonable...def recommendService: Special vehicle towing

They were life savers. My daughter blew a tire. The spare wasn't much better. It was beyond worn and had a tear in it. We weren't sure how long it would hold. Everybody was booked for days and we really couldn't be without the car that long. They got us in and got new tires on just in time for me to get to work. Was driving from NJ to TN and engine crapped out on I81. Was super emotional as I had been driving since 1am. Randy was super nice. Got my car rigged up and towed me to a local dealership. I am so unbelievably grateful for the staff at Trans Tech. My brother and I were 5 hours away from home and 3 hours from our destination. We were a bit panicked when our car broke down on I-64 and our insurance company took hours trying to help us with a tow company. The people in the office were very courteous and accommodating. Then, our guardian angel Randy came to get us! He was very reliable and helped us when the Ford dealership nearby refused. Randy was able to immediately diagnose the issue with our car. He helped us get the parts and completed the repair. Aside from his skills, he was extremely professional and friendly! I would recommend Trans Tech and especially Randy to anyone and everyone. It makes you remember that there are good, hardworking people out there!!!

So extremely grateful for the tow truck driver from Trans Tech. Amos was the man, our family broke down on 211 on our way back to our vacation destination. It was raining we were on a dangerous hill and a hose had busted in our van. We called Trans Tech not knowing the area and we got Amos, he was the nicest most patient person for our 5 children all awaiting in the car. He called another tow to assist whom was also very professional and great! They towed the car and drove all 7 of us in the big tow truck back to the shop. They also fixed the hose after closing time to help get us back on the road faster, since finding a rental was almost impossible after 4pm. This was not how we planned our last full day of vacation but I was so thankful for these two tow truck drivers Bradley and Amos, not many companies will do what they did.Service: Car towing

We broke down in our 5th wheel RV on I-81. They sent a tow truck to us within 1/2 hr, helped us back to the shop, helped us work with our RV dealer to get the part, even followed us to a nearby campground to make sure we got there ok while waiting for the part to come in. They got us in for the repair as soon as the part came, and did a skillful, careful job. They were so kind, patient, and helpful. These people are the best. We are so grateful to all of them, especially Amos, Brittany and David. We highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Dave and Heather at Trans Tech. We had a tractor / trailer broke down in WVA. The plan was to have them tow to the dealer but they got on scene, took a look and had the parts to repair the truck on site. By being proactive, this saved us a good bit of money and it was much appreciated.

Good experience! They got me in quickly for a state inspection on my RV. It only took about half an hour to get it done. Will go back here for other service later.
