Jose was amazing, he greeted me as soon as I walked into the office. He explained my options and prices for each unit. Additionally, I did not feel pressured into renting more than what I needed. His professionalism and attention to detail surpassed all expectations. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Extra Space Storage exceeded all my expectations! The storage units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for my belongings. What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Jose. When I had trouble with a light bulb in my unit, Jose was there to assist me promptly and efficiently. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and stress-free. I have always dreaded having to find a storage facility and getting moved in that was until my husband and I came here. Morgan was such a breath of fresh air! Her professionalism and customer service skills are top notch! She had everything setup ahead of time so when we arrived all we had to do was stop into the office and pick up our lock and key. Thanks to her this entire process was flawless from start to finish!! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage! Make sure you ask for Morgan.

Morgan was extremely helpful in helping me acquire a storage unit she walked me through the benefits of extra space storage and the different sizes and cost savings achieved with choosing the optimal size for me. If Morgan were not there I would not have ended up getting a unit that day and would probably have gotten a unit somewhere cheaper that would have left my belongings prone to any number of calamities.

Morgan helped me to get a storage unit quickly and at a good price. She knew exactly what size unit I need without seeing my house that was full of stuff. Including a garage and shed! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and personable. AS you know moving is one of the most stressfull things there is. She made me feel at ease and that she and Extra Space Storage got my back! I would rate Morgan and the company 10 stars if I got! Absolutely the best!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Cheryl Shultz today, and what a delight to receive good ole fashion American customer service- when people mattered! She was very informative, patient, and pleasant. Although, the unit I wanted was not available- I would rent there without question. If you re considering that location for storage, be sure to ask for Cheryl.

I've used Extra Space Storage in the past and was satisfied with support. (I believe it was called EasyStore). This rental has proved to be excellent as well and the lady/manager? who helped me get settled in was outstanding! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Bristow, VA.

I just rented a storage and my experience has been wonderful. Cheryl is very friendly and professional. She was so helpful in explaining everything we need to know, and also if any problems we may encounter she is there to help. So far I m very happy with the storage we chose and service we received.

The customer service received is excellent. The 68% price increase (2nd increase in 6 months) is absolutely bad business... I've found cheaper storage space close by & will be moving out of my unit this weekend.

From planning to final rental contract, the Bristow office has been a great experience! This is my first time getting g a storage unit. They were patient to explain the process, costs and even gave me good packing advice. They were honest and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They really know the business and I was grateful for their help!

Cheryl was great helping us out. We were able to quickly decide on a unit and get processed. The facility is noticeably cleaner, seemingly more secure, and better maintained than other competitors in the area who have slightly cheaper rates. Also the customer service is incredibly on point.
