A very cool store, some really unique apparel. Friendly staff, amazing place. The coolest bathrooms I've ever seen. Honestly this is such a cool place to visit and just enjoy the vibes. Lots of choices to suit your hearts desires.

Great Dealership, everyone was very helpful. My salesman, (Micheal) was excellent, he was knowledgeable and patient as this sale took approximately 3 months to transpire. Micheal helped me decide on all my accessories and gave his honest opinions and did not pressure or attempt to oversell me. He delivered my Rzr on time and stayed after hours to facilitate the delivery. Thank you so much Micheal! In addition, Amanda thank you for your excellent advice on warranties and the ease in closing the transaction. Great experience!!! Would definitely recommend.

I wanted to say that my family and I have been doing business here since they opened,we ve bought like five bikes from there by now,from Victory,Indian and now Beta. Michael the salesman helped me get the Beta 300 race edition,who is also very knowledgeable/helpful and rides dirt bike as well which is nice because you re on the same page when it comes to riding. As is everyone there, always been great people to do business with.

Had a recall repair done on my trident 660. Have been here a few times for various things and am always impressed with how friendly the employees are, how clean and well stocked the store is. They let you do demo rides before you buy!! I hope they re around for a long time, I drive for 45 min to get here and pass many other shops.

I found Stateline via CycleTrader. They had a bike I was searching for at a great discount. It took some back and forth but we finally arrived at a deal we could both live with. I ultimately ended up buying a bike that they don't sell, so I was unable to complete the transaction with them. I was reticent to tell them this, because they had invested a fair amount of time in me. But in the end, I wanted the bike I wanted and they don't represent the brand. When I texted my salesman, Michael, to tell him this, his response was 100% supportive. He was happy for me to have found a bike I loved. That's all he cared about. He didn't lay any guilt on me, or make me feel bad, or try to sell to me anyway. He just wished me happiness with my new bike and invited me to come by the store sometime to meet him in person and check out their inventory. And I will! THIS is how it should be in the motorcycle world. Our goal should be to help each other find the right bikes (at the right price) and our love for the sport should win out over all else. I would definitely recommend working with Michael and Stateline. They're good people. And in the end that's all that matters.

I looked around at several dealers in the last 2 months . I went with stateline Motorsports because of the sales rep Micheal baker . He was the most knowledgeable out of everyone I spoke to in these dealerships. Very professional and went out of his way to close this deal . Great experience.

I drove from Indiana to Bristol to get the bike I wanted. Scottie was a big help, he answered all my questions and sent me pics of a few bikes. I got there and everything was exactly as he described. The staff are great to work with and they answered any questions I recommend them and will deal with them again .

Stopped in to Stateline Motorsports yesterday looking for a dirt bike for my 10 year old grandson. Michael went above and beyond to help me. I know nothing about dirt bikes. He was so very helpful. The man in finance(sorry I don't remember his name) made the process so simple. My grandson will be so happy Christmas. Thank you Stateline mortosports

From start to finish I had a great experience here. Scotty was polite, friendly, and very helpful. He answered all my questions throughout the entire process. The entire process was easy and they got me headed home quickly. I will deffinitly recommend Scotty to friends and family. Thanks again!

Stateline Motorsports & Indian Motorcycle dealership and shop. Very nice facility! Large selection of bikes including Triumph.I searched online, and, although this was 3.5 hours south of where I was, I chose Stateline, as their website showed it was the top notch facility I wanted. Plus they were open Monday, when others are closed.Their service shop is inside the building, air conditioned, super clean.They had the tire I wanted in stock!Super nice and understood my on the road traveler plight! Got me in same day! Great service! Feels like family!! I highly recommend.I'd like to be here when they have lots of people at the outdoor seating area with the fireplace going!2115 West State St.Bristol, VA 24201

Micheal was great. We drove from Clinton Tennessee. He helped me Purchased a Polaris 70 Outlaw. Process was quick and easy. Staff was great. We were in and out in under 30 minutes.

2nd time we've been here and it's the 2nd time we've bought from here. Went in for a trade and upgrade! I seriously recommend not only this business, but owning a Slingshot! The roadway is calling.

Bada boom bada bang my biggest review ever !!!My Trumiph hadn't been on the road in years, key had been lost during this time also. Within minutes after arriving at Friendship Moto I was able to speak with a mechanic & received great advice, fill out the service other, surprised to find they had the bike unloaded & in the shop, got a tour of the new Indian line up.The front staff was super helpful and unbelievably kind. My granddaughter enjoyed herself as well during our visit..Friendship Motorsports is like the Chick-fil-A of motorcycle shops. Everybody is so kind and so helpful I felt like I've dealt with them for years, when in fact this was my very first time visiting..

I was in the market for a Polaris Ranger 1000. The salesman, Michael Barker showed me the inventory and the different features of the Ranger. He sold me exactly what I was in the market for. If I need accessories or maintenance on my machine, I will definitely be calling Stateline Motorsports. Thanks Michael Barker.

I purchased my motorcycle from Stateline Motorsports , and it was a fantastic experience throughout the journey. JJ (Jeremey Jones) is the man who helped me from day one thru the sales , finance and finally delivery/loading of the vehicle. I got all the guidance/support needed to start my new journey. Very friendly team and would love to come again and recommend more people to buy their vehicle from this store.

Go anywhere else if you can! This place does not have a good atmosphere. I have went inside 4 different times, I have went twice with cash in hand to make a purchase and they couldnt sell an umbrella in the rain... I know what I'm looking for so when they ask me if I need help finding anything I said no and was immediately met with snobby attitude and told they only have a few mins until the store closes and pretty much that i needed to leave. Keep in mind there is still people all around me in the store browsing and chit chatting. So I just walked out and took my money with me.You get the same snobby service from the lady at the desk also. I have made two separate appointments to get oil changed and both times nothing but attitude and snobby responses. Only to make an appointment a month down the road. Then they call me the day before my appointment and tell me they don't know when they can get to my bike because they haven't ordered the oil filter yet.I advise you to scroll through and check the reviews for yourself as many people have had my same experience.

Absolutely love this place! Very friendly ane very helpful. Terri is the sweetest person I have ever met! Everyone up there is so nice and helpful. I am beyond happy that they worked with us to get what we wanted! I would rate them 10 stars of I could! Highly recommend this place!

My husband had been looking for a street and trail bike. State line had the one he wanted. If any other dealer would have this bike within 100 miles we would have never went here. The salesman was very uninterested in us or helping. We went with an outside financing company, from there they tried to add on other items to our buys sheet upon needing it for our financial institution. We had to send the buy sheet back twice to get the original price we were offered. Thus, we go to pick it up. They did the incorrect paperwork for us, proceeded to tell us we would have to come back another day next week and fix it. We live an hour and a half away. He, then states that they are not able to fill it up for us because he does not have the card. The nicest person was an older gentleman that gave our daughter a stuffed dog. If I had to do it over, I would have never brought from there. Unfriendly, not helpful, and rude.
