Bought a 2011 van from them , they were cool enough to let us put down payment and let us make few payments but non of that mattered because the van literally broke down on a short drive to Nashville then the van after being fixed caught on fire literally in a drive through food line. It was garbage vehicle, we paid 8,000$ and it was in shop for most of its first month then was burned to death after within weeks then my insurance paid $3000 for its value. We got ripped off on the price and the LEMON on a car it was. Do not buy cars from this place! They have sold lemons to many locals in Bristol etc

We recently purchased a used car at this dealership. We were so very impressed by the cleanliness of the cars, the condition overall was excellent. The service provided by Mr. Keith Buchanan was wonderful...no pressure, took his time and we felt he was a very honest person. Wonderful people to deal with! Bought a Chevy Trailblazer from them. Good clean vehicles. Offers you a warranty. Would recommend dealing with Tony. He is a super nice guy. Would highly recommend !!

Best experience i have ever had. These guys are honest. They do not take advantage of females, and they even replaced parts for me before i purchased (at no extra cost to me). They gave me $10 for gas on my way out the door. This is my permanent dealership from now on. However, i do not think i will have a SINGLE problem with my vehicle.

The owner could not be any more friendly or helpful. Seemed to be a great honest man. After a long search, th dissision to buy from this dealership was an easy one and we ended up buying our new car here and we love it. A very positive experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone .

I recently bought a 2003 Hyndui Santa Fe from KB Motors, and was absolutely thrilled with their integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. Two weeks after I bought it, the check engine light came on, and running the code it turned out to be the catalytic converter - an expensive fix. Needless to say, I was not pleased and was concerned that I might have been scammed and that I would have to dish out up to $1000 on repairs.However, I called them, and they not only fixed the catalytic converter, but the oxygen sensor too (which had gone bad as a result) for free! I paid NOTHING for two parts and two days of work! They had no legal obligation to do that - it was just the honest, good business thing to do. 100% would recommend buying from them!!

Customer's should be treated with respect.i have never met anyone as rude as this man. He couldn't be bothered to listen to what I wanted it was what he wanted to sell.i can name 4 other places for real service don't waste your time or money on these rude people.

Worst carlot I ever stopped at in my life the sales man was the most rude car dealer I ever spoke to in my life he even accused me of being a professional car shopper. He complained because I wanted to try the car out . I don't plan on going back.

The owners are not only very kind but very considerate when it comes to what you have to work with. Ive only been to one other place sense ive been in Bristol and i regret it. KB Motors is the place to go when you need a vehicle they treat you like family. Thanks guys

A great place to buy a used car or truck from. They always have a good selection of fairly priced used vehicles for sale. I have bought from them before and will buy from them again. I highly recommend doing business with these guys!

Horrible from start to finish! I hadn't even gotten out of my car to look at anything before this man walked over as I'm turning around and said can I help you. Aweful salesmanship. Do not go here!

At first the salesman was very friendly I had the car less than 24 hours they sold it to me with bad brakes rotors the spindle that goes through was all mangled up had to have all replaced brakes quit working they were not at all willing to fix cause I took it some where else then the engine light came on two more times and is on now they told me not to bring back there so I got a lemon from them so people beware they should have let me get so.ething else they refused very bad experience
