I had a good experience with Summer, Jeremiah and Scott! Although my Jeep was a total loss, Scott helped me decide what to do next. I ended up keeping my Jeep and fixing it with used parts I found on-line. Now my Jeep is almost as good as new AND no salvage title! Thanks Scott! Five stars

My bumper is now a different color when it wasn t before. They are blaming it on any previous work that I had done on the vehicle, Stating that the other shop use the wrong color. But before I had this taken to Joe Hudson, there were no color mismatches. They forgot to add a part back to my bumper and are willing to fix that, but not the horrible noticeable color difference in my bumper.The darker color matches my trunk, my roof, my hood, my front bumper, and there isn t noticeable difference between sides. It s either the wrong color all together or the paint they use has more of a shimmer which is causing the lighter shade. Either way, it s much lighter than it was before.UPDATE: They never fixed the missing piece of my bumper. Never bothered to contact me either, even though they said they would contact me to schedule.

I gave it one star because I had too to make this post.Joe Hudson Collision Center-Bristol mismatched the paint on my car then refused to repaint it despite their guarantee and warranty. This is exactly an example of their work in the photos. I m embarrassed to drive it.

Great experience. I was kept informed. The repairs were done sooner than I expected. My vehicle looked new. It was detailed inside and out.

Gave us an estimate to repair van 8200, turned into the insurance Liberty Mutual on same day for 12,200 which totaled our vehicle causing us to loose a van which was totally drivable and only cosmetic damage. We lost out in all aspects of this claim. Very disappointed in this company.Update, response to owner:Why did the insurance receive a different estimate than we did, on the same day? $4000 seems like a drastic change

I took my 2016 F-150 to Joe Hudson s Collision Center to get my tailgate replaced on January 3rd & finally picked it up on the 24th- First they were waiting on parts for the first 2 weeks & then they told me that my truck would be ready a week ago & then call after call they kept giving me the run around - so today on the 24th I called Brant Wilson the CEO of Joe Hudson s Collision Center & told him everything that was going on & finally today on the 24th it was finished- I ll never do business with this bunch again - they will never lay another hand on any of my vehicles.

Everyone I talked to from the rental car to final pickup was very personal. Stallings kept me update daily with text messages and progress photos per my request. My 2015 GMC Sierra looks better then new! Highly recommended.

Posting for Jo Ann Canter, my mother. She had her Honda Crv repaired when someone did a hit and run on her car. The repair looked as good as it did new. I can't tell you how many time I had to hear how "SPARKLY" the inside of her car was after they cleaned it inside when they did the body work. Excellent all the way around! I loved everything about my experience with this place until I went to pick up the car. We had a door replaced because someone side swiped us. The outside of the car looked great but when I opened the door it was a total mess. There were footprints everywhere, sticky goop all over the backseat, greasy handprints on all the doors, a huge streak of white grease up and down one side of the window, scratches on the wood grain in the middle console that weren't there before, a crack in the trim around the inside door handle on the replaced door (which they offered to replace, but still). I couldn't believe they didn't make any effort whatsoever to clean up all the mess they made when doing the repair. Especially since they told me they had just detailed it when they gave me the keys. I guess detailing to them is washing the outside of the car because it looked absolutely flawless. Then, after they brought someone out (twice, because he still didn't get it all the first time) to wipe the car out, the car wouldn't start when we went to leave (which has never happened since we bought it). They had to come boost our battery and told us it was probably from where they had it hooked up to run tests on it as that process can drain the battery. That may very well be true but after the experience we had been having up to that point it was really just the icing on the cake. The customer service experience I had all the way up to this point was absolutely great. They were so professional and went the extra mile to keep me updated every step of the way and made me feel so confident that my vehicle was in good hands. That's why I was so disappointed when I picked up the vehicle in the condition it was in. After this experience I just can't recommend them to anyone else and I won't be returning there for any repairs of my own. I gave them 3 stars instead of less simply on the strength that their customer service was great. As for their staff doing the actual repairs, I can't speak on them in the same manner.Service: Body & Trim

Great job on the car repair as expected, but so much more. Customer service was excellent. Got the estimate right away and they were able to take the car in the shop within just a couple of days. They got the repairs done ahead of schedule, called me with updates and cleaned the inside of my car, which was a great, totally unexpected surprise! I was able to leave the rental car with them for pick up, which saved me that hassle. Overall, great job and awesome service. Highly recommend!!

From the first meet and greet, to the way the estimate was handled in a professional but friendly manner, I felt that Stallings Collision Center was the place to leave my Jeep for needed repairs. It was my first time dealing with vehicle repairs and they made it easy for me. Repairs were not only done in a timely manner, I was thrilled with the work and my Jeep was washed and cleaned for me. I felt special. Consider taking your vehicles there if you want fair and expert work.

These guys were awesome, explained everything, called me with updates (I didn't even ask them to!) and got it done ahead of schedule. They did a really good job on the work, too. Their service was over the top. Picked up and dropped off the rental at the shop, so it was super smooth working with them. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service.Martin, one of the estimators, was incredibly friendly and honest when I was interacting with him. Collision techs did wonderful work on my jeep. Would highly recommend taking a vehicle there for repairs.They made the experience as painless as possible.

Excellent communication, quick turnaround when my car was not driveable. Was fully detailed when I got it back and unless you knew it you would never guess almost half my car has been painted it s that good of quality. Would def recommend to anyone.

They are very nice and did all they could for us even though our vehicle was a total loss. Thank you Joe Hudson collision for making things as easy as you could for us, from phone calls keeping us updated each step if the way to letting us come collect our belongings from our vehicle.

Quick, professional and exceptional work. A one stop shop experience from picking up my rental car to the final product. Joe Hudson is all about exceeding expectations and quality service. JHCC made the repair process on my Ford Edge quick and easy. I simply dropped off my vehicle and they handled the rest, they uploaded detailed pictures of the damage from the auto accident to my Geico app and kept me updated every step of the way right up until time of pick up. My vehicle looks better now than the day it was purchased, they do excellent work! 10/10 recommend.Service: Painting

Bristol, VA, Stallings Collision Center: They did an excellent job repairing the body of my vehicle, involving the driver's door, mirror, and front panel. The repair is beautiful and the paint job is flawless. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the ones making the repairs, to the front desk, to the GEICO rep, to the Enterprise car rental rep. Very thankful for all they did and would highly recommend them.

Very courteous. Showed up rather early for an estimate they were not only courteous they went out of their way provide said document. I have seen their work very impressive. Will keep posted as soon as insurance company contacts me with the okay. Even if that fails I will definitely have them paint my hood for me. Of course it had to be on backorder.
