Towed my Jeep for me after the local car wash (tidal wave) ripped out the valve Stems on my driver side leaving me with 2 flat tires. She got there faster than any other towing company I've ever dealt with. Plus, she was super nice and knowledgeable. Great price for a local tow.

Joy was AMAZING! I was on a roadtrip from way out of town and my car died at the Virginia Welcome Center. State Farm connected me with Exit 7 Towing to come out and check my car. They were expecting over an hour to be able to get to me but Joy went above and beyond and got to me in about 20 minutes. She was super knowledgeable and was able to get my car started back and let me know what to do for my next step. Jil is the best tow truck driver, better than any male I ve ever seen! She got my truck out with ease during this winter time snow we have gotten this year! She is very nice and also does her job right and just very good employee. She deserves a raise! She saved my rear today . Thank Jil for making my experience great! You need more employees like her for sure.

Thank you Danny for going above and beyond my expectations. I was in another state when my Google search recommended your establishment. You were able to educate me and talk me through the process in a patient and understanding way. You didn't make me feel uncomfortable for having to say pardon several times and putting you on hold so I could follow your instruction. I was able to fix my trailer hitch jack and get back on the road in no time. You're the best.FYI....this action was completed before the local towing company arrived. I cancelled the call and strongly recommend Exit 7 Towing & Auto Repair for all emergency and non emergency calls.

Best driving I've never seen a woman do and she was great at her job my vehicle was in a awful position and she had no problem winching me out without any more damage to my vehicle I would recommend this lady to anyone that needs a tow battery jump,or unlock her name is Jil and i appreciate you for your help and God bless!!!!!

Daughter's car was towed here following an accident. Tow driver responded to the scene within about 20 minutes (5/5) however, the rest of the experience getting the car repaired was a colossal fail! Made several calls to the mechanic to check on the "progress" of the repairs only to hear that they "haven't gotten to it yet" and then were "waiting for a junkyard to return calls about a missing part. Never bothered to look online and just order the part directly. Finally, after more than a week of the car sitting without being touched, I ordered the part myself and delivered it to the garage. It was finally fixed 3 days later.When I got the car back, the inspection sticker had been removed, my daughter's flute and other items had been stolen. Manager stated that they don't lock the cars up and was unwilling to take ANY responsibility for the missing items. Will be following up with local law enforcement as well as small claims court to reimburse for my missing items.BEWARE!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing

Had an ignition switch issue with my motorcycle -fork locked. Could not get help from a locksmith so had to have a tow. So glad I used Exit 7 Towing - they fellow they have who is experienced with motorcycle towing took great care of me - got my bike safely to local Harley shop. Life saving facility! I was traveling from Nj to Texas when my car broke down in Bristol. Everybody else turned me down but this amazing place agreed to take a look and try to fix it. And they did it! I can't thank them enough. Good people, amazing mechanics. Guys ,you are the best!!

They are completely honest with repair costs and wait times. If they say it's gonna take 2 hours you can trust it.Plus the employees both shop and office are personable and willing to explain any issue that crops up.

These guys left me sitting on the side of a very busy major highway for over 3 hours. Only after I called the third time (after waiting 3hrs) was I informed that they were getting ready to call me and would not be coming and I would need to call someone else. Bunch of slackers, terrible service will never use them again nor ever recommend to anyone. They could have told me up front or at least had the courtesy to call and keep me informed as to leave me waiting on the side of the road. Call another service

Called at 1:30pm and requested a tow. They told us an hour and a half to two hours. Long wait, but we decided to accept. Two hours pass, we call and they haven't left the garage. The garage was about half an hour away, so we give them one more chance. An hour goes by and nobody showed up. We ended up getting a different tow company, but we were too late to the shop and had to get a hotel (we were traveling). Horrible experience.Service: Car towing

Been dealing with exit 7 towing and auto repair since I was 16. I am now 28 and ever since the new owners. Lol you all have been a joke! Especially refusing towing service on my truck when it was obviously on private property. State trooper laughed and even stated he didn t know why he was called. Responsive, fair, efficient, trustworthy, competent.Eight hours from home on the 4th of July holiday, the clutch on my car (we named it "the Jolt" because that how it feels when you shift gears) blew out while my daughter was driving it on mountain back roads for her summer job. Exit 7 responded immediately ensuring she had a ride and towing the car to their shop. First thing Tuesday the 5th, they called with a fair estimate. They rebuilt the clutch faster than I'd expected, with the car ready to rock and roll on Wednesday and the final tally below the lower range of the estimate (the flywheel was still usable, so they didn't have to replace it - sweet!). Because my daughter was reassigned to Kentucky until Friday, they said we could keep the car at their shop until she could pick it up. My daughter's first report after picking the car up is that shifting is so much better than she can ever remember. Who knows, we might have to give the car a new name. My truck needed an emergency service after driving across country and back. I realized something was wrong with my truck at 4:30pm and pulled off of the interstate. They had my truck back on the road first thing the next morning. I cant say enough thank you for the help they offered when I inquired about tyre replacement on a saturday late afternoon. They don't do tyre, but he called Firestone for me, only to find that Firestone was closing in 2 minutes. He then told me to check if there is a nail and to get a tire plug if so. After I showed no knowledge about whatsoever, he told me I could drive over and he will check it for me. Yes, he checked thoroughly and found a nail, marked it, pointed me to autozone. I was in a long trip from AL to NY. I am so lucky to come across Exit 7 towing after having this bad nail. I was able to be back on road about 20 minutes after I called them. They didn't charge me anything for checking my tyre and offering suggestion. They are really good people willing to help whenever they can.

These guys are great. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Some of the best wrecker/tow truck operators that I ve ever seen and they treat your vehicle as good as they would treat their own. They offer a lot of services and their prices are very fair and reasonable. They cover a large area and can handle about anything you throw at them. They are second to none. Highly recommended!

My family and I was broke down on 81 South on Thanksgiving. They came and picked us up within 30 minutes. Excellent service! The driver made me feel better with his pleasantness and understanding.

We were in the I81 backup for 9 1/2 hours and had to abdandon our car and have a family member pick us up. The following day, we called Exit 7 towing to pull us out of the snow off the side if the interstate. The gentleman I talked to told us it would be several hours, which was fine, we were warm and feed so we could wait. Jeff was the gentleman who picked us up at my cousin's and drove me and my sister in law to our vechicles. He was courteous, keep our safety top priority and got us out in no time. I would highly recommend this company!!! Oh, and extremely reasonable on price especially in situations like this!!!
