Went to the fall festival. They didn't have any music outside and didn't announce anything outside. Nobody could hear the announcements outside. The staff was amazing it just needs a little more organization to make it worth coming to.

I've been buying motorcycles, vehicles, atvs, boats, etc for 30+ years and I've never worked as hard as I have with this dealership and it's sister stores to simply get the price of a product!Literally took 3 days of inquiring on a specific bike asking for a specific price of that bike before I finally got an answer that took only 5 seconds lol....I simply don't understand what makes it such an inconvenience to show transparency like 95% of most dealership companies provide online in 2024..

While I didn't buy a bike from here, I did take the MSF class. So first things first, If you're looking for a Harley, they have a huge selection inside. They also have some Harley gear. The staff is really friendly. If you're taking the MSF class and you're traveling out of town, there are hotels close by. As well as many restaurants. As far as the MSF class goes, they were super friendly and helpful. My husband is in the military and we had some scheduling conflicts. I'm very thankful that they were able to work with us so that we could reschedule a different time. The instructor was great and gave my husband and I both the confidence to get it started on our motorcycle journey. I highly recommend this location for buying a bike and taking the class and maybe doing both at the same time. Happy riding friends.

Had an issue with a buddy s 2022 Tri Glide Ultra. They fixed it and Scott in service made sure we were taken care of. Great customer service.

Great customer service! I came up to ride in the mountains from SE Ga for the first time. I had a fork seal break and oil was leaking all over. I went to the dealership hoping they could fix it. Previous experiences with HD dealerships I would have to leave my bike and it would be weeks before I got it back! NOT here! They took it right in and got it fixed for me! Everyone at Black Wolf HD were amazing! Now to enjoy my time riding In the mountains! Thank y'all so much!

I drove 900 miles just because of a phone call with Chuck...The storyI came across Blackwolf Harley Dealership online, saw they had a beautiful 2015 Fat Bob sitting on the showroom floor, then I saw that they were in Bristol VA (almost 400 miles away from me) and decided to give them a call just for the heck of it. "Chuck" answered the phone - right from the beginning this guy was super nice, super friendly and almost made me feel like I was talking to family.Late that night I decided "if you want something - you gotta just go for it", so I loaded up my "trade in" in the pickup and set my alarm for 3:30am to start the 400 mile drive.Fast forward 8 hoursChuck and I had been texting on my way down so they knew I was coming - he (Chuck) told me the sales rep I would be working with was named "Jerry" and to ask for him when I got in. About an hour out of my arrival Jerry gave me call just to check in. Soon as I walked in the door, Jerry greeted me and asked if I needed anything, bathroom, water, etc - outstanding hospitality right from the moment I walked in. Chuck came out to greet me and thanked me for making the drive to his dealership, he brought out the General Manager to greet me too. Then Jerry gave me a tour of the dealership and we chatted about bikes and how long I just drove for one haha.The Trade in and SaleThis is where the tire hits the road - the actual deal/sale. Jerry brought me into Chucks office to talk numbers - I wont disclose anything here, but I can say they were incredibly fair on both the bike I traded in (my trade in value) and the sale on the new bike. The actual sale was pretty quick - but not impersonal like most of my other purchase experiences. Jerry, Chuck and I just chatted the whole time, traded stories about motorcycles and cars, it was like buds hanging out + a little motorcycle negotiation. I would rate this transaction a 10 out of 10.Once that part of the deal was done, I was set to see the finance manager, "Natalie". She brought me into her office and we finalized the typical paperwork (title, bill of sale, etc.). Natalie is not your typical finance manager - most finance managers are a bit stiff, wearing a suit and dont say much to you other than "sign here, and sign here" - no, instead imagine Dolly Parton (southern accent and cowboy boots) ditching music and going into Finance at a Harley Dealership - thats Natalie. She was awesome.The Sale Was DoneOnce the sale was done, paperwork was done and the tags were on the new bike - Blackwolf Harley has a really cool tradition of announcing to the store the recent sale. And they do it in the coolest was possible, all the staff members come out front, they get onto a Harley on the showroom floor - fire up, blast some AC/DC and say congratulations to the buyer - very very cool. Then everyone came up, shook my hand and told me congratulations!Then the two cute girls behind the counter gave me a free Harley T-Shirt - (that I wore at a Harley event the next day back home).Jerry then helped me load up my new bike into the truck, walked me back inside to say goodbye to everyone, I shook hands - told everyone thanks so much and started my 8 hour drive home.How do I find these guys?You have to get Jerry for your sales rep, he was great. He is not hard to find, he is the biggest (gym/powerlifter big) guy in the dealership. Natalie is the sweet country lady with a southern accent. And Chuck is the Sales Manager in the corner office when you walk in.Would I drive 400 miles again for my next bike?Absolutely - these guys are awesome! They are not slick or "salesmanzy" , just good honest guys and gals that treat you like family when shopping for a bike. They treated me great and I would rate my experience and deal a 10 out of 10.** Hats off to Chuck, because of him I decided to make the 8 hour drive. He was a great Sales Manager and really looked out for the customer to make them feel welcome and get a fair deal. Thanks Chuck!"

Yea, have some nice bikes. Some of the salesman are alright, most just trying to get you to buy something, guess that's their job. Could be a little more professional instead of trying to push something down your throat just for a dollar. I'd advise you to go through your bank and not financed there. But it's a nice shop and nice bikes.

I want to thank the two gents at the service desk for helping with my GPS and route planning issues.They went on you tube, made calls and tried different ways to make the route transfer from my phone to the bike work.I always appreciate the dealerships willingness to help, especially the traveling riders.It was my day 2 out of a 9 day trip and so far it has been working.I did not ask for their names and I apologize for not done so.Great guys.Thank you!

Never again. We shopped here plenty and never had an issue until we brought our bike in. Long long story short. We paid over $2300 for them to fix our bike. We brought it home and 2days later it was doing the same thing we brought it in in the first place for. When we called to tell them this the person on phone told us they took it for a 7 mile ride when they were finished and it was fine. Paper work says the bike never left the shop. Would NOT trust these guys ever again!!

I want thank Black Wolf Harley for the wonderful staff and their warm welcome. I especially would like to thank Blake for his help in solving our communication issues with our wireless Harley/Sena headsets. It involved updating our software and helpful instructions on their use. Cory, Dave and I have been enjoying our ride with finely tuned headsets. Thanks again.

Picked up this beauty today! Doug Myatt worked with me before ever stepping foot in the building and on his own time! The hardest part was picking just one. Doug done great working the deal and made it seamless. The sales staff done a great job all around. And thanks to Jayson Owens for hooking me up on the extras! Highly recommend these guys.

I felt a little unwelcome at first and one of the guys gave me a little sass, but once I ran into the woman in the clothing department she turned my whole day around. They have the sweetest girl there now, she s newer and very tall, but so sweet and funny. I also love how many new bikes this showroom has, it s a solid dealership overall.

The parts guys Jason is very hard to deal when I went in for a simple part was gave the wrong ones then when I went to exchange them he told me I was wrong the ones he gave me where right all of them was the same my bike is 100% stock I took the part off brought it to him to prove it then he said Harley sent the wrong ones then a week later gave me what he said was the right ones which had no gasket and leaked and wasn't the same didn't even look correct when installed and when I took them back all he would do is give me credit. He's very unfriendly and assumes he's always right when clearly he was not then using the excuse Harley changed it well wanted the exact one if he couldn't do that he should have just said that from the start. I live 5 minutes from here but will be going to Johnson City for my parts from now on only a gave two stars because the staff up front mostly women was very friendly and outgoing to my wife in clothing helping her find the right gear for her witch ain't easy.

UPDATE:Traded triglide for a 2021 Heritage Classic May 30, 2021. Financed with HD Financial. Refinanced 1 week late. As soon as HD Financial showed paid in full. We requested GAP refund. We get a different story each time we call. Six months later and we are still waiting. Called today and was told it was processed 2 weeks ago. Now we have to wait another 4-6weeks. CHASE Dennison has lied throughout this whole cancellation. To make it worse Mike, (I think sales manager) hung up on my husband.Friendly staff. Chris (sales) the absolute best!

First and foremost just want to say Thank you!Me and a few friends was on a 3 day trip 300 miles from home when my handlebars just let loose on a fine Saturday morning. So no choice but to call a Harley store right? I know I know not the ideal situation lol. Well black wolf I can say not only helped but they stepped up to a level that just out right blew my mind. Mind you it s Saturday. So my riser stripped only one place had it in stock which was 3 hrs round trip into Tennessee, they sent a driver on that trip got the part and fixed me up and got me back on the road. The service writer was great, the tech did a amazing job the staff in the store was great, I mean nothing can kill a great trip and vibe like breaking down but these people really made the best of it for us and I cannot praise them enough Thank you to everyone at black wolf Harley Davidson in Bristol,VA that worked on July 29th 2023, you guys are top notch Thank you!

We were travelling from TN to Rhode Island & my shifter rod broke. We were able to limp it to Black Wolf & they had me back up and running in 30 mins. Great service & customer care!

Amazing. Nothing less. We LOVE our new Fat Boy. Ask for Seabass and tell him Shane and Kelly said ROLL TIDE!! The best shop of any I have ever been to.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They dont try to push the bikes down your throat like most places. They definitely made me feel at home looking at my next bike. I highly reccomend chris for all you harley needs
