Had a great experience here today. They manager and one of the employees went above and way beyond to assist me with a simple battery replacement that turned into a little bit of a repair in the process. They were so very helpful and making sure I was not stranded with my family there. Very appreciated!

Needed a windshield wiper andI stopped here. Excellent serviceGot my wiper installed in less than5 minutes. Very impressed. Theemployees were all very helpfulName on receipt was Charles.

Excellent service! Great advice from the technician/salesman. I recently paid a Dodge Ram dealer $195 for an oil change with tire rotation. Advance Auto has influenced me to change it myself. I'm 66 years old and haven't changed my own oil in about 40 years, but I'm hoping that's the last time a dealership robs me. I also purchased the lifetime air filter with the recharge kit!

The only reason I stopped at this advance is because they had the part I needed and everyone else had to order next day. These 2 guys need to find a better profession because they know nothing about the automotive industry and are helpless to customers and very very rude.

Awful service overweight worker unwilling to help a customer in the slightest. Their phone seemed to important.even after I made it clear I needed to get to work and couldn't find the item I needed nose touching the phone screen.Z for zero

My wife s battery in her Nissan needed to be changed, so we decided to go to this Advance location; all the staff members were very friendly and the store was very clean.After purchasing the battery an employee installed it for us, I don t recall his name but he was young and had short curly hair.He installed the battery professionally and promptly, and was very friendly.I highly recommend this location.

The service provided at this location was excellent! I went in to get a battery after being sent to other stores cause the stores prior did not have the battery I needed. The three guys in there went above and beyond making sure they got the right battery, testing everything and installing it. Taylor who installed it was so diligent making sure it was going to be put in, and done the right way! Thank you for making it painless!

Top 1% for best, most helpful staff of any auto parts store I've visited. Keep up the good work. Customer service matters as much to some of us as price does.

Great people and helpful staff. If I buy the wrong part or there is something wrong, just bring it back and they make it right. They are always helpful and if you need help installing wiper blades they will come out and do it for you. No complaints - 5 stars.

I've never had any issues with the store or it's staff, but I'm not really a car guy that can assess their knowledge. That is why it is only 4 stars. Everything they have told/sold me has worked out to my expectations.

I had purchased a package of pinstripe peel and a set of Silvainia and wanted to exchange them for a different color. The main associate at the desk gave me a very black and white answer that was of course"no"and that I wouldn't be able to return or exchange my items unless I had the reciept or the phone number in a very snippety tone. He then mentioned that his manager was a few counters away and told me that if I had a problem to take it to the manager

Great service from this store for many years. Today I needed to stop in for a free battery and alternator check. All ended up being well and I figured out the problem.

If I could I'd give this place no stars. When there today for a radiator cap that's priced at 11.99 and the guy named David T charged me for two. The whole time we was dealing with him he acted as if he didn't know what was going on. had to till him more then once what it was I was needing. I Will Not return there.

WORST STORE EVER!! DONT KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED WIRHIN THE PAST 2 YEARS BUT THE ONES THEY HAVE WORKING DONT KNOW WJAT THEY ARE DOING. YOU GO IN FACE TO FACE AND ORDER A PART TBEY SAY IT WILL BE HERE NEXT DAY AND IT ENDS UP BEING DAYS...CALL ON PHONE AND ASK PRICE AND THEY TELL YOU WE HAVE IT IN STOCK......DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE AND THEY DONT HAVE THEM.

They have never even heard of a TPMS reset tool. Maybe just an uneducated employee.
