Other than the 300lb employee bent over on the counter talking to the other employee and acting like I was intruding on their conversation, it was good

There is a female that works at this store who is very rude Jessica is her name short girl she doesn't move very far from register unless she is shopping for her self at night time it's dark outside on a Saturday night eight o clock at night she doesn't turn the lights on for the simple fact is she wants to go home and doesn't want anyone to come in wants to seem like they are closed you drive right buy family Dollar is losing a lot of night time money because a lot of people in this area just want to run get something quick and go back home without going to Dollar general which is right up the road so if you go here and Jessica is not working you will have a nice experience family Dollar you are hurting yourself by keeping this employee 20 people have told 20 people I would make change PS I don't like to see all of this little old ladies working this store at night they need a male employee around

I love Family Dollar in Fork Union. Staff is friendly, the store is clean and well stocked.

This store is always a joy to visit. Friendly & helpful staff; very clean & bright; good prices & variety of items. My favorite "dollar store" in the area and it has been my choice (of five) in the area for nearly 20 years!

They tried to charge my friend card the whole amount when we paid mostly with cash,Needs to be fixed up a lil had couple holes in the ceiling and the paint was peeling, the bathroom needs to be redone, other then that had a good stay, the staff was friendly

I wouldn't give this place a whole star..as both times I went they were very rude an said they were closed at 7:15 at night? Both times..a higher up needs to go an ramp it up a bit..this place is horrible..tia

Refused to let us use the bathrooms even though I was going to be purchasing snacks for my kids after driving for 5 hours! Extremely rude staff.
