I tasked these guys with a difficult job that nobody else would do. Not only were they up to it they exceeded my expectations. Absolutely would recommend this shop. Professional, great work and very personable.

I have had phenomenal service from this Rice tire location for years! Even when recently we discovered an error, David, John, Jennifer and all the staff Immediately responded to me, had fantastic communication and resolved the issue. I could not be more grateful to them and their amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing tires or work done.

Punctured my JD 1025R Tractor Rear tire from a piece of glass on the side of the road. I called multiple tire locations from Culpeper to Manassas. I spoke with Greg with Rice Tires at 12 PM. Greg explained if I got it to him than he would get it done that day. I delivered it and he got me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Incredible service I would recommend going there for all services.

As a shade tree mechanic, there are some things only a specialist shop can do. After installing a slight lift, and larger tires on my wife s 23 Bronco Sport; no shop had the ability/ software to do an alignment. Not even the dealership!!!After many phone calls that led to rejection, I was recommended to Rice s. They not only took the job, but did it the same day! The outcome was above satisfactory. The professionalism and customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this shop, I trust they could put tires on a sailboat. Definitely my go to shop, even though they are an hour away.

We have been taking our cars to Rice Tire for about the past 15 years, their service is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly! Dave, who runs the shop, knows us by name and we have a great professional and personal relationship with him. I highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional customer service. I went to get a state inspection done and I got rejection for not willing to buy the wrong tires they recommended. My rear tires had only 200 miles from the last inspection and they wanted to replace them without showing to me what wrong is it and the same time want to sell me wrong tires to pass inspection. My vehicle is BMW 5 series with 225/45R17 tires and they wanted to install tires not fit my vehicle 225/60ZR17 even they did not pay attention when I tried explain to them. That's why I asked them to make me a copy from the original document so I will show it to the other people.

I must advise you not to go here simply because they don't want your business. Ive pretty much been told they are busy enough. They did something wrong to my mom's car and the staff up front treats people walking in like if they looked or interacted with you they'd probably catch a disease.It's a legitimate place if you need an oil change or tire replacement. However I get much better prices from the dealership where the car was purchased.

I was referred to this shop for an alignment by a local shop that had recently done front end work on my truck. Made an appointment and asked to have the tires rotates on my truck as well. After about an hour of my truck being in the shop, they came out and told me that they could not align my truck and that it needed $650 in tie-rod ends replaced. They told me they rotated the tires and charged me $20. Knowing that I had just had front end work done, I called the shop that did it and they told me that they found it highly unlikely that they would have missed 3 of the 4 tie-rods being bad. So, later that day I took it to another tire shop. They told me that the tie-rods were fine and aligned the truck. Took them 45 minutes and they were $15 cheaper. Two days later I took the truck back to the original shop where they also inspected the tie rods and told me there was no issue...and then brought to my attention that the tires were NOT rotated. The wear marks that they had brought to my attention previously were still on the right front tire, where it was before I took it to Rice Tire! (new tires and the right front was wearing on the outside.) So, not only did Rice Tire try to take me for $650 in un-needed work, they charged me for work that they didn't complete! I will never go there again, and I know the shop that referred me was upset and will never send anyone there again.

Polite. As a woman, it s nice going to an auto center where you aren t spoken down to or trying to be nickeled and dime d ; this has been the case with other places I go to. My experience with them so far has been great!
