Web site says open til 4:30. Went out of my way to get there arriving at 01:07pm to see the door closed for lunch from 1-2. Not complaining about lunch times. It should be posted on the website! Then I ran errands came back arriving at 04:11pm, door open, then to be told they CLOSED at 04:00pm. Say WHAT??? I work doulbles & NO days off at times. STRUGGLED to arrive during THEIR POSTED website hours of operation. Belive me I understand short staffing ! CORRECT YOUR WEBSITE HOURS! All I had to do was hand over my tags

Had to make an appointment for a title transfer due to the covid thing, but they took me early and we're so efficient and friendly.A DMV I actually don't dread going to.Thank you ladies!

Had to go to the treasure to pay taxes then to DMV to get stickers for tags and they sent me back to the treasure to retrieve them makes no sense what a joke reminds me of the employer I work for they do everything backwards

Waited 30 min before open to be told "by appointment only"WHAT? People cannot spend the day at the dmv awaiting long hours anymore? I just don't know how to spend my day..Closest appointment is 3 weeks from now and registration on new vehicle will be expired by then. Fingers crossed that I won't get pulled over.

The supervisor of this DMV is super helpful & in my mind has gone above and beyond, most polite employees with lots of forgotten true customer service .
