Not the store or it s employees is the problem, it s the people you let wash the cars for money on the side! I came through there this weekend and whoever the group of young men were, were very rude, disrespectful and cussed the whole time! Everything was the f bomb, very unprofessional for my family to hear . We won t be back! And my suggestion to the company is, if you let my people in the community that are trying to raise money use your facilities be weary of who you allow.

I want to update this review for O'Reilly's Auto parts. Their batteries suck and they do not like to admit it, don't know how else to say it. Had an Advance Auto battery 5 years old that works better than a brand new O'Reilly's battery. Everything would be great if they would just take the battery back and give me my refund.

I went there for service with my battery. They were very helpful and found the correct battery for my vehicle needs. Damien installed my new battery and made sure my vehicle was operating properly.

O'Reilly's is my go-to auto parts store. Staff was friendly and nice but it would have been nice if they had known about the current promotions and told me about the rebate for an item that I bought luckily I noticed the rebate myself and was able to claim it.

James is the best,Everytime I come in he's always nice,patient and so helpful with my Subaru when no other places would even try.Its an older Subaru and he really knows what he's doing.The other employees have always ben great too.Thank you O Reilly's,I will only come there.

The oil cap came off the motor of my boyfriend s tractor trailer and they had something we could use until we were able to get the correct one to replace it. The store was also very clean and the employees were friendly!
