Wonderful staff. Kind people to work with. They are not out to rob you in any situation. I would recommend them to friends family and the community. They helped me transition my car from another place that was trying to profit from my desperate situation. Towed it to their business and helped me to get it to the junk yard with no a additional charges. God bless these people. God bless Billy and Mr Epps and his staff

David Epps does a great job repairing , painting and as the owner he makes sure that every customer is taken care of with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Poor communication. Office staff wasn't on time to work, and we weren't informed as to the status of the vehicle. For clarity, they were not at all rude, nor am I dissatisfied with the quality of work. My time is precious, and I don't feel like that my time was respected. I also felt that they didn't really care so much whether they got my business or not.

Epps Collision Center did it again! I had a long stratch, too deep to hide. They did a fantastic repair and also cleaned by truck. WHAT A DEAL! Thanks for being professional and you will stay at the top of my list.
