The room is disgusting, it's like 1960 needs an upgrade. Yeah, black Mold in the bathroom. The AC unit is filled with black mold. It looks like the bed bugs. The room is a non smoking room and it's smell like cigarettes.People in the next room are smoking marijuana you could smell it through the The walls. The pictures are misleading is very disguised. I will not recommend it. The building should be knocked down in rebuild and how. The border health give This hotel owner ability to rent to people they should be sued.Rooms: Room is disgusting ....Walkability: It is too dark. Look Like You gonna get robbed of murder....

I paid 180.00 to stay here for two nights. When I got to the room the towels in the bathroom were nasty. Like someone cleaned work boots with them and just left them there. No one bout me towels the first day. I leave to go to work and when I come back the trash is everywhere no toilet paper no tissues and no clean towels. I just don't understand how you can leave nasty towels in a room and not restock toilet paper. I had to go get my own toilet paper off the janitors cart. But thanks to the front desk lady who immediately bought me towels. It was a awful experience all the way.

I needed a room quickly in an emergency and it was late at night, the front desk gentleman was nice about the late check in and that it took me over an hour to make it to the hotel. Check in was quick and very simple and there was a room I preferred available on the first floor. I was able to park directly in front of my room and location was quiet and safe for a female alone. The room was clean and had nice furniture, very clean mini fridge and microwave and had a small coffee pot. Was very pleased to see good supportive pillows and actually had enough pillows which never hardly happens in most hotel rooms. Bed was not too hard or too soft and supportive, and had very clean sheets. Also the room had several different lamps available for lighting and a nice desk and rolling chair if someone needed to do business or use their laptop. There was a clothing rack and even had an iron and full size ironing board. Bathroom was very clean and I was surprised to see that the shower had pumps on the wall with shampoo, conditioner and soap. There was enough towels available as well. Also the price of the room was great and cheaper than other hotel chains that gouge their customers. Room was definitely worth the money and the hotel is not far from gas stations and restaurants. I was very pleased overall with the room and safe location. I would definitely come back if ever staying in the area again.

Absolutely Horrible!! First room we were given..the door was cracked..I entered and the beds were unmade...smelled like pot and the bathroom was disgusting. I called the manager up. He proceeded to yell at me because I asked for a different room and I couldn't understand his heavy accent very well. 2nd room I was given appeared okay at first until I saw cockroaches running across the bathroom floor and others people's hair in the sheets. I left and asked for a refund and of course he continued to yell at me and refused to give me my money back even though I couldn't stay there. NOBODY should stay there!!! It needs to be shut down

Should be called America s worst hotel. Absolutely disgusting rooms and service. First room had blood streaks on the bed and you could hear rats running in the walls banging around. Second room had roaches and smelled strongly of mold. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Super 8.

Too many noisy people actually live here. People with kids. People yelling at each other until late a night. Yelling and slamming doors. Zero class. Owners need to run the rude people who use this as a residence out of there. Hotels and motels are for short term accommodations, not for people who cannot qualify for an apartment. Has potential. Room was spacious tho the sub floor is likely going to collapse through the ceiling below any minute in a spot in front of the bed. If people would just shut up and have consideration for others peace and quiet and need to sleep it would be 1000% better.

I reported mold in my room and nothing was done. Was told the manager checked and there was only moisture. Where does mold grow? (Dark and damp places) Complained about roaches in my room - no one bothered to check that out. Bitten by bed bugs. Manager wanted to know how many more days l had paid for. Does this mean if I only had that 1night left that he would have left me in that room? You be the judge. Is this a place you would pay to stay if you could afford better? Had to give at least 1 star to rate but in all honesty "customer relations" deserves no stars.

The rooms are FILTHY!!! I had to clean my own room just a day ago!!! Unless you're in a desperate situation, otherwise I don't recommend.

This is a horrible hotel. The rooms are so nasty and not kept up. The carpet clearly hasn t been cleaned and leave your feet black. The sheets were filthy. We called the front desk to ask for clean sheets and were asked to meet the lady half way and change them ourselves. When we met her halfway she was carrying our sheets while smoking, and smoked in the room with all the clean linens. Then informed us our room hadn t been cleaned before we checked in. The ac wasn t on in the room before we got there and the room was sweltering hot. None of the tables had been cleaned, the toilet and tub were nasty. The website boasted about being recently remodeled but everything was old and outdated. We weren t supplied enough towels so I had to ask for another and when I did the receptionist started ranting about knowing we had enough towels and refused to give us an extra until she talked to the housekeeper, but had to wait until she was back in her room from swimming in the pool. Then said she had to charge for any more towels. They supplied us with 3, we had 4 people in our room all of which we had paid an extra fee for. The beds were hard and pillows old and lumpy. There were no comforters, just two sheets with a ripped and worn throw between them. The fridge hadn t been cleaned and had spilled liquids in the bottom. The nozzles in the shower are reversed so you got scolding hot water when turning the cold on. There is a horrible stench in the rooms. When housekeeping came the second day they didn t leave toilet paper so we had to ask for some, and again anytime you ask for something you have to go to the front to get it, they won t bring it to you. They re rude when you ask for something and say they aren t allowed to give more. Or want to charge you for things that are supposed to be included when you stay in any hotel. The pool was nasty. Hair everywhere, false eyelashes stuck to the siding, bugs all around. You can tell the pool isn t cleaned and kept up. The posted pool rules aren t enforced, employees sit by the pool smoking and drinking alcohol. There are rusted hooks and pipes all around and in the pool. The pool tables are busted and jagged. The hotel is full of drunks and the whole place is sketchy and disgusting. None of the updates and remodels were visible. The hot breakfast the boast about is apparently only provided when they have enough guests. The WiFi doesn t work. It s hit or miss whether the lights in the room work. This was a horrible experience and I don t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I did not actually stay in these rooms. I was just a witness in all the mess that happened while visiting. A few people I traveled with stayed in this hotel. Both had issues with their water. One person's water barely came out of the faucet and shower. The other person water came out in spurts. One person's room smelled as if a dog and smoker lived there and it was a non smoking room. The bed in one of the rooms were so used it looked like it was on the floor. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to care when complaining. Don't get me started on breakfast. They advertise breakfast but make enough just for the workers down the road so your out of luck if you like to eat breakfast. I took those at this motel to my hotel so they could have breakfast. I know I won't ever stay hereand I am pretty sure my family won't book again either.

Booked online upon getting to hotel and to our room immediate found empty beer cans in shower and ciggerette ashes in the bathroom floor and trash full. Went to front desk to request another room and was told we were liars and had done that in just the few minutes we had been there. Also no hot water and was told it was as hot as it got. It's 19 degrees outside this water wouldn't even melt ice. Completely rude front office owner then began to get rude with my wife. Only if those cameras were not there would most certainly shown what America was about.ALSO CALLED BOOKING SITE AND IMMEDIATLY GOT AN UPGRADED HOTEL DOWN THE STREET TWICE THE PRICE APPARENTLY WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES RECENTLY AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. IF YOUR WANTING CHEAPER THERE IS ANOTHER ALMOST A THIRD OF PRICE DOWN STREET ALSO.

DONT STAY HERE! I wish I could put a zero here. My husband is a truck driver, last night he stopped to get rest and while in the room noticed things moving. He took a video of multiple roaches moving around near the bed and even crawling up the bed sham. Immediately he left the room after only being in there 10 minutes. The desk person, possibly the owner came to the room, the roaches had scattered by this point and he refused to took at the video or return my husbands money. DONT STAY HERE, or you will be taking roaches home.

The worst motel I've ever stayed in. But what did I expect for the price. The room "looked" clean but had the worst smell to the point it made my stomach hurt. I went to the store and brought fabric refresher and sprayed the ENTIRE room(rug, curtains, chairs and walls) for $2! It made a huge difference. I can spit faster than the shower water came out. My room was infested with flies! The towels were dirty. The toilet wasn't attached properly(almost fell off when I sat) I've stayed at cheap motels before but this was definitely my worst experience

I am an out of state traveler needing to stay a few days due to my car breaking down. While it's in the shop I'm staying here. It's ok. I have everything I need. Due to my not having transportation all I need is within walking distance. And the price is good. I ended up staying here for 4 weeks. I must say, I loved it. I was close to the office which was great by me. It was quiet. The breakfast wasn't as bad as some say. Then again I just ate waffles for the most part. In any case I would highly recommend.

Easy and quick check in. Toilet hasn't been cleaned in a while. There is a thick black ring around the top of the water in the bowl. Shower looked to have been remodeled recently, but wasn't cleaned afterwards. They meant well, but missed the mark. The shampoo dispenser is either broke or empty, as I couldn't get shampoo from it. The soap dispenser worked but it too had a broken cover. Hotel has Dish Network, which had no signal the evening of our check in. (Worth considering when comparing to someone with cable.) Breakfast was nothing more than frozen heat and serve products, which would be ok had the food service line been stocked and ready. As it was, I had to ask for it be restocked at an hour before breakfast service closed. It took upwards of 20 mins to be stocked with still cold food products (pancake/waffle mix was not restocked). Breakfast does not include any fresh fruit, cereal, nor milk.

I booked 8 rooms for a group in town for a wedding. Some of the rooms were filthy others were just dirty. When I booked the rooms the lady told me they include a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The first morning there were no eggs or sausage the biscuits were hard as rock and tasted that way too the gravy had a strong spoiled taste the bagels had mold on them. The second morning they had eggs and sausage and fresh gravy but the biscuits were still hard and everything was about lukewarm including the orange juice which left kind of a strong after taste (maybe spoiled??).Back to the rooms the walls are paper thin you could hear all the noise from the next rooms and the floors creaked everytime someone moved around in the room above. However the beds were comfortable the wifi worked great.So if you don't mind a little dirt and noise and eat elsewhere this is the place for you. I will definitely not be back!!The manager was completely unapproachable. But the rest of the staff was friendly and tried to help all agreed breakfast was terrible but seemed unable to do anything about it other than point fingers at the person responsible who was never there.

Man it is the worst hotel I ever been to it's roaches everywhere I couldn't even sleep last night so we told the guy he gone give us roach spray and show us another room and that room had more roaches than the other room the coffee pot got coffee with mold in it it's food behind the bed they ain't even clean the room when we checked out they just took the pillows and sheets and I got videos of roaches running around on the wall and the floor

Got our room, and then went to eat and see a show. We got back after 10pm. My husband went right to bed, I was getting ready , while in the bathroom I saw a couple of roaches, and some kind of gray looking bug. So I got our bathroom access. together and put them in our suitcase and sat down on the chair, I looked to see that the bedskirt on the bed was ripped, the floor around the walls was not vacuumed up, there was dust and dead bugs on the shelf where you hang the clothes, the room did smell a little musty. While sitting there I saw another roach. So I got back dressed put everything in my suitcase and sat up letting my husband sleep a little. By 1:30am he got up to leave because I saw another roach in the bathroom. When we left I told the man at the front desk and showed him the pictures I had taken, he wanted to put us in another room. I asked why would I want another room when roaches live in the walls and travel. He really asked me if I seen any in another room , and said again he will put me in another room. I was angry, tired, and frustrated. I told him no. We paid for a service that we couldn t use because of roaches and he couldn t even offer even half of the money back. I will never stay here again, and will tell my family and friends not to either. So disappointed

Stayed here on August 12-13, 2017. Picked it over the competition because it advertised a hot breakfast. I checked the time and they served until 9 a.m. We got there about 8:45. No eggs, no coffee. Only employee working told me the last time she checked, there were eggs. Wouldn't make coffee because it was too late.America can do better!

Although the owner gave us a nice price on a double room, our experience at this hotel was by far, one of the worse...EVER!!! We had 3 people staying but when the three of us went to swim, the owner tells us "only two can swim. The third person has to pay $10". Who charges guest to swim after they have already paid for the room? We had a room on the lower back level and the ice machine seemed like a mile away. If you are to walk to the ice machine, your ice will surely melt by the time you return to your room. The AC seemed to not work and it took 3-4 hours before the room was at a decent temperature. The breakfast the next morning was fair and had more to offer than a continentasl breakfast. Mostly food thats heated in a microwave. The sausage gravy and biscuits were good tho. As for the grounds, the parking lot was clean but lots of potholes. The swimming pool area was empty and I even seen a couple or two that had kids. I see why the pool area was empty, they probably tried to charge them $10 per child to swim. Needless to say, we will never spend another dime at this hotel again.

Very unpleasant. Hotel looked abandoned when arriving to it. Breakfast was horrible. Would have preferred a bowl of cereal. Asked housekeeping for towels did not receive them. Went to get from another housekeeper who refused me. Pool was not in writing order. Do not suggest this hotel unless just need in and out
