Very honest and friendly. Didn't have an appointment. Just went in for an estimate and they fixed my problem although it was getting close to quiting time. Very helpful answering other questions I had regarding my car needs as well. Recommending them to everyone now that I know they do more than exhausts

People seem really nice and down to earth, nice little shop. They did a great job on my F150, it had to have a whole new system from the Cat back. They cut out all the old and installed a new section of pipe between the cat and the new muffler made all new hangers, and bent a new tailpipe that s EXACTLY like the old one!

Employees are friendly and helpful. I was heading down south when my exhaust snapped on the interstate. They had me back on the road and on my way in no time and were very understanding.If you are trying to find their shop don't use a GPS it will take you in the wrong direction. Its actually in Virginia and not West Virgina like it says on the Google address. Would strongly recommend them.

poor welds, didn't fix the hanger the last 3 times I went there and asked for it. Just a poor little place I would suggest a different place. Every time I went in there it was like it was a hostile environment. no greeting. I'll never be going back there.
