Had an ignition coil with a spark plug pop out and ruin the threading inside the motor for a Mariner. They were nice people, tried to fix it by rethreading it. It didn't work, ten minutes down the road the same problem occurred. They told us there was a probability it wouldn't work, but they didn't encourage us to go somewhere with a more permanent fix with a much cheaper cost and less chance of failure. This is why I'm rating two stars. We got the problem fixed at On Trak just down the road at half the price Wrights charged. That's even with the fact that OT used an insert, an extra part Wrights didn't use and weren't charging us for. Even with that the price difference was that huge between the two.Two stars for charging us for labor for a fix that had a probability of failure instead of sending us down the road to a place that could have fixed it guaranteed and at half the price.

November 2017. I was driving cross country and my Battery Light came on while on the interstate. Suspecting it was the Alternator I pulled off into Bland, VA. Every other mechanic in town couldn't be bothered. Wright took the time to squeeze me in and verify it was the Alternator and get one for me the first thing the next day. Great people! Very helpful and kind.

Assured me my car was safe after replacing a front axle when traveling from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. Not more than an hour down the road did I have to pull over once again because my car was doing the exact same thing it had done before replacing the front axle. Went to a Firestone garage where they pulled the front wheels and discovered that my front brake pads on both sides were stuck up underneath my brake calipers. There were bolts missing from both calipers, and were almost completely detached from the front end. The danger that they put my daughter and myself in is inexcusable. I called them the next day and they reassured me that they would rectify the situation. But after three weeks of calling them and emailing them, with no return calls as promised I have not received any reimbursement from them. I had to make a claim against them through my bank.
