I called them around 08:45 for a belt that went out they showed up after 14:00, and when the guy came I asked him to check out what cause the belt to leave its position. He replied yes, put the belt without paying attention to anything. Truck ready, got back on the road less than 3 miles away , belt broke and break coolant sensor. Called them back cause you don t have lots of options in this area he came back take his time this time to see what cause belt to go off which I carefully Suggested him to do the first time he came. He saw the defected parts removed them and ordered them to a Freightliner in North Carolina 68 miles away, this alone takes 3 hours and at driver s expense cause you have to pay someone to go there and get the parts. After 3 hours and 33 minutes he came back with the wrong belt. I had to wait 3+ hours more so, someone can go pick up the right belt, meanwhile I realized that coolant sensor damaged asked him to order it. Parts installed, coolant gauge not working engine light on followed him to his shop cause I refused to come back next morning. There, unable to figure out what went wrong he called someone on the phone who apparently knows mechanic better to tell them what was wrong . They asked me to go ahead deliver the load I was on and come back. Finally, problem was solved but charged me 3 times for one job cause the mechanic is unprofessional, incompetent, and greedy. Call them at your own risk.

Im from out of town and my 2019 Ram 3500 broke down. This company saw my vehicle within an hour, troubleshot the issues, made the repair and got me up abs running again. I broke down on way home to FL. Roadside assistance connected me with these awesome folks who towed me and my camper. Even though obviously busy they got me back on the road next day after giving me courtesy ride to/from hotel. Great service, fair price!

This company placed the wrong part on my truck, I called them to rectify the situation and they told me to send the part back and they would refund me for the part, not the labor. understood no problem! Sent the part back and they are accusing me of swapping out the part with another part! and refusing to refund me! I called Napa of sold them the part and they admitted they very well may have had the wrong part in the box! RIDICULOUS THEY WOULD ACCUSE an honest hardworking business of fraud. very disappointed. if you ever do business with them check your parts first and take plenty of photos!!Service: Electrical

I hit a deer and went here to get my trk fixed . my company left me hanging, wouldn't even get me a room. Mr John ,wife ,Tim, younger son Blake,Chris and hold staff was the best I ever encountered. Took forever and lose muffler and shop help is not train to double check if bolts remove and busted broke a big plug out of Bell housing and never admitted they broke it cost me extra 2000dollars for their don't care attuded. Used 8 cans of brake cleaner and can't see where it cleaned anything. ??!!!??? Truck went in for a clutch replacement. Messed up speedometer and backup switch screwed up and left naked wire s and would not fix it. Very displeased.

There workers are friendly and helpful.Their knowledge of diesel engines is amazing.They are willing to go out of their way to put your problems at the top of their list if your in an emergency need to have whatever it is fixed.They have very reasonable prices on all their work.My boss has several different pieces of equipment he's taking to them and they always do a great job and we have not had any bad luck with what they repaired for my boss.
