Great service, kept us apprised of his arrival time and worked quickly, once at the house. Rekeyed the entire house efficiently and made us a number of key copies. Would highly recommend!

Maurice and Josh were AMAZING. Very thankful. They helped us out and gave us great advice. Incredibly friendly.Not sure who the lady was on the phone, but she was also very sweet too. Highly recommend.

Called these folks last week when a deadbolt lock we had become stripped out. The fellow who answered the phone (Maybe Matthew?) was super helpful and said they d be happy to look at it if I brought it in. When I took it in he got me straightened out with a new latch. He fixed it right there in the store in about 5 mins for under $10. He even straightened out the spindle which had become twisted.I was afraid I d have to replace the whole lock. All of our keys match and I didn t want to have to use 2 keys on the same door. Really pleased with their service and relieved I don t have to use 2 keys or replace all the other locks.I d definitely recommend these guys if you re having lock issues.

My one and only key for my car snapped in half on me, Called Brian's lock and key they scheduled me and came out to my residence and Took care of everything in less than a Hr very professional very friendly. I Highly Recommend!

I've been to them twice. I copied keys first and was very satisfied. The second time I replaced an item in my key. It was replaced by a lady. He inserted a discharged battery with the reverse polarity and the locking screw also protruded and jammed. I still had to pay. I had to take out the screw in another place, bought a battery in the Kroger ... the key works perfectly. Think about who you let work for them and what you do with them.

I purchased a car that had no key. I called Brian s lock and key and explained everything. He said no problem and told me what info I needed to send. I sent a copy of the title signed in my name and a copy of my license. I called at right around 9:30am and he called me back at 11:30am and told me my key was done! Drove up to pick it up as I was in the area and he cut me TWO keys! Went home, stuck the key in and car started right up. Excellent service at a fantastic price. Brian was able to fit us into his schedule on very short notice. He arrived just when he said he would. His recommendations were great and the service was excellent.We would recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced and reasonably-priced locksmith.

Excellent job. fast, smooth and professional. I requested to remove broken car key from door lock and duplicate 2 copied of my car key. They completed all jobs within 10 minutes for a total of $16. What a great service ! I really appreciate that.

I called and emergency line person was so unhelpful and rude. They said they couldn't get to me because they had appointments all day but maybe sometime tonight so, I asked if they could do that, and he said no, he can't make appointments and to call back later and he said around 4:30 or 5 and said that it would be an extra fee because that was afterhours. I was so frustrated but I said that would be fine, and could I get his name in case I had any other questions. He refused to give me his name. So unprofessional! I called a local garage and they were really sweet to me. A little kindness and compassion is needed!

Helped me out when I locked myself out of my house. Drove 45 minutes to my resume on a weekend afternoon. Efficient and priced as expected. The guy performing the service was a bit rude and very cocky but he did help me out. I guess you don't have to be nice when your the only game in town.

Bought a truck that only came with half a key broke off in the ignition switch. I removed the switch, took it to Brain's lock and they were able to make me new keys with what was left of the old key. Great place to deal with and the feller behind the counter was top notch.

Haven't got work done by them . But I was pretty annoying called them 3 or 4 times about the same thing and they was nice and didn't treat me like I was stupid. Haha. And 20 dollars for a motorcycle key I was suprised. I'm defiently happy

Pitiful. Called "24 hr." lock out service three times over a 4 hour period of time and left detailed messages. No return call. No contact and no show. Two days later still no call. I called back two days later during business hours. The person answering could have cared less and offered no explanation. CALL SOMEONE ELSE. They need to remove "24 Hr. emergency service" from the vehicle as they have no service offered. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

I called the shop in a panic because I washed my Ford Expedition key fob, which apparently renders it useless. Although he was full for the day, he took pity on me and made room for me and got me on the road in an hour. FANTASTIC SERVICE! THANK YOU!

Great people! Made my duplicate fast and easy and even gave it to me without the payment since I wasn't sure it was going to work. Im going to go back and pay them since it did work.

I was quoted 140 over the phone after telling the locksmith exactly how many doors I needed re-keyed to include deadbolts. Locksmith showed up and I showed him all the doors and he began to get to work. I left to the store and get a call from my wife her charged us $245. After calling and talking to Austin about the $100 upcharge without explanation he told me the he would call me back within an hour to make things right. After telling me I was wrong... this was on the first of the month. It s now the 7th and no call, no compensation, no care.... there are other locksmiths in the surrounding area I recommend you don t waist your time with this place.Just know if you do decide to go with this place, the quote they give you will be upcharged, after the work is done not before... you won t know you have to pay more until they have finished working, and they won t call you back or be the local small town business you expect.

AWFUL, RUDE, INSINCERE. I locked myself of my house at night and called him. He was VERY rude and said that he wasn't having anyone come out this late. It says 24/7 emergency service-YEAH RIGHT! He said I better start smashing our windows. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him at all. Does not deserve anyone's money. I'd rather drill my lock before giving him any of my money. DO NOT CALL THIS MAN!

Came in to get a copy made of my bent Kawasaki key. Took around 20 minutes, and was a great price. Definitely recommend (at least for keys)

Had cylinders re-keyed and deadbolts installed by Brian's L&K. They were on time, courteous, and the job was completed quickly. Most importantly, the work was done properly - the locks turn smoothly, and the bolts extend fully as to maximize security. Great service and problem solving. They don't take credit cards for anything less than $5, though, so make sure you have some cash if you're getting something cheap done (like a key copied)
