I can't say enough kind words about everyone there. I stopped in after a mishap at an oil change shop and though they couldn t do much because I'm waiting on insurance, they fixed up the rig so I wouldn't incur any further damage.Super nice, honest, and helpful. I would definitely go back for repairs if I lived in the area!

I ve been bringing my RV to this organization for about a year after getting a recommendation from a close friend. The folks here treat you as if you are their friend and really do a great job for a reasonable price. The most important thing is that they try to figure out a way to repair your vehicle at the lowest cost possible. Obviously, they could repair it with brand new genuine parts, but they give you the option of whether or not it is better and or cheaper to take a different route. Then it becomes your decision. The last time I brought it in, there was a problem with the awning and they didn t charge me for almost 8 hours of work because they didn t realize the awning had a hidden wire. They ordered the correct awning without charging me for their investigative work.

We are new to the world of owning a camper and Zukowski made sure we were all set for a safe cross country trip a few months ago. We are so thankful they checked over the camper and the SUV we were pulling with to make sure we wouldn't run into any issues on our travels. They squeezed us in on short notice so we wouldn't have to put off our trip. Thank you for all you did to help us!

Very happy with their service. They ordered the parts needed and let me know when they came in, I dropped the RV off and it was done a week faster than I had anticipated but right when they said it would be done. The work was clean and works like it should. It's a family owned business and the owner came out and introduced himself when I picked it up, the tech that did the installation was in the middle of his lunch when I got there for pick up but was happy to take a break from his break and walk me around his installation and answer questions so I could get on the road back home. It's how you want things to be when getting your vehicles worked on. Very glad I found them.

I just bought a Winnebago RV and failed the MD safety inspection due to steering stabilizer issue. Contacted Zukowski to install a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. Dawn ordered the parts needed for my RV. Once it arrived, it was quickly installed. Now my RV is driving like a big stable SUV. Great folks and very professional. I highly recommend them.

I took my newly purchased Newmar RV to this place. I asked them to do a full check out of all parts of the RV so that I would know that it was in good condition to take on a trip in July which I am actually at right now. I told them specifically that the dash air conditioning was not work and I paid them to repair it, I also requested a Virginia State safety inspection. After spending nearly 12 thousand dollars on having a generator installed, new brakes and tires, having the roof top AC units service and the roof sealed, I finally brought it home, 2 months later I tried the dash AC, it was not blowing cold air, I took it back to Zukowski, they told me it was again blowing cold and told me, "no guarantees", I was like, excuse me, but I paid you to fix this, he said that he had "tried", I began my trip on July 3d, the AC was NOT functioning, I had to run my generator and rooftop units to try to stay cool...terrible service!The put an inspection sticker on saying it passed safety inspection, driving at night the headlights were illuminating about 10 feet in front of me, it seemed very unsafe, I turned on my high beams and left them on and non if the drivers coming toward me flashed their lights to get me to turn my high beams off, I guess they appeared as regular beams.

We were camping at Harper's Ferry Campground, and our bathroom faucet broke -- water everywhere!! We called Zukowski Fleet Services, and Dawn squeezed us in -- she was GREAT!! Larry took over from there, fixing the problem and making sure it was done right! Kudos to owner, Mike, for doing such an outstanding job in hiring wonderful workers and establishing an atmosphere where customers are your first priority - even if they're from out-of-state and you won't see them again!!

This place is awesome! It s one of the best kept secrets around. The entire staff is friendly knowledgeable and will gladly spend time discussing your repair. I have a small travel trailer that needed work.. They were very accommodating and gave me Great service at a very reasonable price. It s really nice to be treated like a valued customer for a change.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! This is the first bad review I have ever written. I am absolutely appalled by the owner Mike and how he handled our bus repairs. We brought in our bus to him, he assured us he would have it completed in a particular time and it was not. NEVER apologized for it. Our bus came back in worse condition then we left it (brakes squeaked, smoke coming in through the vents, etc.). I called to explain the situation and he accused me of blaming him for these problems when I was simply letting him know what was going on. He constantly interrupted me on the phone and handled the entire situation very unprofessionally. I let him know there was smoke coming out of our bus vents and that I was pregnant smelling these fumes and that we had kids on the bus inhaling this stuff! He didn't seem to care at all and completely ignored what I said. When I asked to speak with an owner he was cocky and responded something like "I am the owner, the whole sha-bang." Very arrogant!I feel like we could have easily come to a positive resolution if the owner would have listened to our concerns. I definitely understand no one is perfect but to be in the customer service field and treat people in this manner is just not acceptable. I would not recommend this facility.

I took my car to this place for my vehicle safety inspection. They cited me for1- not having my front tag affixed to car (it was in windshield because I was missing screws) - problem was corrected2- Tint on my windshield - this small 3-4" strip across the top of the windshields has been on the vehicle since I purchased it in 2008 and it has never been cited as a problem in the past - took it to have it inspected today at a different inspection station - Result - no mention of needing to remove this tint. What??? Hmmmm3 - I was told by Zukowski's that I had an exhaust leak on the right front side. Took my car to a shop and they said "NO Exhaust leak found" at the inspection station today, they made no mention of an exhaust leak. What?? So I had to spend money to have someone look at the exhaust when there was NO PROBLEM to Begin with!!4 - Right front tire needs replaced Result: new tire purchased.Called the owner of Zukowski's today to ask about why I was told there was an exhaust leak when there was NOT. The owner/manager who I spoke with was rude and ignorant, told me I did not know what I was talking about, told me I should not have had to pay to have the exhaust system checked out???? WHAT? Please tell me what service station does not charge an "analysis or diagnostic fee"?? I have Never found a service station that does not charge to have a car looked at.RUDE and IGNORANT manager. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to my customer's in the manner in which I was spoken to today, I would NEVER have any customers. DO NOT GO to this place. They are RUDE, ARROGANT & OBNOXIOUS. They don't believe in any customer service at all.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. These people are horrendous! Customer service is horrible! The most low class place in the entire county. Beware of this place completely. I woudnt give them one red cent! Awful from start to finish

Went there to get my car inspected. Even though it was the end of the month, the line was short and I was only there about half an hour. No muss, no fuss and the staff were very friendly.

Great location if you need service on anything with wheels. Compact cars to tractor trailers get repairs here.
