Highly recommend BAP for auto service, repair and inspections. I ve been a customer for over 20 years. The current owners are building on the foundation established by the legacy owner. Trustworthy, technically competent, and reasonable prices. The fact that they are in walking distance to my house means I never have to wait.

Very content with the professionalism and service provided by Mark and Berryville Auto Parts for two car inspections I purchased this morning. I was able to get two separate cars inspected in about 20m. Everyone that works here is polite. The waiting area is comfortable and tidy. I would recommend bringing your car here.

We are new to Berryville and have experienced some great local businesses. Nice people, fair dealings. I would not put Berryville Auto Parts in that class. They are very expensive and the state inspector is incredibly slow. He does a car every 30 minutes with people waiting in line. Twice I have goine there mostly out of convience and both times left thinking "what a mistake".

Got my truck inspected here today. Great experience. They were very fast; I was in and out in about 20-25 minutes.Will definitely be back in the future.

These folks saved my life after a tire blowout: Found me the tire I needed, got it on there in less than a couple of hours in their comfortable waiting area, answered all my questions. I have switched from the couldn't-care-less car dealership in Winchester to the Carquest staff I trust to keep me on the road safely.

We have had to drop off our car at the drop-off on several occasions. The mechanics do a great job and the prices are good. We appreciate the call if there is any question about anything... Thank you for the great work, convenience and professionalism. God bless you!

I'm perplexed at the lack of part knowledge the employees have at this store. I walked in needing a lug nut for my camper tire. I brought the lug nut with me that I needed replaced. There was writing on it, but I'm not in the business, so I didn't know that it was the lug nut size. Shouldn't they know though? Tried to tell me they can' t search it because it's for a camper. But THE SIZE IS ON THE PART. Bottom line- avoid this place. They are clueless.

I d leave zero stars if I could. The younger guy that did my state inspection tried to pull one over on me. He told me I needed new rear brakes and 3 new tires. Because he was smirking when he gave me that information and I knew he was lying, I took it to Honda. My brakes still had 50% life left and the tread on all 4 tires was fine. I guess he s trying to drum up more work, but he picked the wrong person to try that on.

Absolutely shocked an appalled by our recent experience here. They just lost some longtime customers. And we're letting all our friends + family know not to use Berryville Auto Parts. Not only did they charge us nearly $100 more than estimated for a simple job. They broke a part and refused to make it right. And Brenda @ the service counter got nasty + snappy with my husband on the phone! What happened to this place? Have they lost their minds? They're certainly going above and beyond to drive away customers. Shame on them.

Kind, helpful, and local. I wouldn t take my car to anyone else except for the time when I did take my car to the dealer and it was horrible. Now I m right back with Berryville Auto and I m never straying again.

If you want to have your vehicle held hostage for 2 hours or more while the old man smokes his cob pipe and wastes your time. Extremely petty inspector. Does not understand upgrades done to a vehicle and will discredit better parts.
