Great place for car inspections. Just get in line anytime they are open. So convenient. Also car repairs are reasonable.

I called two days prior wanted to make an appointment for an oil change. The gentleman on the phone said come as soon as we open and we can get you in and out in 30 mins. Of course knowing I could wait, I didn't bring a ride. I went first thing @8AM. I had to loop around 3 times trying to get in the place. Once I did, a guy greet me and asked what I wanted. I said oil change. He said not today we are busy. Then I said I called and he was so rude. "well why didn't you say you have an appointment." Well because MISTER he never wrote my name down, he just told me to come in early Then he said okay you can just leave your car for today and we will do it. Alright, now I guess I am suppose to walk home. If the guy two days ago told me it would take longer than 30 mins, I would have ask someone to pick me up!! I didn't bother, rather go else where less hectic. I don't understand how a busy could run witn no communication, and with such disorganization. Well I guess they are doing well for themselves since they are so busy all the time.

I have been using them for almost 2 years. Last week I tool my daughter's car to be checked out and I was told it was fine. I only drove it home, 5 minutes away. Today she got in and drove to Winchester and it overheated. I called them about it but they were too busy to get deal with it. Said it was an older car and some hose probably broke. If I took it in to be checked out it looks like they would have noticed that a hose was bad.So now we need to find someone to pick it up, tow it and get it checked again. We have 4 vehicles that we have been taking to them and now I suppose we will be looking for another shop I am extremelydisappointed with the outcome of this.

Very friendly and fast service. They do inspections and they check a lot in detail to make sure the vehicles are safe out on the roads. You can drive you re vehicle in to the drive through garage area. A tiny waiting office but there is a convenient store next to here. Also fixes vehicles as well. So this business is a good experience within Berryville.

Always a line for state inspections and I was told one time there were no more inspections for the day and it was in the morning! Went over to Berryville Auto Parts in and out to 15-20 minutes.

Everyone at Big Daddy is awesome! They've helped us with quick and honest service many times. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic but look no further.. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Quick Great Service!Our car broke down on us as we were driving thru Virginia. Where other mechanics could have taken advantage of the situation and over charge, these guys were honest and took care of us. They got us back on the road ASAP. I highly recommend taking your car here for service. Thank God we broke down in Berryville!

I own an older car; 07 Corolla with nearly 300K miles. I needed an inspection, knowing I probably needed some brake work to pass inspection. Any other place would have taken me to the cleaners, but they were more than honest with me on what could be put off and what needed to be performed now. They put new brake shoes on the the rear and iinspected it for a very reasonable price. Big Daddy is now on my speed-dial going forward!

A local garage that does great work on your vehicles and charge reasonable prices. I have taken my vehicles there for the past 5 years and have been very happy with the work, common sense and honesty there. Highly recommended!

Drove the few miles to my place to give me a jump and a recommendation on where to get a new battery. Didn't ask for any money but i would have felt bad if I didn't give him something. Need my oil changed soon. I guess I know where I will be going.

was visiting in virgina on 12/8/17,was having an exhaust problem,called big daddy to see if they could look at it,they said bring it down,had me on my way in 20 minutes,very nice helpful staff,their an example for other garages to follow,their charge was mre than fair
