Frankie Voyles has been exceptional throughout the process of us switching companies and tanks. He patiently answered all our questions about owning vs renting a tank, made sure we had pricing estimates for both, and waited while we made a decision.When the guys came to put in the new tank, they were all polite and professional and took great care to not damage trees, etc that were in the vicinity. They put the old tank out of the way. Then they put the dirt back in place and smoothed everything out.Frankie was there the entire time, making sure everything was done properly. He clearly cares about his work but he cares even more about the customer. I m glad we switched to Sharp Energy and feel pretty lucky to have people like Frankie and Nicholas Hurley watching out for us.

A great company to do business with. My family and I are so thankful for Ruth who set everything up for us and put up with my stressing out for bo reason, can't say I would have .And Cody came out day promised and had us all set up and familiar with the system, tested our stove and made sure we were "cooking with gas"....I've always wanted to say that...Anyway, an amazing company with real good folks who I'm glad to do business with.Thank you Sharp

These good folks put in a tankless hot water system in a very difficult place (upstairs, poor access) and provided the gas. Can t say enough about the customer service and expertise. We are in eastern VA and my main contact is Frankie Voyles. He s phenomenal; hope Sharp knows how great he is with customers, both on sale and install.

The guys at Sharp are always so responsive and successful at trouble shooting. The solution to any issue I have with the HVAC or gas logs is always one phone call away! Love em and highly recommend them!

Frank, Cody and George are setting me up with new construction gas service installation and they are outstanding Technicians! I really appreciate Franke and his team getting my gas service installed! From 500 gal in ground tank to Generator, water heater, stove top, dryer and more! Sharp Energy is outstanding!

Sharp Energy s team went above and beyond to fill my empty tanks, as wet as sending a repair man out for safety check for leaks and lighting all pilot lights and inspecting equipment was all running safely prion to leaving my home the next business day !! The office staff was exceptionally busy yet took the time to ensure my services were complete and I was satisfied within record time !!Thank you, L. C.., very pleased Sharp Energy Customer.

The Sharp Team did a fantastic job with the replacement of our generator. They came all together the day before and planned everything in advance to refit the propane supply line. Excellent work!

Jeff expertly assessed my gas connections and possibility of leaks. He cleaned properly a non vented gas fireplace to get it functional and lighting up properly. He provided some helpful tips and I was very satisfied with his service.

The crew arrived as expected and on time. Very polite, professional and thorough in their work. They were careful on the installation and cross checked their work for quality and safety. Great advice for using our new heating system as well. I'm glad we chose this group, really satisfied with everything to date. Very professional.

I can only praise Frank and Geoff for their responsiveness, assistance, knowledge and follow up. During the cold snap I had a Furnace that wouldn t ignite. Frank fit me into the schedule without a second thought which is rare on the Shore. Geoff came and made the assessment for repair and what was needed. Within short order the furnace was repaired and both followed up afterward to make sure all was well. If we had more people like Frank and Geoff life would be much easier as there was no we are too busy or it will be 3 weeks or it s not my problem. They were willing to serve and take care of my problems. The Furnace installer from just 3 years ago wouldn t even come look and blamed the propane I was getting. Won t name names but they won t get any more calls from me. Thank you Frank and Geoff for all you did for me!!!! God bless.

Incredibly positive experience with Sharp Energy, from the management individuals Chris Rantz and Frank, to the office personnel Sarah, to the technicians, Cody, Ish, and Geoff. Everyone was in constant communication with me to keep me fully informed as to dates, times, and tasks..AND THEY WERE THERE WHEN SCHEDULED! Punctual, and often early, professional and efficient in all aspects of the installation and service. Each and every aspect of the work was fully explained, and all safety concerns were addressed. Sharp Energy is a quality and customer service company, and each of their professionals reflect this high standard. Thank you to all the hard working technicians.Looking forward to an ongoing positive customer experience.

These guys are top notch pros that are friendly and courteous. They did an outstanding job on hooking up my Rinnai running the lines and made the place sparkle after they were done. I highly recommend Sharp for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I m giving two thumbs up for the best on the Easter Shore of Virginia. Keep up the great work.

Our gas fireplace would not ignite so called Sharp and a service technician (Cody) came out and took care of the problem and we were back in business with working fireplace . Very courteous and professional.

Coty and Jeremy were very professional and explained everything well. Also Terry in the office is always helpful when I call her and guides me along when I need something.
