Very friendly and helpful.Even though I am not a big $ amount customer, you all still gave me auto fill up and a payment plan online that works for me!!Service man "ALWAYS" so nice and friendly!!Thank you so much!!

Very unsatisfactory. Floyd propane refilled our tank for a 99� fee a few weeks ago, was improperly charged roughly $128 for their 99� first time promotion. Along came our initial fill, and a faulty gauge.. Then a few weeks pass by and we set up another refill. Was on the phone with their customer service and was told our next refill would cost roughly $268.. And an additional $80 for a pressure check. So we decide not to refill because of the price difference, no biggie. Then CS tells us too bad your card has already been charged. So we ask for a refund. CS makes the decision to give us lip over the refund and hangs up the phone. Needless to say I call back and finally get the answer I was looking for, yay my refund! Anyway CS had a bit of an attitude and I strongly believe that they need to improve their customer care or change their employment roles if they intend on keeping any customers.

Very prompt, professional service by extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. It s very comforting to know I have AmeriGas as my service provider!
