Everyone at J and W s are so sweet. Sherry, front desk receptionist was very professional and always had amazing communication when getting my car fixed. I will definitely be going to J and W s from now on.

New here and bought a car that needed some TLC. These folks have been incredible. Friendly and most of all HONEST! Sherry, Will, James and the other guys have been nothing short of great. They have worked on multiple vehicles for me and I will not go anywhere else in town. J&W's has helped us a lot over the last few years. I've heard of auto shops that some are fast, some are cheap, and some do good work, and you can only expect a shop to be two of those. This one is reasonably priced and does good work. They aren't always super fast (and some of our cars have complicated issues!), but they are willing to work with us on timing and the more we bring our cars here, the more they seem to prioritize getting them done quickly for us. Good experience with honest people; can't ask for more from them. Thank you!

Got my vehicle in for inspection, an oil change, fixing a turn signal, and a brake check (which became a brake change) only a week after I called for an appointment. Was home again in 3 hours, in spite of the place being busy. And the cost is always reasonable.

Good prices, excellent mechanics and if a fix doesn't work they will fix again for free. Trustworthy auto shop. Will inspect bikes but they don't service them. VA inspection station. Plenty of parking. Friendly and competent and good about calling before making an expensive repair. Hard to find a good mechanic... Go here and you've found one.

Went there as I was referred to them as they were great with electrical issues and very honest.. I had a new battery put in at a dealership that was 3 months old and the battery kept dying after a day or 2. They tested the electrical system and stated it was fine but the battery was defective as it lost 70% charge over night. They told me it was $80 for diagnostic and $277 for a new battery. I explained again that it was a new battery under warranty and would take it back to the dealer for a free one. That is when they charged me $40 to put my old battery back in.Service: Electrical repair

Just took my daughter's car there the other day, they diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. They're friendly and take the time to explain to what needs to be done.

Been taking my family's vehicles here for 2 years and drive a county over to do it . you'll wish you could tip em for the great service and friendly attitude everyone always seems to have here . Honest folks doing fair priced labor with a smile !

These wonderful people are very polite very professional and explain everything to detail and they do excellent work pride in their work sometimes the job is done before you even know it I recommend them to anyone and everyone on a daily basis best shopping Town in my opinion if you need your car fixed look them up or if you don't know what's wrong drive by and they'll give it a shot to try and diagnose it for you again very very professional people he treats you like family God bless them all

My wife and I were vacationing in the area when our front brakes began to seize up. We choose to bring our van to J&W s based on online reviews. I was blown away with everything about the experience. They saved us when we were stranded in a city we were unfamiliar with. If you are in or near Bedford and need car work, bring it to J&W s. Many thanks to all at the shop!Service: Brakes

I've taken my vehicles there for about a year and watch them work and the way they treat Other customers . It's hard finding a good mechanic that you can trust but I wouldn't go anywhere else there not just great mechanics there good people always doing the right thing
