I needed help with repairing my car quickly, because I am from out of town. Integrity was recommended. Ray ordered the part needed and went above what was expected to repair my car and get me back on the road about as quickly as possible. Fixed my car better than it's been in years. A little inconsistent on quotes, though. The price went up and down each time I talked to the receptionist and ended up a lot higher when I went to pay. All of the prices were reasonable, though. More consistency in communication would make it perfect.Edit: went in for a last minute inspection and oil/lube/filter. Left the car for the day, picked it up, everything was great! Super impressed with the price, too. Recommended!

These people are the greatest! I pulled in with a shredded serpentine belt and they were Johnny on the spot, despite being swamped in business, at ordering, delivering, and even helping me install my belt. Only charge... The belt. I gotta say, true America, true Country, true Love to them. Btw, the Secretary is hottt, but I believe she's taken. The boss is a great guy! I suggest you stop by with any issues... Realmancan.

Terrible service, absolute lack of communication, you basically leave your car there and have no idea when you will get it back or what is being done to it. The work done may be good work, but you can get good work done a lot of places and not have to wait three times as long while contacting 10 times as much. Ray is a good guy but he NEEDS HELP and organization in order to have any type of professionalism.

Ray is an expert mechanic. Always there when you need him. Works on all of our vehicles including a diesel. Kind hearted, friendly employees. Great prices for car work. Very fast and dependable. Highly recommend over anyone else in bedford. Catrons are rude and it's hard to find a trust worthy mechanic. Integrity auto is awesome!

Spoke with the owner directly. He said he would call me "right back". That was a week ago!!! So I took my truck to GT Performance in Vinton to be worked on. Billie actually did CALL ME BACK...and has kept me updated on the progress of the work being performed on my truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GT Performance!!!!!

Hands down best shop in Bedford, I always shop around for the best price, time and time again Integrity has everyone beat. They do great work, they have good customer service, and they are very flexible with scheduling your appointment.

Their webpage needs a bit of work, but the owner, Ray, does great work. Labor expenses are standard and the work is usually done faster than sites like AutoMD would estimate. A 3.5 hour job was done in about 2 hours. Any needed parts are promptly ordered and shipped within a day.

The owner has integrity! Need I say more? He tells me what needs to be done and he does it. He doesn't add on possibilities which are not necessary.

10 25 2020 I have mailed him my title as my daughter in law and our Lawyer can't get my suburban back after saying he can't fix it so have mailed him the title and brought another one.as I have been told he is going our of business it is now 11 25 2020 suburban man
