We purchased a beautiful 29VBUD by Salem in February 2023. I immediately towed it about 250 miles to TN where I use it as my work home Monday through Thursday Kenneth and Kinda were both patient and helpful. We decided to buy local after a bad experience at a big box RV dealership.I m looking forward to bringing it in next week for an annual inspection and a couple minor warranty issues. Buy local and support our friends and family.

Kenneth wasn t very helpful and didn t seem like he wanted to sell anything. Compared our trade in like it was Apples to Oranges and didn t seem to want to do any research in actually finding the true value of the trade. Certainly worth the extra drive to do business with Johnson Family RV.

I was in the market for my first RV, and a friend recommended this place. What a find! Kenneth and Linda, the owners, are very laid back, friendly, and helpful. There was no pressure, sales pitch, or upsell at all. I was given free reign to look at the RVs and ask any questions I had (and a lot of them were basic, but Kenneth was patient).When it came time to buy, they made me a great deal and were flexible with my timeline. I got a very comprehensive tour of my RV, with an invitation to call if I have any questions (which I know I will, because it's a lot to remember). During the tour, we found one small bit of damage, and Grandview RV immediately apologized and fixed it for me in a matter of days. When we got it set up, they were kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to be helpful.Overall, I felt respected and valued- not just as a customer, but almost as a friend...which I definitely didn't expect and very much appreciate! I recommend anyone looking for an RV of any kind check them out, and I know I'll be hiring them for any repairs that need to be done to my fifth wheel in the future.

Excellent service from individuals with integrity.I recently purchased a used Gulfstream, but before the purchase I had called four Gulf Stream dealerships to inquire about labor rates; plus private and trade in values on my future trailer. Grandview provided accurate answers and educational suggestions to check before my purchase. The other dealerships were ok, but Grandview stood out.When I delivered my trailer, they were very patient with me as I went over my punch list and provided constructive feedback and suggestions from their office personnel and technicians! Grandview was able to get me in and out quickly with minimal repairs for a reliable trailer for years to come. Thank you Grandview!

This business knows how to give GREAT customer service!! We just purchased our Navigation from them and couldn t be happier! We have been using their Service for over 10 years with the same fantastic customer service; attention given to every detail in both departments. We highly recommend Grandview for ALL your camper and camping needs!

Thought Kenneth was a good guy, but this year I noticed damage that was repaired poorly and obviously not fixed correctly, without my knowledge while at their facililty. I called just to get color code so I could repair correctly and was told Kenneth would get back to me. After 3 hrs. I called back to be treated poorly by Linda, who stated abruptly that Kenneth was with a customer to which I said I just need the color code to make repair and was rudely told again Kenneth is with a customer....I guess once you buy you are no longer a customer. Sadly dissapointed.

No hassle, friendly, family-small business feel and customer service! We bought an RV before a major life event and they worked with us around scheduling and delivery. We will buy here again, and feel like we ve made friends at Grandview. No big dealer fees and prices either!

Hands down, the best place to purchase a new RV travel trailer is Grandview RV Sales and Service in Benton, VA.Linda, Kenneth, and Richard beat the competition in selection, price, and customer service.Owners Kenneth and Linda made us feel at home and instructor/service advisor Richard was extremely thorough throughout the inspection and training processes.We started at Grandview and a week later after looking at multiple dealerships in two states we went back and purchased from these good folks.I feel confident you'll be satisfied with their selections and prices.

Grandview RV s customer service is second to none! I purchased a new Fifth-wheel from Grandview, 3 days after my slide-outs on the camper wouldn t slide in. I noticed the slides had an issue on a Friday mid morning while preparing the camper and getting ready to leave for a trip. I called Grandview and was completely shocked that the owner and his worker jumped in there vehicle and drove to my location 1hr and 45min away to work on my camper on a Friday. Wow If you have ever purchased a camper from any other company or if you are looking to purchase your first RV this is unheard of !!They spent the remainder of the day trying to fix it with no success. Although I was extremely frustrated I couldn t be upset with the folks at Grandview they tried all evening to fix it and wasn t at fault for the issue.The following Monday morning when I got back in town I was determined to find this wire that we believe was pinched and causing it to ground out on my own. I arrived at the camper about 8:30am and started running test to try to find the issue. To my surprise at around 9am I heard someone pulling in. I was blown away, it was the owner of Grandveiw and two more guys this time. WOW They were just as determined as I was to get my Camper fixed! It wasn t long and they found the issue and had everything back up and running on my slides. Very impressed and thankful for there help and service!I can promise you if you are looking to buy a camper you will not fined customers services from anyone else like this! Most places (Camping World) would want to keep your new camper for weeks if not months until its convenient for them to work on it. Trust me I have been in this position!In closing I can t say enough good things about Grandview and the folks there! We will definitely remember them for future purchases and refer everyone we know to them!

Excellent dealership to purchase new rv. The owner was very honest and a pleasure to deal with. The service tech who walked us through ( I believe his name is Richard) was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job and answered all of our question patiently. They did a thorough job inspecting our camper prior to delivery and found a problem with the shower and will be replacing it soon. I looked at several dealers before getting there and they were by far the best we talked to. Highly recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a new rv

Owner offered a dollar amount for trade in of our 3 year old camper that was in excellent condition pending inspection of the camper. Fair enough. Also offered A $500.00 discount in addition to trade in but beware. When he inspected the camper stated that tires were 5 years old and would need to be replaced therefore decreasing the trade in value by $500.00. He did not honor the $500.00 additional discount either. I m sure this was arranged in advance so they didn t have to give us as much. The camper was only 3 years old so not sure how the tires were 5 years old. Certainly not worth $1000.00. Bought this camper because it s what we wanted but would not recommend this dealer to anyone else or buy another camper from them as people should honor their word. I can see discounting the trade in if the tires were really bad but should have honored the $500.00 discount.Ricky and Debbie

We bought a Salem FSX from Grandview Trailer Sales in March 2021 and they were great to work with. This spring before our first camping trip, we had a problem with our slide-out. Kenneth and Linda at Grandview really stepped up and went to bat for us and had it repaired under warranty by Forest River. It's one thing to be good to work with buyers at the sale, the true test is working with those buyers if they had a problem, and Grandview aced that test. I would definitely recommend Grandview with the highest confidence.

I haven't met more genuine and good hearted people in a long time. The owners (Husband and Wife) are so straight forward with NO HIDDEN FEES or Agenda. I shopped all around eastern Virginia at all the big dealerships. Camping World once gave me a price quote that the monthly payments didn't equal the agreed purchase price. Both Camping Worlds in Newport News / Richmond along with General RV have undisclosed fees for freight, processing, clean up, hitch installation and others I can't remember. These total over an additional $3,000 in addition to taxes and title. No one would come close to the sale price I was provided at Grandview RV.Bottom line, no one I dealt with earned my business. Grandview RV earned my business and my word that you would be hard pressed to find someone better!!

Anyone can sell you a trailer but the backbone of a good dealership is the service department. With many years of experience and a broad knowledge of repairing and servicing trailers and RV's, Grandview's service shop offers top tier service in the the way only a small town dealer can. You deal directly with the owners and it is obvious that they care about you in a way that no big corporate shop ever will.We have been dealing with Grandview for many years and as full time RV'er it is comforting to know that we have friends that treat us like family every time. We brought our 5th wheel the whole way from Georgia to have these last repairs performed and were once again treated to first class service at a great price. We will be back.

My AC on the roof of my trailer was broken and I took it to Grandview to get it fixed. To my surprise they were able to take me right away and they replaced the AC in under an hour and at a respectable price including labor. Ken is the owner and knows his stuff. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff! I recommend Grandview to all!Btw, I don t understand why another reviewer gave them only one star. These guys are awesome.

Kenneth, Ken, Linda, Brian and the team offered terrific help from start to finish. I was brought in our 1992 travel trailer for repairs and inspection and Brian gave it a thorough inspection with solid recommendations for improving our camping experience. The team worked quickly and efficiently and this allowed our family to enjoy Natural Tunnel State Park with friends.I recommend Grandview Trailer highly as a result of our positive experience.

This business is a class act. Kenneth and Linda along with their employees put 100 percent into the way they treat their customers. My wife and I purchased an RV two years ago and have also had it serviced by Grandview since then. I cannot over emphasize the high quality of their work and I would have given them 6 stars if I could have !! Thanks again guys.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with! Great selection of RV'S to chose from. Let us walk through multiple times, answered many questions without ever getting frustrated. The actual purchasing processing simple and quick. We chose to support a local business and could not have been happier with the choice. We know that anytime we need anything they are right down the road and will be able to quickly help us! Great place! Highly recommend!

My wife and are new to RV campers. After a couple of trips out in our camper we had problems with the Dometic refrigerator. Grandview RV was identified as an authorized Dometic service dealer. I took the camper over on a Wednesday afternoon and they had diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 days. For the time spent communicating with Dometic and troubleshooting, the charge was very reasonable.

Very nice folks there. Fast, affordable and quality repair on my Jayco camper. And, I didn't buy it from them but they do a great job keeping it running. They also have a great supply of new and used rigs for sale.

A great locally owned and operated RV dealership, specializing in small to large sized travel trailers and small 5th wheels. A top notch service department with a service manager who can even do paint and body work ! You won't pay retail prices here either, prices are clearly marked well below MSRP, and no processing fees either ! They also do mobile service within a designated area.

I have never met these folks, always just phone conversations as I am in NC and my camper is in VA. I honestly do not think that there is anything they could do to make me happier. I call them with an issue, they go by and fix and call me for payment....painless. Absolutely wonderful, professional service.

Great !!! This was the third place i went to today. The first 2 had everything locked up and no sales service, as soon as i pulled in Linda waa on the job ! She showed me everything every camper i would ever want with just 1 question . I will be purchasing very soon .

Horrible, horrible customer service. Stopped in to ask about a warranty question for our camper that is less than 2 years old and was met with accusations on our care of the camper and resentment b/c the camper wasn't purchased from him. We didn't purchase the camper from this dealer b/c he didn't have what we wanted. We work in customer service and this is NOT how you treat your customers. Would never buy from this place.

Went to see used campers.only had one and that was badly damage. Had lots of new ones.15000 and up(not today)
